Lube City

As I entered the building I found it to be spotless top to bottom. I was immediately greeted by my service tec Dennis. Dennis went straight to work check all my lights, tire pressure and filters. My service was complete in 15-20. Staff are awsome friendly and caring.
This is my 10 visit since I moved into the area. 5 stars *****

Great bunch of people, I had my oil changed at the Castle downs location and after a small oil mess left under the truck, these guys cleaned it up and took a bunch of pictures with my truck. A+ service by both locations

This was a great experience. Not because they went above and beyond but because I went in for an oil change and that’s what they did. They didn’t try up sell me on anything. They asked if I wanted an oil change I said yes and please check the tires. They filled the tires and changed the oil. Exactly what I asked for with no other BS. They were slightly understaffed and busy at the time but in my eyes it went perfect. I said, they did.

When I reached the shop to get my car serviced, two people were standing in the office before me to pay the money. The employee took the money from those people and left without seeing me. I did not ask the reason for coming to the shop. I was disappointed to see this behavior of the employees and went back after wasting time.

The service was excellent and the shop is clean. The crew are very friendly too. Highly recommended.

Brought in my Armada and Yaris today March 16,2023 at 2 pm and Warlo offered an exceptional service. I am regular customer of Lube city and would like to take my time do a nice review for this location. This will definitely by my favorite Lube City location. I have been here three times since I have moved in the area and the employees are always very knowledgeable and kind. The service is thorough, but fast. I recommend everyone to come here! The guys here are so professional and kind, the customer service is amazing. Asked if they or I could use a tool to tighten my pedal on my bicycle and I was told no! I walked my bike home for miles! Thanks for your community service, when I get my tires done ot will not be there!

I phoned ahead, got a quote that was very reasonable.pulled in, 15 mins later it was done. My tech was friendly and checked all my lights. I would highly recommend this location.

I had a very good experience in this location service agent name was warlo if I spelled that right he was in training but still looked very professional, highly recommended and I would be bringing my other vehicles here.

I wasn't going to write a review, but this place does not own up to their actions. When I changed my tires this spring I noticed an oil leak on my car, I had called Hyundai regarding my oil leak thinking it will be something serious, which led me taking my vehicle to an auto mechanic. Diagnosis of my oil leak led to no gasket being around my filter and a loose oil plug on my oil pan. A follow up appointment was made with Lube City to discuss the oil leaks, excuses where made of how it would not be possible for them to miss a gasket on their filters and quickly pulled up their fine prints stating that nothing should be tempered with. Regardless the oil leaks were on parts last touched by lube city employees which resulted in no gasket on the filter and a loose oil plug. Be careful people this place might cost you a motor.

Whomever wrote the other reviews I cannot believe what you are saying. I paid less for my oil change on my diesel vehicle than at my dealership. Plus I received discount for AMA and I always receive top notch service from friendly, knowledgeable technicians.

They charge you for washer fluid.and the oil filter isnt included in the price of the oil change? Ummm just no. Never again.
