Nothing against the staff that work here, but this store is so unsafe. I lost count how many times I’ve seen this store get robbed. It’s good that the staff don’t chase after them as that could put them in harm, but I don’t understand why upper management won’t do anything about this problem. As a shopper, it makes me feel really uncomfortable shopping here and then witnessing theft. Make sure you wash whatever you buy here as some of them may be things that Kingsway Mall security retrieved from thieves.

Staffs are very friendly and patient to help me looking for the size and color that we want.

Very best Lululemon store in Edmonton. If you’re looking for a quick, efficient service and good selection it doesn’t get better than this. Attentive staff and pick up, drop off made easy. Love it.

One of the staff members was nice but once other people start overhearing your conversations in the store, they start watching you like a hawk.pretty uncomfortable so be careful with what you say here.

My daughter went to return an online order. He told her it was a final sale. The receipt doesn't say final sale nor is there a final sale sticker on the tag. He insisted on the gift card for instore credit. She told him NO I want it back on my visa. He played around with her and says to her OK. And tried to put it on an instore credit instead of her visa. She stopped him. Took her online order and walked out of the store. VERY SHADY AND VERY Unprofessional! She called the 1800 #, they offered her a shipping label and it will be returned back onto her visa

I left my legging to be fixed as it was too long for me. And After a week waiting for the email that would arrive when that was ready to pick it up, I decided to call and while I was talking to the lady about it, at that moment I received the email because apparently they had some problem with the emails as I understood. Had a great experience. Everyone was super friendly and the girl, who I think is Brooke, was very helpful as I was figuring out my new sizes.

My family and I stopped in today to buy a new pair of pants after I recently ripped mine and I was helped by the most kind and wonderful woman. After buying a sports bra and pants and during our small talk Emily. (I believe it may have been Shaylyn. She had reddish hair and was taller) She really went above and beyond for us and showed me so much care and kindness on a day that I so desperately needed it.

I left with a smile that carried along with me throughout a very difficult day. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Security cameras need to be relocated - Immediately. The mirrors in the change room reflects the security camera thats positioned in the store giving a full image of the person in the change room, not sure if it’s for “anti theft purposes” but that is a COMPLETE violation of privacy. Especially for a change room. Seriously hope this store changes the position of that security camera.

The service I received while dealing with Brandon was fantastic. I recommend Brandon when going to Kingsway Lulu, he’s the man you gotta see! If I can do more than 5 stars, I would. They are very lucky to have someone like him!

Wonderful shopping experience! I wish I got her name but the wonderful lady helped out so much in finding sizes and giving advice! Extremely hard working and great attitude especially in this busy time of year! A wonderful experience and I will be going back again.

I went to this Lululemon location for the first time with a friend and it was a pleasant experience. It’s a really chill atmosphere. The selection is great and there’s always something that will catch your eye. Both my friend and I always got approached for help which I really appreciated. The staff are so friendly and even strike up conversations with you. They are knowledgeable about the products and are willing to always go above and beyond to have your needs met. I had an issue with a jacket I purchased a few years ago and they got me sorted out with everything I needed to walk out happy. There was a slight issue with the solution we decided on but with an easy talk with Katie B, she got it figured out for me:) Sarah and her were both very kind and helpful with my situation! Staff here are really friendly and helpful. Some of the nicest and most understanding people you will meet. They frequently have several styles on markdown so its a good idea to come here often!

The staff here are incredible! First time ever in lululemon store and I will definitely be back! Not only am I wearing the most comfortable pants ever created, the staff made my first time experience a blast.

I came in looking for a very specific style of pants due to personal illness and after speaking with Misty and settling on the proper material in a style of pants I loved, I ended up getting two pairs because of how amazing it would work for me during recovery. I couldn’t be happier with the customer service and will definitely be back to this location. Misty went above and beyond, I felt heard and not embarrassed after sharing part of my story.

This store has a huge lack of customer service and most, not all of the staff act like they do not want to be bothered. I suggest shopping at Whyte ave or West Edmonton mall.

Staff seem friendly enough but it's still over priced products for people who just want to be seen wearing "product". Purely my opinion.

I have never met a group of incompetent workers in my life. Unhelpful in every way. I always go into this location once in a while to see if customer experience has improved and it still hasn't.

Walked in and out. Staff were too busy gossiping to help customers. This has happened several times now. Poor management here

Service was not great. I was ignored for pretty much my whole shopping experience, including in the change room while the staff chatted. I even walked out looking for a new size and still couldn't find help. I walked in prepared to buy several outfits. I walked out empty handed because of this.

Wife loves this store. Some styles work for me and does the job. Frugal me goes to the clearance section lol.

It seems they are carrying more and more stock which is nice because I rarely to go bigger malls.

I normally wouldn't shop at large chain stores but I saw lululemon had an amazing enlite running bra. I've been having issues recently so went in to try it on. Abby helped me out today and thank gosh for her guidance and patience she helped me find the perfect size for me. I just tested it out, and for those of you looking at the $100 price tag know this, its worth it. But get help, she gave a lot of great advice and helped me order a second one online since they didn't have more in stock. I will probably be stocking up on them in the future, thank you Lululemon for making clothing that adapts to the body. Just putting this out there, hopefully we can have more eco friendly options soon too.

Made it very easy when my pants had ripped. I had to pay the difference of the new pants, but there was no struggle with getting new ones. Always clean, staff is super helpful

Was a terrible mistake to come to this store. Had terrible customer service. Very snobby and all associates were preoccupied with each other. Had no offer of service when in the fitting. Gentlemen at the back folding pants told us to find the fitting room with your name on it and go on. I have been in customer service for 30 years and never ever said that to a customer and was a mgr as well. If we hadn't wanted that particular item we would certainly never step foot in this kingsway branch again.
