Update: I have now docked them another point. I usually walk from my house to get things from here and now they got rid of bags! Sure made it fun for me to walk home with a bunch of random items. I would stop going here completely if it wasn't for being such a close walk from my house. Ridiculous

Rarely has what I need.
I live a 3 min walk, so go there often; they only have what I need about 50% of the time

Impressed by this location, and considering how many home Improvement stores I'm in, that's saying a lot as they typically are one and the same.

Passing through from out past Ardrossan so decided to drop in. Better selection that the South Edmonton and West Edmonton stores and a much broader selection of flooring and plants. The location also had a nice feel, it's unlike the Edmonton locations in some odd way that I found appealing.

Just stopped in again after a year and some absence and still impressed by this location.

Avoid at all costs, so i have been in the sherwood park store over the past few days several times.terrible terrible terrible service if you can find any staff at all.no cashiers and no department staff.my several experiences have been so terrible that i cant even waste any more time even writing about it here.just avoid at all costs! FYI home depot has at least got some staff working.would rate this lowes as -1 but it wasn't an option

Bought A toilet there told them what I needed. It did not fit.took it back.they said I can not return toilet.because it was opened. I'm out $ 180 bucks.nice place. Lost my business.

Went looking for a new dishwasher. The store is nice and clean, but the service was outstanding. Kudos to Jake and Ed (appliances) for a great experience. If you need an appliance, talk to Ed!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Team member helped us to find the shower Panel we wanted and communicate with other Lows store to make sure we get it.

Honestly, the store has some great products like most Lowe's would have. The service is lacking big time. But I don't think it's the young folks working there. It's how they are managed. I buy products from this store frequently but I never go there looking for help.cause you won't get it. Tried it a few times and continue to this day and it's just one brick wall in front of the other. The worst is when they have inventory but haven't moved it to the floor from receiving.in Three days! I stopped in twice and they still didn't have the product out on the shelf. Finally after an exhausting hour long wait, one of the staff found it in the back still sitting on the pallet. The same pallet they had received two days before. Managers.are you IN the business or ON the business? If you don't understand the question, you shouldn't be in management. Sad to see a lot of poor reviews on this location with very little change. Nevertheless I will continue to shop at this location. There's a Starbucks in the same parking lot to get my coffee fix before I browse the isles for my latest DIY project. I hope to be pleasantly surprised one day on a great service experience.

I ordered BBQ brushes here few months ago. Even though the ordered items were not delivered to me, the tracking showed me it was delivered. So I made a call to the customer service, and the guy in the customer service told me it was shipped out so there was nothing to do on their end. I called a manager and told him what was happened to me, but he didn't anything to me and transferred the call to the guy I have told a bit ago and I was told I would better contact delivery company BY MYSELF. They didn't even apology about this matter at all, and kept saying nothing to do with this. AMAZED. Three weeks later they sent me my order without any excuses. AVOID!

I couldn't find the EGO blower I wanted, but spotted a floor model at Lowes. They weren't really able to sell it, but were nice enough to do so anyway. Great staff, all very friendly.

This is an update to a review I did on Lowe’s a couple of years ago. At that time I was not a happy shopper. BUT, things have changed -big time. Now, the service from all staff throughout the store has vastly improved. They pay attention to their customers. They offer help without being obnoxious. The checkout can be a bit of a bottleneck, but the checkout folks are fast, friendly and very helpful. I have been there three times in the last two weeks because I could not find what I wanted elsewhere. Pleasantly surprised. I may become a regular here for home improvement and garden supplies. Also, they have a nice setup to display their kitchen and bathroom products. Great improvement Lowe’s. Now I’m a happier shopper.

When you did find someone to help you they were excellent. The only problem is there is not enough staff when it is busy.

Picked up a Christmas tree online order. Two staffs came out and loaded it in my vehicle. Very helpful and friendly staff.

I wouldn't recommend buying any equipment from them. I bought a new snow blower a few weeks ago and it leaks fuel and the lights never worked. Lowes is saying they can't accept any defective equipment after you put gas in it. I have spent hours on the phone trying to get through to the mfg with no luck.

This Lowe’s has been excellent. It’s a few minutes farther than the “orange store” but always excellent service and helpful staff! Worth the drive!

Went to the Sherwood Park Lowe’s after receiving terrible service at the South Edmonton Common Lowe’s.

Roy in the appliance section was extremely knowledgeable, patient, friendly, accommodating and professional. We ended up buying a new washer and dryer on pedestals due to his great customer service. Thanks Roy!

