I give this store 5 stars for one reason only: EDDIE. He has worked there for 3.5 years or so. Product knowledge, suggestions, overall helpfulness and personality made my shopping experience so easy. Will go back for sure just to have him assist me.

Keltie assisted me when I came in last week in the evening. She was enthusiastic and so much fun to have help me out. She was quick with answers and solution oriented which I always appreciate.

A member in the lululemon store helped me buy a pair of lululemon shoes online. I spoke to a member asking if I would be able to return them if I didn't like them and she assured me I would be able to, an hour later, I went to cancel my order because I had found better shoes, and I couldn't cancel my order because it was 2 minutes over the cancelation time. Once again, the lululemon service member assured me I would be able to return them once the order came in. When I received my order, I went to print the return label, but it wouldn't let me, stating "the item was final sale". I now understand that once an item is final sale it can no longer be returned. The shoes are still in the original box, the shipping box is not even opened, yet I am not able to return them. None of the three people I talked to, told me this information upon my order as they were always assuring me they could be returned if I was not happy.

I went in with my boyfriend today and needed to exchange an online order. Sarah helped us and made our experience very stress free and easy. She was extremely helpful, kind, and great to deal with. Thanks so much.

I went to this store returning the item i purchased online paying credit card.
Nicole was so inquisitive, digging everything she wants to dig with alll my receipt showed to her and how I paid. She doesn’t want me to return it saying online is different with in-store purchase. What kind of reasoning is that? She frustrated me with her nonsense reasoning, I was so upset. The she called Dylan. Here comes Dylan aggreeing to give me gift card saying he can only give me card but not into the method of payment I did. Nicole interrupted saying they can not even gift card because blah blah. Nicole is so rude and total LIAR!
Lululemon deserves to have a customer friendly staff and manager! This store has nothing but rude and liar staff!

Pretty good clothing I don't go there often they didn't have my color of pants tho so that's a bit upsetting but overall its a pretty nice place and also all the employees have red fanny packs

I bought an item online, and I recieved an email that I will get item by october 18th, and still I didnt recive it.
The worst part is there was no update in my package track!
I was planing to give this item as a birthday gift but because of delay, I missed it.

My Experience at this location was upsetting, not to mention poor/rude customer service, I brought my leggings back in for a quality promise which clearly states that you can bring the leggings back within their lifespan if they aren’t performing to lulu lemons standard & in which the leggings aren’t older than their lifespan & had told her the seems have completely fallen apart (which again isn’t to the standard), however instead she assumed and I was told they looked like they were “too worn” & that the time span in which to bring them back is 6 months. The cashier lied to my face about the actual quality promise policy. She didn’t honour the quality promise at all. I soon call the Lululemon Canada Rep & asked if their quality promise had been changed which it has not been changed at all & told them what happened, they said that the policy is still in tact & I had received unfair treatment to say the least. Then when I told another employee at the same store what the representative on the phone said they offered to switch them out? I politely declined & decided to proceed via ONLINE after my experience with staff there.

Venus was a great help out of many people who approached me, specially for a person like me just there to buy a gift for a friend and is not aware of this clothing lineup and there is so much to choose from, I was about to just leave without making a purchase because once I get confused I can't shop and that's when Venus approached me and asked me questions and she recommended the right product. Thank you Venus my friend really liked the gift and I appreciate your help.

I didn't get to catch anyone's names, but there were a handful of people there that made my very first time at Lululemon a hit. I'm a pole dancer and have only ever used terrible shorts for dancing.and I knew it was time to upgrade. I walked in knowing very little, and was helped to pick out the right pair for what I do. All my silly questions were heard and understood and answered.

Primarily, I was terrified to go in because I'm not very skinny and trying on athletic wear at a trendy store scared me. But a diverse and welcoming staff made me feel very comfortable, to the point I even felt safe leaving the changing room in the shorts I was trying on.

My only note is that maybe staff should ask for preferred pronouns especially during elongated conversations and customer service. Would be nice!

My favourite store! All the staff are accommodating and friendly. There is a generous return policy in this store so that I will shop at this store constantly.

Went in to try on some pants i saw online. When i asked a question regarding the size of the pants, it was replied with a snarky comment.

Lots of workers, not one asked if I needed any assistance.

Probably the worst shopping experience I've had so far at a lululemon.

I purchased a jacket there yesterday at noon. I was not informed of a no return policy for wearing out. Today at noon, I tried returning it for an exchange because there was no breast pocket and it didn’t fit right when I got home.

I explained my situation and was aided in finding a new jacket that I actually liked. I was told to wait in line to complete the transaction. Then they said I couldn’t swap the item because the tag was off and they couldn’t sell it. I had the tag with me, just not attached.

So if you plan to shop here, and think you may want to return your item at some point, go for it! Just keep the tag on and never wash it. According to their logic, the tag being attached is what makes it resell-able. Not the condition of the item or circumstances of the purchase.

Also, how can they prove a product isn’t worn!? I bought the jacket, wore it out and never washed it. Brought it back a day later with the tag detached, receipt and never washed. If I brought it back 5 days later I would understand. These clothes are expensive and they assume people know their policies. I wish the customer service I experienced today was as high quality as their products.

