I didn't have an appointment when I came in but the workers were willing to help, very friendly. I kept leaning towards this one dress that was unique and so beautiful, nice and sparkly. I was so happy when I found my dress.so glad I stopped in with only a few weeks to go until my wedding.can't wait to wear this dress when I walk down the aisle.it's perfect and so beautiful. I love it.

To experience a boutique level of professionalism and quality of gowns and then to arrive at our Lucent appointment was a flop.

We had to find the rep constantly, she wasn’t involved with zipping and pinning and when she was she had no tact. It is a vulnerable thing to be changing in and out of dresses, feeling like you’re on display and not having sizing comments made delicately… you think it would be an industry standard be supportive and uplifting.

Having multiple brides at once, you won’t have a personal experience, which is notable since the dresses seemed to be lower quality but priced the same as a boutique.

We made an appointment to try on wedding dresses at Lucent Bridal and had the BEST experience. Melissa was absolutely incredible. She was knowledgeable and so helpful. We were able to pick out a bunch that our party liked and Melissa went above and beyond and really listened and learned what we were looking for and brought us some great options. I ended up finding THE DRESS! I cant say enough good things about this place. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend! Thank you Melissa and Lucent Bridal!

We found my dress yesterday! A great laid back shop with tons of dresses and very kind helpful staff!
They were wonderful to accommodate my large group I brought with me.

After shopping a few stores, I was getting very frustrated not being able to fit into the sample sizes. And how can I buy a dress that I don't know I will like? ! I reached out to each bridal store in the area seeking stores with sample sizes above a 12 and was not having much luck. Lots of them stock size 8 to 12 only for samples or only had a very small sampling in 16+. Then I went to Lucent. There were racks and racks of beautiful dresses that fit me! I was able to be picky on style and still chose about a dozen of them to try on! It really helped me get a good idea for how they'd fit so I could identify what I did and didn't like in a dress. There were 2 I loved! Felt amazing to finally have choices and not just the "fat girl" dresses so many consultants had shown me before. Curvy girls. Go to this store!

Melissa and her assistant were absolutely amazing in helping me find a dress that was perfect for me.
I came in with an idea of the dress I wanted and they took the time to listen and suggest options I wouldn't even think of. I walked out with a dress I would have never picked on my own but looks perfect on me!
They have a large selection in all sizes.
Recommend this place 100% and I got my dress on sale at 50% off

This bridal shop was amazing. Not only did they have such a beautifu dresses, so many options, you really can't complain about the prices! Tim went above and beyond making my appointments run smoothly and have wonderful ideas and pulled GORGEOUS selections for me. He was so helpful and made shopping so much fun. I was nervous that shopping in the during the pandemic I wouldn't have a big special moment in picking my dress and Tim made sure I did not miss out and I was NOT disappointed. I would highly recommend this place to EVERYONE and I will definitely be back for bridesmaid's dresses.

I found my dream dress here today! They were wonderful to deal with and were incredible for working with me and my budget which I appreciate to no end so thank you thank you to my consultant and the owner! They have hundreds upon hundreds of dresses! Especially in size 8 (which is a street size 4). As soon as I walked in here I knew I was going to find a dress after no luck in 2 previous stores. It was a very laid back experience with no pressure or rush. I would 10/10 reccomend Lucent Bridal to anyone, thank you again!

This is a hidden gem for wedding dresses! We had a great experience here, nice staff, great dress selection, as well as amazing price point. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for their upcoming big day!

Just purchased my wedding dress from here. We had the whole place to ourselves to browse and try on as we pleased but Tim was always ready to help us with anything we needed. Amazing service, and an awesome selection of dresses for really reasonable prices! Best place if you have expensive taste but are on a budget! Highly recommend!

Wonderful place to shop for dresses on if you are on a tight budget!
Very spacious and lots of different styles of dresses. There is a few sizes that didn't have enough stock on it which is understandable!
There is an abundance amount of size 8's.
It wasn't difficult to find a dress for my mom.
The customer service is great and the price was reasonable!

Found my dress on the first trip here! The sales guy was super friendly and nice, and just let us go about the store. The dress i liked i picked and then LOVED after he told me it had pockets lol. Great prices, great dresses, great staff. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Great experience! I have a weird schedule and when i tried to book an appointment they were fully booked for the day but opened an hour early for me! Gave me great advice and wasn't pushy to make a sale at all.i never felt rushed or pressured.i highly recommend.

Booked an appointment to look at dresses today and was not disappointed! The previous appointment went a little longer so we had to wait outside, but how could I rush another bride to be? ! I didnt mind at all as the staff was incredibly apologetic and polite (it is a pandemic after all). Upon being let in he did let me know the dresses are European sizes so I would likely have to go up a size, which was spot on so we started there, thanks to his suggestion!

I'm not a size 8, as a previous post mentioned, and while there was a lot in that size, I found likely about 20 to try on. I was able to find an AMAZING gown at $700 (seems to be the average price in case you are wondering). It was an absolute steal and I couldnt have been happier with the whole experience! A+ for everything in this store.

Found this bridal shop on Facebook advertising a 50% sale, was super impressed by the selection of styles and sizes. The service was super chill and laid back, no pressure or hovering like most bridal stores I've been to. So beyond happy to have found my forever dress here for an amazing price!

Found this place off of an instagram ad saying it was 50% off and they didn’t lie! This dress shop is basically a mini warehouse filled with tons of dresses (sorted by size, which makes it really easy to go through everything) and all of them are marked down to 50% of the original warehouse price.i ended up buying my wedding dress here for just over $800 with tax, and i love it! It fit me perfectly minus the length (but it was super easy to get hemmed). Mine has little sleeves on it that i absolutely love, but they have a huge variety of different dresses.went here to meet up with a friend getting her dress as well & she found the same thing, it’s so much easier than going to multiple stores to try things on.we found that it has better quality than the cheaper places at West Edmonton Mall and is way more affordable than the high-end stores as well.it’s really easy to set up an appointment (even with covid), we just called the number & set up a time with the guy, who came in and mostly left us alone! We knew where he was the whole time, and it was SO NICE & anxiety reducing to not have someone constantly checking up on you every time you try something on! Seriously i LOVED this place, he makes you feel super welcome and like you can just go at your own pace with no pressure! And he’s close enough at all times that he’s always available to help if needed!

the change rooms are also GIGANTIC and flat on the ground so they’re easily accessible for anyone- and they have a large mirror for you to use as well as chairs for additional guests to sit and wait/watch!