I don't recommend anyone purchase an appliance from Lowes. We've purchased hardware items from Lowes off and on for years. We decided to upgrade our stove and OTR microwave. We purchased Maytag and after 7months give or take, our microwave failed. After a month, Lowes hasn't done anything to get this repaired or exchanged. Its still under warranty. So Lowes after care service deserves 0 stars, but 1 is the lowest I can do! We've since fixed the microwave ourselves after watching some Youtube videos.

I've said it before and I will say it again, Lowe's is the Target of the DIY sector. An American company that just gobbled up a second-class Canadian retailer to expand its North American footprint, but knows nothing about the retail landscape here and doesn't care to put any actual effort into it. My particular beef with this store - other than it is a C-class (they rate their stores according to sales volume) store that is about 1/3 the size of its better stores on Edmonton's south side, is that the nobody seems too motivated to actually do any work. Well, other than the one young lady in the Garden Centre, who singlehandedly seems to have the responsibility of merchandising and watering everything. Anyway, one day on the way to a client's property I stopped in for lumber. Three nose-pickers - two pimple-face teens and a fat guy - were holding up a pole while sharing dyck pics on their phones. When I asked them whether they didn't have anything better to do, the one pimple face actually said, ''nah, it's pretty slow today. " Meanwhile, one hard-working young man was sweeping up the entire lumber section. This whole store has the feel of a holiday camp, whether nobody is too terribly challenged to actually do anything. I wouldn't be surprised if Lowes pulled out of Canada within a couple of years.

Dan in plumming was so so helful and just lovely. I would go back just because he knows what customer is about!

Came to Nearby CanadanTire after looking up 3 items in stock for Garden accessories found none, Took my chance pooping in Lowe’s and found everything with more choices to pick from.

Jaydon looked after us and did a great job. He instantly showed us the railing & supplies we needed. Then showed us how it fitted together, answered all our questions and we bought & were on our way. Very knowledgeable & courtesy. Definitely 5 Star.

They use XPO logistics for their deliveries who send unprofessional delivery men who try to intimidate you and are extremely rude into your home. Cut them from your payroll Lowe's. They reflect extremely poorly on you.

The customer services in this location is AWESOME! Went there today to pick up some grass seed. Came away with hanging baskets. Gardening tools, More flowers, and Dirt The young lady that helped us was named Melissa very friendly and helpful.

The two staff members that assisted us with bathroom countertops were excellent. Helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, a good experience.

This location is well stocked and has very helpful employees. Finding assistance isn't difficult. There is a great selection of indoor plants, decor, and general hardware. A pleasure to shop here.

Seem to have good stock when I go. Almost always find exactly what I'm looking for. Staff are usually really hard to find if you have a question.

I hate Lowe's. Time and time again, I go because it is by far the closest store to my house, but I can never find what I'm looking for.

Huge store, large selection, usually busy, lots of parking. Can be a challenge funding an associate for assistance though.

The manager must be hitting all the right buttons, because this is the only hardware store I've been to where the staff is friendly, helpful, and happy. I've been shopping here since it opened five years ago and their staff is heads and shoulders above Home Depot, Rona, or even other Lowe's locations.

Their prices are sometimes better, sometimes worse than the competition. Their products are sometimes better, sometimes worse. The tiebreaker is the staff; Home Depot staff seem to actively avoid you at times whereas here it's the opposite.

Did not have the product a 1/4 inch in line water valve in stock this is a store with many empty spots

Dan & Ed helped me with my shopping needs. I found exactly what I needed and I was in and out very quickly. Thankfully the website inventory was accurate. The store was clean and had hand sanitizer at the entrance and posted the capacity limit at the doors. Ed brought my purchase out to my vehicle for me and helped me load it into my truck.

Just barely OK. Went to get a lock set shown as in stock on the web site only to find it was $20 more than advertised on their site. Went to a different big box store and found the same for less.
Just marginally OK.

Didn't need to be talked down to by a staff member while I was looking at cedar 2x6 today. I'm perfectly aware that trees "don't grow straight" and I'm especially aware that the trees you source your lumber from must not be straight. Told some young guy and blond lady at custom service and was ignored.

I'll be buying my lumber for my business elsewhere from now on.

Very helpful staff. Knowledgeable and professional. One of the few stores where staff are available for assistance. Selection of what we were looking for was vast and price very very within budget.

