I went in for an oil change. They were quick and courteous. There was the usual upsell that you need to judge if is actually required. I would not respect them if they don’t do that. A good and efficient team. 5 stars!

I had an oil change done at this location and noticed an oil leak on the ground under my car when I drove it the next day. I took it back and asked that they check it out for me. They told me it was a gasket leaking, and it wasn't them because they don't touch that particular part during an oil change, so the timing was coincidental. I took it to a proper auto shop and they told me the drain plug was only finger tight. Lube City couldn't be arsed to even check the damn drain plug before sending me off.

These drive-in lube locations are sometimes frustrating to deal with due to upselling but my one experience with them was quite good. Friendly non-pushy staff and they did the job in a timely and effective fashion. Only difficulty is they took a while to figure out which oil filter to use even with the old one in hand.

Extremely disappointed and frustrated with lack of appropriate service. I attended yesterday to have my tire on rims swapped. I waited in line for almost two hours sitting at the same spot with one car ahead of me, one car in the garage and one car behind me in my lane. The car inside the shop did not move for the entire duration I waited there. I saw the staff standing around when they should be working fast to get through the waiting lines. Along with many others, I got fed up of waiting with no movement ahead and decided to leave and come back early the next morning.

Next morning I showed up first before the shop opened at 8am. My car was rolled in. The staff did not even touch my car until 8: 45 until I asked them to speed up as I have to go to work soon. Staff was observed standing around, being on their phone, and talking to each other the entire time. One staff told me I can take my car somewhere else if I am in a hurry. The staff who said that his name was David from a philipino background began arguing and yelling at me. While this was all happening, there was nearly a 15 car lineup outside waiting to have their vehicle serviced.

Extremely extremely extremely disappointed with the disrespectful service I have received and I would definitely not recommend anyone to go there. The staff is very unprofessional and have no regard for other people’s time.

Very bad experience, always insisting me to do something that I didn’t came there to do, or “you car will get messed up ecc”, my fault of letting my self get fooled.

Was there for a 139$ tire change and walked out with almost 400$ bill

They changed the wheels quickly. They recommended what to do before winter and talked about discounts. Everything is business-like and professional. I recommend!

My sister and I went in this morning to get our oil changed for our car, and we were delightfully helped by Martin, who was kind enough to ensure that all necessary aspects were known to us to drive safely this winter. He was very accommodating for my sister and I’s situation which we were sincerely grateful for and appreciated it entirely. Overall very friendly and very kind staff and environment. After being to several of mechanic shops and reading other reviews, I absolutely do not recommend this place. A simple oil change can cost you over $100 plus they’ll add in little things to increase the price like flushing and just anything that’s not really needed for your car. If you don’t believe me, read the past reviews. Last time I came here to do an oil change, I left the shop spending over $400 on a bunch of things when I just needed a simple oil change. Worse part is, they did something to my car which caused it to overheat like crazy. Please avoid this place people! Only thing I give them is it’s in a good convenient location ahaha. What a scummy place to call a business.

I've used this place a couple of times in the past, and they were.fine. The location is convenient, and most of the time the oil change is completed uneventfully. There are a couple of reasons why I'm giving this place a bad review now. Our car needed an oil change, and my wife said she would get it done while she was running some errands. She was apprehensive, because she doesn't know much about cars and relies on a trustworthy mechanic/service advisor to guide her through this. First, when she gets to the shop, they first try to sell her the usual air filter/cabin filter. Second, they then sell her an engine flush which the car doesn't need because 1) the engine flush doesn't do anything and 2) the engine was replaced 6000kms ago with a brand new engine and doesn't need flushed of anything. Third, when she's ready to pay, she has to remind them to apply the coupon code. They ask her to get the coupon, and when she comes back with her phone the guy says, "Ah, I just applied the code. Don't worry about showing me the code. " Then why ask her to get the phone? Fourth, the receipt recommended a transfer case flush and rear differential service. If someone took 3 seconds to actually check if those items need servicing, they would realize that my car is front wheel drive and doesn't have a transfer case or a rear diff. Finally, I stopped by to check their price list. This store has a "premium full synthetic" option ($99.99) and a "supreme full synthetic" option ($129.99). Guess which one my wife was charged? This place took advantage of someone to intimidate and overwhelm them into paying too much money for a simple oil change.

Thanks for perpetuating the stereotype of a shady, greasy, thieving auto shop. I'm awarding two stars because they actually did the oil change, albeit in the scummiest way possible.

Advertise $49.95 for a basic oil change, actual price is $75 for the basic price plus tax.

Long time Lube City customer. Brought in a new to me vehicle today and was totally disappointed with the service. Chose the basic package and was immediately told I need an engine flush which I declined, and then asked again but with a discount this time, again declined. Non of the courtesy’s were preformed, windows left dirty, didn’t top up washer fluid but noted it as “low”, no lubricating hinges and noted as declined when it wasn’t even offered. Then I was highly confused when told to go to the register to pay before the oil was even back in my car, while at the counter paying a tech got into my vehicle started it up and I assume did the checks of lights etc? Then they showed me my dipstick while still at the register and then rushed me out of the bay as soon as my receipt printed. I used to work at lube city, customer service used to be #1 priority but it seems now I’m one of those customers that smiles politely and then never comes back.

Always have had a good experience. But last change they found parts left by mechanic work I had done day before. The result. Went back to mechanic to find out parts weren't done and loose parts on engine major Oops. Got refunded from mechanic. Wouldn't have knowen if the guys at lube city weren't so diligent. Huge thanks.

I just got my tires changed by Nick today. He was absolutely amazing! Extremely professional and polite, and the team changed the tires in an efficient and considerate pace. I’ve been coming here for years and will definitely continue to do so. Thank you again guys

Terrible experience! It’s a rip off. For regular oil change they almost charged me $160.
Please AVOID this location for any car services. Worst experience and worst customer service. After asking for breakdown of charges other employees call customers “fuckers”, no manners how to treat customers. Terrible service!
