Very unprofessional. Had me waiting 1 and a half only to tell me the the employee that does the on rim tire change had finished his shift and went home.

Stopped by today and wanted to give the guy that helped me a shout out.
The guys name was Sheldon. Super helpful, friendly, very knowledgeable and personable.
It’s hard to find good people like this in our busy world.
I will go out of my to ensure he is working the next time I stop by. Thanks again Sheldon

I have been going here for over a decade. Service is always friendly and efficient. Online coupons make me feel like I’m saving a bit. So much quicker and hassle free than the dealership.

Must recommended location. Great staff especially harpreet and sargun. I always come here for oil change and I ordered all season tires from here. Great customer service. Thank you guys.

I was amazed at the speed at which my car was serviced for oil change. Preet was quite helpful and explained the various types of oil packages. The price was great as compared to other outlets. Overall a great experience. Will return for sure!

Honestly, so disappointed. I've been going here for a few years & always had good service. Went to get an oil change, the person lost an oil cap in my engine, which totally fine because things happen but then Brandon made me feel like I was the idiot for being concerned about it being in my engine belt/fan and was just trying to push payment and a $5 discount. I expressed the discount actually wasn't important as I wanted to just ensure my car was ok before driving away.

He belittled me after I expressed my concerns and wanted either my invoice to note the error OR to find the cap that was lost, which wasn't an unreasonable request. He also mentioned they went and bought me a new oil cap, as if that was a "wow great work! " moment. When the mistake was because of the business, not my own.

Two of the employees told me that should have never happened, which was validating for me to be concerned. I also shared with the new employee, it's ok for mistakes to happen and I was not mad at him. I understood it happens, but i just wanted to feel like every area was checked, especially the important ones before I risk any damage.

Brandon talked to another employee about me from afar, and I could hear him talking about my concern in a negative way.

I never raise my voice or get irrational because I understand mistakes happen. I feel like I left there so disappointed because no resolution was made & they believed a $25 discount would help me feel better.

I spent over an hour there and will not be going back. I'd check with your local dealership so your car is protected with warranty, since it didn't appear to matter to the one employee who was mentioned above.

Just went here to get a very complicated cabin filter changed for my car, and the guys there were extremely helpful especially Brandon! They all deserve the best, highly recommend you go there for anything you need for your car!

I have been a regular customer of Lube City for many years for the simple reason that they are reliable and efficient. I like dealing with them because they manage to make auto maintenance a pleasure and not a pain (like dealing with a dealership). Their record keeping is good, so I let them keep track of which fluids I have replaced, and my vehicles last much longer than most. I'm in for the long haul!

They are so disrespectful towards women. The first time I was there a manager did apologize for his worker, so I left it but now I’ve been disrespected a second time I decided to make a review. The first time I got yelled at about changing my transmission fluid after I said I knew it needed to be changed but I wasn’t able to get it done. Than this time he was just so disrespectful the way he talked to me. It’s embarrassing the people they hire here, they are not professional at all and don’t care about customer service. Only oil change place I’ve ever been to and had issues at. Will never return to this location.

You ever see molasses move in the winter? Well these guys move this slow. $153.00 for an oil change.

I got a my oil change done there they were nice friendly and I was think they did a good job. But the technician I had forgot to put the radiator cap back on and in 15 minutes after leaving the shop my truck over heated. Called them and they were quick to send someone out to bring me more coolant

These guys are awesome. Can’t remember the exact dudes name who gave us a hand in parking lot but here the story.

My little sister went in for an oil change, here car ended up dying on top of the oil pit.

It was rush hour and they had to push her out the garage and into the parking lot. When I came to pick her up I opened the hood to take a look. A guy came out after calling his mechanic friend. He showed us what he would try.

He gave us the exact advice we needed to fix the problem and we had it running the next day.

Huge thanks to whomever that was. Really appreciated.

I had my oil change and windshield wiper replacement done here on my lunch hour the other day, they were efficient but also kept me informed through the whole process about what they were doing and how everything else looked on my car. Very friendly staff!

The first time I came in this Lube City for change oil, they made me come back another time because according to them, I didn't need it that time. Was so surprised because I bought this brand new car from a dealership and made me go for change oil every 6 months, and I kept going back to that dealership.for 3 YEARS!
When I finally came for the change, Lube City staff told me exactly when to come back but when I did, again, they said I am still good. Yes, I don't use my car often. Only less than 43000KM for 5 years now. These guys here are great and very respectful. I would never go back to my dealership for this again. (I was a new driver, and obviously know nothing about cars). Thank you for doing what you do.

Shortly after getting the oil changed, engine started making a ticking sound.
Took it in for inspection to find out there was no oil in the car.
No leaks detected. Lube City just didn't put oil in.

10/10 guys are really good and helpful.
I have problem in opening hood and they fix it free of cost.
I visited other store and they said $250 for replace hood cable and I decide not to spend that much on this.

I really appreciate lube city to identify problem and fix it in just 5 minutes.

10/10, hands down would return and recommend others. What a relief to find a good, quality, kind, understanding, and helpful oil change spot in Sherwood Park. Went on a Friday afternoon, no wait, super quick and efficient. Not only is the price unbeatable (check your mail for coupons too!), Preet and Brandon offered above and beyond, exceptional service. Is it weird to say I can't wait to go back for another oil change?

Had an oil change there and have gone for years. The technicians did not put enough oil in even after I insisted it was not full. Drove away and hour later it the dip stick said "ADD" and the manager there said that was "normal". Who ever checks their oil level "after" an oil change. Management did not take responsibility for the possible damage that could have occurred to my car if I had not rechecked the oil level. Received a refund but no apology. I would never bring my car back there with that management and it was $60.00 more than Mr. Lube (had the oil rechanged same day because I didn't trust them) for exactly the same oil change. The oil changed was very dirty possibly indicating that they did not drain all the old oil. Very bad service.

Dropped by this afternoon for annual oil change, been going here for years. It's a bit more expensive than doing it myself, but much more convenient. Used the coupon off the website for $10 discount. Got in right away, and they had the service done and complete in 15 minutes! No hard sell on upgrades, just the oil change and done. Exactly what I needed done and super prompt.

Called the “call center” number they have listed some dude called me that wasn’t even in the store that had no idea what I talked to the lady on the phone about.
Best part dude wasn’t even at work I’m waiting for my oil change somewhere else so i thought I’d give my honest opinion, give your store number i shouldn’t jump hoops just to talk to someone in the store. I just wanted to know if it was busy but I’ll take my money somewhere else that makes it easier to find information.
