Lucky's Pawn Shop

I have been a customer at luckys since the first week they opened in red deer. I have bought all kinds of things like jewelry, tools, guitars, tvs to name a few and everytime they give me a awesome deal. I have also pawned things there when im short on cash until payday and again they have always been more than fair with me. The staff are some of the nicest people I have ever met.from day 1 they have treated me with nothing but respect. They have gone over and above to help me out more then once. Luckys is by far the #1 place to go to buy quality used goods or the best place to get top dollar on anything your looking to pawn when u need extra cash.

I very rarely give 5 stars but the staff pushed me over the edge. Excellent service at every level. Good rates, good merchandise. It's nice to go to a store and come out in a better mood than you went in with, you know? And they have *NEVER* complained if I returned something! Receipt, and everything matches, no problem.

Lucky's pawn probably has what you want, a great place to find that tool or whatever. I just can't afford to shop there anymore.

Friendly service not like the gut on the North side.great selection of good quality tools. Will definitely be my place to purchase things.

Took in a slightly used Sony $700+ stereo, missing remote.the guy tried to pass it off as a lower model and offered $40 then when we corrected him and he ADMITTED his mistake, he then offered $60 instead.

Don’t buy anything from this shop. I purchased beats wireless headphones. I went to return within 24 hours, but they refused. After checking the serial number of the battery lid, they said it was not the same as the receipt. I don't believe that it's my mistake. It's their mistake. They refused to accept it. I had the wrong conversation with the front desk staff. Still, I lost my 90$. It is not pairing with the phones. How can they cheat the customer even though I have evidence? The headphones cushion ripped off within 12 hours. Very very bad experience

It's a pawn shop.what can you say.well I can say this to someone who made me feel so appreciated and values.showed me the utmost respect and smiles while we talked and did our business.these people really helped me our at a time I needed it! If you are looking for someplace to pawn your items then I recommend these very cool individuals my hats off to Tham all

Seriously the only time ive walked into a pawnshop and was treated with any kind of respect. Truly amazing people to work with and everything in store is also very well priced. I always recommend Luckys; wether you are looking for a bargain or need some quick cash.

I have been going to luckys for about 2 years now, when I need anything. I don't think I have EVER wrote a negative or positive review about a company, but recently my experience with them has forced me to say some words about them. On anything I have EVER purchased from there I have always found their pricing more then fair. They are well educated on pretty much everything they deal with, and are more then fair in helping you aquire an item you would like. The thing I would like to comment the most on is the staff, they are the reason I do business there. If it wasn't for the employees working behind the counter I probably wouldn't continue going there. You guys are great and you know who you are:) thanks for everything and as long as you guys are there i will keep coming to visit!

Went there looking for a bass guitar, was able to find a nice one for a reasonable price along with a practice amp and chord. Stores clean and the punk dude working there's a pretty nice guy.

I saw an item that I really wanted. Made an offer and they accepted. However I’m in Edmonton. I asked if I could etransfer funds in good faith and have it shipped. They were so fast and professional with providing me a quote on shipping and had the item sent out an hour after I bought it. It was kind of a shot in the dark sending money without seeing the shop or anyone on the other end but I was blown away at how great these guys were. They sent me my tracking info and my receipt right away.

Will be doing business in the future with them for sure!

USED PRODUCTS SOLD FOR ABOVE RETAIL PRICE INTENTIONALLY MISLABELED SO YOU CANT RESEARCH YOUR BUY. NOT LIKE THEYPROVIDE INTERNET SO YOU CAN CHECK THERE PRICE After looking at 3 products I wanted I decided to research them. No internet (which I'll assume is that way to discourage informed purchases) thereso I went to tim hortons.once I got there I looked into these products. 1 was mislabeled a sports camera when it was a dash camera, 1 was properly labeled and appropriately priced but the third? The third was poorly labeled a gopro session not specifying 4 or 5. Priced at 160 and brand new session 4s being sold at 159 on amazon I had assumed it was a 5. After conversing with an employee about it I was informed he knew it was a session 4 so I told him that's above retail price if a new one research always

I tried to make a purchase from Lucky's and was ready to pay they just needed to sort out shipping and then they started asking for more money for the item. I agreed to a price they agreed to sell it for that price but started changing the price. Very sleazy business practice.

Love checking this place out on my lunch breaks. Seems like there's always new stuff. Super friendly staff and they seem to know what they're talking about.

I waited and waited for someone to wait on me but clerk was talking to a cop. Cop was done but I still had to wait and so instead of saying to cop they had a customer they lost a 500$- 800$ sale

Absolutly love these guys! I wouldn't go anywhere else. Friendliest people around, always helped us out.

This is the best pawnshop in red deer. The guy that works at the back desk is great and helpful. Always was willing to negotiate a deal and they have the best selection for what tools I was looking for

Very organized shelves and priced accordingly the staff are friendly, Bought a bar fridge here and still works to this day.

So i called in and ask if a guy could give me a ball park on a set of anzo usa 6inch led light pods 881004 he would not help me at all that seems shady at the least i said can you give me a ball park price he said i dont know because of the condition i said they are brand new in the box. I just moved from edmonton i told him and cleand out my storage
I dont need them
He then said i dont know again
I ask do you take led light pods for trucks and atvs he said yes seems to me he wants to waste my time
Well i guess i will take them else where
I will never go here for anything and or will recommend this place. Brand new is brand new i asked for a ball park i paid over 300 for them and only wanted 50 bucks haha your loss
