I have honestly never felt so unwelcomed in a store. As I entered, someone gave me a very dirty look, I didn't realize until a few seconds later that she was a staff member (it is very hard to tell who is staff). I am usually not a sensitive person but this was clearly a very toxic type of vibe. I stood by the shoe section for a few minutes, looking for someone to get me a size, but when I looked around, I just saw the staff talking and joking with each other. I was shocked at my experience because that has never happened to me at a lululemon location. Needless to say, I walked out without buying anything because I couldn't even get my size! From the other reviews I'm reading, this is not an unusual incident, which makes me wonder why such a high-end store does not make an effort to help customers, instead they have created a high school bullying type of environment.

I have been to this lululemon many times. However today really stood out to me! I got exactly what I wanted with great options to chose from, when I went to the cash register to pay, I had the pleasure of being assisted by a man named Joey! We was divine! His positive attitude his customer engagement, his professionalism, was above my expectations! He was so wonderful to speak with, I even went as far as asking another store associate if there was a manager around to pass along an outstanding comment of gratitude of such great customer service I was provided by Joey! He left a smile on my face while I left the store.

I haven't shopped at lululemon before other than general browsing yet, I found myself interested in a few new outfits so I came into the store on a Saturday. Now, I don't really care to shop for clothes to which I was procrastinating going and especially on a weekend. As soon as I entered the staff were attentive and friendly (not pushy which was a pleasant surprise). I was greeted by a staff named Hayden who was able to understand my needs and gave suggestions of shorts and shirts to try on which were an excellent choice. During my time trying on the clothing they had staff at the change rooms providing feedback, suggestions and were willing to go gather alternative sizes, etc. One staff member named Victoria really impressed me. She was supportive and made me feel confident in the clothing I was trying on. There's not too many occurrences during and leaving a store that I felt good about being there or what I experienced.

Had a less than stellar experience. Came in for leggings but needed assistance. Once standing at the pants wall for a few minutes with no help we decided to just start pulling options. The morning "team meeting" began right next to us. Still no assistance. Took our items to the change rooms where there was no staff present (I'm assuming in the meeting as well) so we waited until someone came out and took the first free room. Once we tried on all options we made our way to the cash register where everyone was panicking over a mouse running into the store. The register staff didn't ask if we found everything or if anyone had helped us but was more concerned with asking her team members where the mouse went. Love my lulu leggings but will go back to shopping online.

Staff was really helpful and friendly. Ordered a few pairs of pants and got them hemmed, would definitely come back! Thanks yall

I was in the Southcentre Location today and ended up dealing with Sonja, Sonja was very knowledgeable, and her customer service was stellar! As I have been shopping at Lululemon stores for a number of years just when you think you know a lot about the product somebody like, Sonja comes along and teaches you more. If there were more employees like Sonja stores would have less customer complaints.

Excellent service by Julia. Daughter purchased a pair of pants. Julia sized her up and rang the purchase through. Pricey but paying for the quality. Sizing chart on the displays walls for jean size to Lululemon size conversion would be helpful.
