Most of the staff are amazing, especially management. But twice, I have come in, for an exchange, and a separate hemming, and the same staff person was beyond rude, at Market Mall. Not sure how he is employed.
Asian, average height, conceited.
I will not be coming back.

Salesperson, Peter, provided extremely friendly and efficient service regarding exchange of merchandise. Great customer service.

Did but feel safe here. Theft right in front of customers, no reaction and no acknowledgement from the store. Seems like they just don’t care anymore.

Joyce at Lululemon Market is amazing! I had a warranty issue with my Pant and she was able to help me out! Excellent customer service I’m so impressed!

Normally I love lulu, however. This location I will not be returning too. I wasn’t greeted at check out, the associates were too busy talking amongst each other to tend to the line. I did not feel welcomed at all.

Sydney help me today with a super simple exchange as I had an issue with pilling on my new leggings, she was extremely helpful and super accommodating. I couldn’t have asked for a better customer service! Definitely give her a raise she deserves it.

The customer service at the Market Mall location is atrocious. I have never been greeted by an employee upon entering the store and not once asked for help. The last few times I was in, the employees were too busy visiting and laughing amongst themselves to help. The store is never busy when I’m there so it’s certainly not a lack of time. I typically find what I’m looking for myself, pay and leave. Last time I needed help finding a bra to fit nicely under my high neck Align tank, I had to basically interrupt a conversation after waiting politely, for them to point at the rack with bras. I just left. I don’t live in the city, and will happily drive to any other location where the employees actually care about customers.

I went in today to get an exchange on two pairs of lulu‘s and a sweater. The girl at the front counter stated she couldn’t do that because they look like they’re old because they don’t sell them anymore. I said to her I’ve had them for two years I haven’t worn them since the seams separated, and I was told that there is a loyalty program asked to speak to a manager. She stated that she is one and that she’s been there for five years and that these pants look over five years which they are the only two years old I didn’t ask to speak to another manager she went and got the store manager. His name is Josh Josh agree to give me a refund on a Gift card, but only at $80 a pair of pants but they costed me 130 each pair. I agreed to it and I was OK with it then I was explain to my mom and Arabic what we were going to do and then he cut me off by stating that he doesn’t feel comfortable me speaking in another language in front of him and aggressively. I said it to him that this conversation has nothing to do with him. That’s between me and my mom and I can speak in any language, that I please to he was racially profiling me, and very rude and unprofessional I believe that Lululemon does not deserve to have people like that, working for them and representing their name! I will not be returning to that location. I will not be spending my money at that location. I’d rather drive two hours to another location just to give them my services. What a horrible experience today at Lululemon market mall and all thanks to Josh the store manager.

I always have great experience with Lululemon chinook store and online. First time in this store at market mall, Terrible customer experience in this store with the store manager (Asian male, I forgot to write down his name though). Certainly will file a complaint to Lululemon corporate! NOT RECOMMENDED.

Hard for me to find proper fit for my body here. Prices keep going up every year. Too expensive now.

So happy with my purchase from the Market Mall location. Tristan was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable in recommending me the right fit and style I needed.
Ladies upfront Jenna and Jannah very friendly and helpful with my exchange and purchase, made everything easy.

I also dealt with Tina and “D” on my last purchase they too very awesome.
Was a great shopping experience from the great staff.

The worst store around the city, best to avoid if you have any other options. If you are buying, fine. If you are expecting to do anything other than buying? Good luck getting it done properly. Read the reviews about anything related to exchange or return and you will understand. A month ago, tried to exchange an item recently bought in Chinook store and the initial response I got was "you should go back to Chinook store for exchange". Today, I wanted to return an item bought in the store for my wife and the trigger happy salesperson returned the amount to a gift card although I had the original receipt. Tried to stop her when she was swiping the gift card but she was so eager to do it, apparently. Now I'm told that it's not their problem and they can't revert the action. So I need to submit a ticket to their resolution center and wait for days for a proper resolution, hopefully.
