You always hear and read "Support local business! ". Well. I tried. But ended up looking at the closed doors of Luggage Unlimited. They don't seem to be interested in local customers - their business hours are 11-5: 30. If you, like most of us, are busy at work 9-5 - you would really have to rush from your work to get to Luggage Unlimited before they close at 5: 30.
After looking at the closed doors at Luggage Unlimited I went to Bentley, located in Southgate mall, just a block from Luggage Unlimited and bought what I needed there. I suggest you do the same.

The gentleman working this afternoon
Was absolutely wonderful. He helped me find the side bag I had really wanted. My old one had broken after 15 years of use and I loved it so much. I wanted the exact same one again. He was so friendly and we had sone laughs together sharing travel memes as we had talked about the funny rules around airlines.
I buy anything luggage or purse related from this store only.
I had such a fun buying experience with you today. I could listen to your contagious laugh all day.
Thanks for helping me get my side bag purse. Now I can fit tic tacs in my purse again for my grandsons.
