These guys are busy as hell and the manager still found a way to squeeze me in. The manager has compassion for his customers. Great job guys, I will recommend you to all I know.

First time customer, I didn't even need to exit my vehicle. Everything was done quickly, less than 30 minutes I guesstimate. Joel was friendly, he explained everything that we need to know. We will definitely be back here for our next one.

Only place i trust, very professional and always willing to go above and beyond to explain any issues or maintenance. Brian & mike are super knowledgeable and i literally drive across town to bring my vehicles to them. Thanks again guys

Service was friendly and quick. Had my oil change done right before leaving on a road trip to find out half way that my washer fluid wasn’t topped up. I guess lube city doesn’t do this anymore. This wouldn’t have been an issue if It was just mentioned but it’s part of an oil change that I’ve come to expect from other oil/lube businesses.

These guys have been friendly, kind and professional. Provided help with regards to various questions I have, plus have gone over and above today.

Came for an oil change Saturday 12pm had to wait about 45 mins as there was a bit of a line, but I didn’t mind at all because someone came out right away to greet me and told me which door to wait in-front of. 2 staff and the manager were so friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely come back again, probably on a weekday.

Came here before and was treated to the best service I had ever recieved. Went in yesterday and it was the complete opposite. Started off they did not have the filter I normally get and buddy dropping tools and parts close to half a dozen times. They told me I was recommended last time to do power steering which I said to do but then they told me they don't have the proper allen key. I asked if they had head lights, they said yes so I asked to change those and they said it was too difficult to do. I noticed my battery was getting weak before I came in and knew they sold batteries that I was hoping to buy. As I was sitting there I could see they marked on the screen that they checked my battery. I asked if they actually did because I could see they hadn't, buddy fumbled with the machine for a minute, than said he could not check it because of something or another. Really enjoyed my previous experiences there, not sure if it's new owners or employees but it is no longer the same. I will now be going to a different company as lube city's everywhere seem to be having the same issues.

We had a problem with the front differential at our Dodge. They can’t fix the problem (obviously they aren’t transmission specialists) but the were very friendly, helpful and could refill some oil, that we could drive to the next transmission specialist.

The mechanic was easy to talk to and he knows what he's doing. Made my old car sound like brand new.

Excellent service! Picked up a construction screw in the neighbourhood and came here after another shop did not have the proper materials to patch. They were quick and well priced. Got her done in under 30 minutes. Highly recommend this shop.

Sheroin was awesome and answered all my questions while explaining everything that was being done and needs to be eventually addressed.

Got my vehicle's oil change at this location. Service was quick. I was not feel pressured to any other extra services that other places offer.

Recently attended this Lube City with my sister for her oil change. The staff were phenomenal (huge shoutout to Mike!). He took the time to explain a problem with the vehicle and helped us to make an educated and informed decision about the next steps in a kind way that wasn’t condescending. That often isn’t the case for young women. It was extremely appreciated and so 10/10 recommend you can trust them to give you good advice and service.

I went in for an oil change and Mike was great at explaining what was going on with my car and treating me so respectfully! Usually oil changes are a stressful experience for me and he made it so easy!

Friendliest people not to mention they go above and beyond to make sure your car is at the best shape as possible. Ive been to many places for change oil and basic car inspections and i wouldnt go anywhere else but here. Thanks for your great service!