Bought a dishwasher here with a one year warranty it lasted 13 months before it failed. The extended warranty has me dealing with people in the Philippines. After a month they sent a technician who assessed it wrong and ordered the wrong parts I finally ordered the parts myself from the states and am now waiting on those. Called the manager and he did nothing for me. I’ve bought 5 appliances here in the last two years and this is how you get treated.

We bought a stove from here and it was delivered a couple days later. However, they delivered another customers stove to us, and had to come pick it up two days later, after we already used it.

When they delivered our correct stove, it was smashed in in the back, but they covered it up by not telling us -they plugged in the stove and put it in place for us so that we did not see the back. Thankfully, we later pulled it out and noticed the damage. When we contacted them, they agreed to bring us yet another stove, but they neither apologized nor offered anything for the inconvenience to us (after we called a second time, they apologized but still didn't acknowledge the inconvenience to us).

We plan on doing home reno's next summer and we definitely will not be coming to Lowe's.

Great customer service! Employees actually knew where the items I asked for were in the store.

Went to grab some primer and the girl at the paint service desk was kind of cute, stopped and grabbed a heater and the girl that assisted me was helpful and hot, saw another cute girl on the way so wanted to thank the manager for the service in his store. Low and behold the manager is also a really hot chick.

Found my new favorite store. Well done lowes, well done.

The workers are very helpful. Dan and Ed were very helpful while looking for O rings and viewing a fridge. Great place.

Rented a jackhammer. Service was excellent. Talked through my job to ensure best tool chosen. Will return. Accessible. Easy to park.

I drive out of my way now to get to this location! Best by far! The staff are always in great spirits and so helpful. Today an older gentleman got me a kids car cart for my 2 little ones and talked with us a bit it was so refreshing! Almost felt back to normal, so thank you for that.
The cashiers are always quick to fix the self check or offer help with carry out. The paint people also actually know their stuff! I could go on forever im sure! Great service!

Noah was beyond wonderful.super knowledgable and great at helping us choose the best and for adorable price! If I ever open a shop I will give him the management position right away Lowe's it's lucky to have you.

A hardware store that cannot make cuts over 1" thick, you would think they would just pull a circular saw off the shelf, seeing as they are a HARDWARE STORE
Other than that, customer service was decent, just very surprised In the lack of ability to cut anything over 1" (which is the majority of the material they sell.)

Excellent selection on table lamps & lights. I liked the fact you could match shades to the stand.plus they were on sale

Large selection of products. Very knowledgeable staff. We needed a certain dimension of lumber and two staff members helped us. They knew exactly what we were looking for.

EDIT: there were missing parts when they delivered it that i only found out once i was installing it.so the technician was unable to install it and had to return the next day (cost out of pocket). Kyle and Meghan did a great job handling the situation and made things right.or at least i thought they were right. Until it was installed and the wrong kick plate had come with it, so again i found myself, after paying the technician again for installing, driving down to get the proper part that should have been included in the first place. Meghan was there again and super helpful and polite.which was a nice change of pace from the older gentleman standing there sighing as i was saying what had happened. All in all, its incredibly frustrating to have this many issues arise from such a simple purchase. The management staff are exceptional hence the 2 stars. Would i shop here again? Probably not for any major appliance or something that requires anything other than bringing it home in a box myself at the time of purchase.

First time i went in, the staff was quite rude and not helpful. The associate also want wearing a mask which made me feel uncomfortable given the current state of cases. I left but ended up returning to purchase with a different employee and manager which were both very helpful with the dishwasher i ended up taking. I was told it would be delivered and the old one removed the following day. The movers arrived with the dishwasher later than they had quoted and refused to take away the old one because it was still installed. No one at lowes had communicated that it had to be pulled out for them and I had to be somewhere so i could not remove it while they were there and they had to leave. So now I am stuck with the cost of removal when i was led to believe it would be taken away free of charge. When calling to ask about any response I had to be called back 4 times by different people only to be told they could come two days later to remove it, which again doesnt help me because I had to pay to remove it already as I installed it later that night. Poor response and customer service. Only reason for two stars is that the manager and employee that I purchased it from were very helpful and polite.

This location is POORLY set up, hard to find things, but even harder to find someone that WANTS to help and even harder still to find someone that knows what they are talking about. Management FIX THIS! Prices are decent but hate going there

Will see if they get my order and delivery right on Thursday. Inventory time so it is a bit unsure if they actually have the stock I ordered.
