Lube City

The staff here went waaaaay above and beyond. It’s very clear that the folks working here enjoy the environment and are truly appreciated by management because of the atmosphere and attitudes of the staff. They were even so helpful as to change out my reverse light even though I have a VW and it’s never as simple as pulling a bulb. Definitely recommend this place and happy to have stumbled upon it!

Currently at lube city and being assisted by Ryan. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Explained to me what he was doing so I can understand. Very polite and has good customer service. The staff at Parsons Road has always been excellent.

This place charged me $31 to clear a check engine light for a catalytic converter. P042 code. Thank you. Every other shop wanted over $100-$75 what a rip off. These guys do it for dirt cheap and you're 2 seconds out of there.

Huge thank you to Warren and his staff for helping with a major oil leak after getting service at my dealership. Warren took the time to explain everything they were doing to fix the problem (took pictures and video of the problem as well). Bonus was the owner who was there finished driving my two friends to the airport so they could catch their flight to Mexico. I can’t say enough about how well we were treated. I’m back on the road and my friends are enjoying their holiday! 6 Stars!

P. S. I’ve used the Lube City in Fort Saskatchewan for years and have always been very happy with them. This last thing seals the deal for me. Lube City all the time!

The Filipino Mechanic was very knowledgeable and gave me honest opinions and recommendations on how I can prolong the life of my Old Pontiac Sunfire. I highly recommend the Lube City Parsons road for Car oil changes and maintenance.

Very friendly technicians, who take their time to diagnose the issues and let us know upfront, rather than not only changing the oil.

This place is amazing all the staff are friendly accommodating and they actually show and explain what was the problem.very helpful they check everything fluids, lights, breaks, tire pressures and battery.i actually see it yourself how they doing it. Haven't checked the oil level in a while so thought of bringin
it by before a road trip. Got honest service in that my oil looks healthy and full. Maybe not a sale today for Lube city but you got a long term customer who will refer you more business in the future

I had a lot of things wrong with my car and all the workers there were very friendly. Warren helped me with my oil change and noticed my power steering was low, which I had never noticed before. Everyone is very knowledgeable and their service is quick. Amazing!
