It was wonderful working with the whole Lucky Granite team from estimating to installing. Vanessa and Vivian were friendly, nice and responsive. Providing valuable recommendations and suggestions. Vo and installation team were quick with their turnaround times, only 3 business days. We are so happy and thrill with the new kitchen. Definitely recommend to others and will be working with them again with future reno.

Optimal service from the moment you step through Lucky Granite's door to when your counter tops are installed. Vanessa, Vivian and the entire team (back-end staff) were extremely polite, professional and friendly. My family and I were initially very indecisive with our stone choice but Vanessa and Vivian were patient with us all through. As soon as we made our choice, the turnaround time was 3 days for measurement, template and installation. To top things off, the finished work was superb and came with a warranty! I am not usually easy to please, but Lucky Granite surpassed my expectations.

Everything from start to finish, was handled so quickly and easily. All my questions were answered and I would definitely order from Lucky Granite Ltd again.

Excellent experience with Lucky Granite. Found them through Facebook and visited their showroom. Lots of selections and the best pricing I could find from a reputable business in Calgary. Measurement was completed quickly and efficiently. The countertop was ready to be installed a few days later. The installers were very efficient and clean. Highly recommend.

Look no further for your small or big quartz countertop project within budget. The ladies are welcoming and helpful. Lucky has a wide selection of quartz, oval and rectangular sinks as well as an efficient measurement taking team and professional installation team. Just please specify your desired edge finish. I recommend Lucky for all my friends and family.

I bought one of their quartz offcuts for my bathroom vanity. They are very nice people to deal with, very quick turnaround (less than a week for templating and install) and best of all looks fantastic and no difference than a new slab. I will definitely use them again for any future work.

I emailed Vanessa and she was very prompt in getting me a quote. I went into the showroom and it was very well organized with a great selection. Once I finalized the selection, the installers came out 2 days later. The install was very smooth and the workers are very quick and good at their jobs. The quartz is beautiful, and the workmanship and measurements were exact. I would highly recommend this small local business!

Very reasonable price and amazing response and install timing. Came within 3 days and install took less than a couple hours. We were in a rush to get our countertops done so this was important to us. The quartz countertops turned out beautifully! They helped to provide some advice as I was indecisive so I am glad I went with it!

Communication was not their strongest, customer service was not there. After agreed first quote they provided us with our final quote and additional costs that were to be included in previous agreed quote, their response was “we changed our minds” please don’t agree to include something if you think you may not be able to provide that. Installation guys came a week earlier than expected when we told them we wouldn’t be home and they were on camera trying to open our front door. Not acceptable! They un-screwed our dishwasher to install the quartz but then refused to “re-secure” it and said we would have to do it! This needs to be mentioned as we now have to wait for a part and can’t use our dishwasher. Honestly not a good experience, wouldn’t recommend.

You can tell alot about a business based off of how their employees act in public when off the clock.
If you have a company logo on the side of your truck, to act as some form of advertising, maybe having an employee that's going to speed down stony trail, going much faster than the rest of traffic, one who cuts people off merging into traffic, when they are the one with a yield sign on piegan and barlow, and double parking in a Costco parking lot, isn't the best idea.
I have had these three run ins with one or more of your employees in a truck with your branding on it.
So when I need my new countertop in the spring time, I guess you guys are out of the question.

Recieved a quote on Kijiji (I can appreciate that it was a rough estimate) and went in to visit the show room. I picked out a piece of remnant stone (matching the quote description) and the woman I spoke with would not honour the quote, saying that this will now cost me $600 instead of $200. I asked to speak to the person who gave me the quote or her manager but apparently they no longer work there. Very disappointing - don't offer quotes if you're not going to honour them.

I am very pleased with my quartz counter tops installed by Lucky Granite. Fast service, the turnaround time is only within 3 days. It has a skilled team. On top of that, the offer is competitive. I would recommend this place.

Great experience when dealing with this fabricator. Quick feedback and quick turnaround. Completely pleased with my new kitchen, vanity, island counter tops, back splash and a table as well. Selected sinks are included. I would recommend this provider.

Worst granite fabricators in town.they dont take ownership of their mistakes and try to mask them by telling you they will work it out with your fixture contractor.told us to pick up when the work wasnt even completed.obviously there is no coordination between the office staff and workers.bottomline stay away from these people!

Lucky Granite was by far the easiest part of our renovation. We purchased a large quartz remnant, the price was better than anything else we were quoted. The templating was done quickly and efficiently, and the counters were installed a mere three days later. They look absolutely perfect. The installers were extremely professional, efficient, super fast. They're definitely very experienced and know what they're doing. We could not be happier with our experience. Vanessa is wonderful, helpful, sweet. Every aspect of our experience was fantastic and we would (and have!) recommend them to anyone. BTW, I wanted to add that I am super confused about the one negative review. This sounds like a plumbing problem, nothing to do with countertops. Do not hesitate to give Lucky Granite a try. They're fantastic.

The experience with Lucky Granite was fantatic from sales person to the installer. We got our quartz’s kitchen’s countertop done within 3 days and it was amazing job for very reasonable price! Will definitely introduce them to all my friends or people I know and family!