I am an avid Lulu girl (loving the additional sizes and I am blessed plus size). I finally convinced my wife to go in to grab some men’s pants and long sleeve shirts for a more dressy casual feel. Well poor Eddie was the one who had to deal with us on Sunday. “She needs an adult”. He checked up on us often and helped find sizing and offered to order the shirts that they didn’t have to our house. I have a pair of leggings that need stitching reinforced and he advised to bring them in for them to look at. I never have a bad experience with the staff at this location great customer service helps when you have to open your wallet! Thanks guys!

My husband and I have a warning for Lululemon Shoppers at Southgate Centre. Our recent experience there post-Christmas left a sour taste in our mouths. Sure it was busy, and long wait times, but what we witnessed were two particular female employees who were so rude one of them comes up behind me while we waited 2.5 hours in line and says "my name what are you doing here you were already here once I responded by saying I need to do a return. " we were told they could only do a "return", no exchanges. When we pressed on with the return, she then looked down at my card I was holding and said "is that a debit visa? We can only use credit cards. " We also asked them to check a size in stock while we waited - they said that was not allowed. But yet we then witnessed numerous other customers going right to the front of the line and obtaining size information and even processing purchases from the front of the line, even though they had not entered the virtual waitlist three hours long. Then we were present for a debit/debit visa return! All along these two women were very short and very rude - and completely unhelpful. We then approached another employee who had a "problem-solving attitude". She processed the earlier "impossible" debit refund, and then went and found the item and size we wanted and sold it to us at the door - a service others had enjoyed.

Before all of this I originally went to pick up my pants I ordered over the phone yesterday. When ordering the pants the girl was not nice at all. When it came to pay I said" gift card and she said " no you can not pay with a gift card. " I am thinking this is ridiculous. I then responded by saying "I just made another phone order and they took gift card no problem so of course you can pay with a lululemon gift card. "She then responded by saying" fine what is it. "

Then when I went to pick up my pants the girl could not find them anywhere and instead of being nice and saying don't worry if we can't find them I will get you another pair or refund you instead she got all up in my face and then when I was walking away she started whispering about me to her co workers when I was nothing but nice and have always been nice. That is no way to treat a customer who shops there all the time and it's very unprofessional.

A warning to all! Hope Lulu wakes up and gets rid of its bad eggs. Oh, and one more thing, when we asked for their names, they refused! Guess they knew what was going to happen.

I returned my online order, because it was torn. They acceted to exchange it, but the same color was out of stock. So l had to order another color, blus paying extra money, because the item was not in sale anymore.l guess it was not fair. However, the staff are respectful

The customer service at this store has been terrible since Covid hit. I keep coming back to give the store another chance and keep getting disappointed. They seem to have no respect for front line workers or first responders.

Helpful and friendly staff, as always. Got myself a pair of nice pants. I use them as compression gear for my joints so having a pair of form fitted yoga pants that are cut to support my joints that can be worn almost every day and washed every few days (I even put them in the dryer, although you shouldn't do that) but even with all that wear and wash my first pair is still going strong! They were also offering 25% off for all nurses during the pandemic which I think is just magnificent.

Have shopped Lululemon for years in BC and have had amazing service.yesterday I was in the Southgate Edmonton location and not a hello, goodbye or interaction of any kind. Won't go back!

#kelly the customer service queen! I came in late this afternoon with a product issue from something I had received / purchased in December and January. She didn’t even hesitate! She just jumped in and looked at the product agreed that she could help me out and took me to the section we needed to be in, helped me pick colors and sizes. Waited in the dressing room area for me and assisted with my indecisiveness and personally assisted at the till. As a manager, customer service is something that I tend to be super picky on. Kelly you blew my mind! Way to go lulu for keeping up with the name! Until next time!

Lululemon gave me a 5/5 experience tonight! I ordered pants online which shipped the incorrect style. Marshal, who worked on cash, really put my mind at ease and helped me figure out the situation quickly! Big shout out to Marshal!

I absolutely love it here. The staff are very helpful and friendly. My brand new pants were pilling very badly and had also ripped. They exchanged them no problem and sent them back to the lab. They stand by their product here and I've never had any issues.

I always shop at Lululemon West Ed but since I went in RBC Southgate to do some deposits I did some kinda shopping around. And I happen to pass by at the store, The guy who helped me is kind of racist, maybe because I was holding bags of stuff from the dollar store. He's thinking that I couldn't afford what they sell.
It shouldn't be like that, you should teach your staff to treat all people the same.

Horrible customer service, I walked around for 5 minutes in the empty store while two workers gossiped amongst each other.when I finally did talk to an employee she was snappy. I do not recommend this location, try to go to the whyte ave or wem location instead for friendlier, helpful, and attentive staff!

They don't carry much stuff in store anymore. I get it, online is kinda the way to go. It is a nice store, friendly staff. But man. The cost has gone up so much! And the quality has gone down. Hard for me to justify purchases anymore

I had a fantastic experience at the Southgate Lululemon store! I had two pairs of leggings that started to pill and stretch out and I heard about their “quality promise” from a friend which is basically where if the quality of the product isn’t holding up, Lululemon will exchange it for you. Honestly I was a little sceptical because these leggings were a couple years old and since there is very little information about this policy on their website I didn’t know if I would be able to exchange them at all. However I walked into the store with my two pairs of leggings and the worker said she could exchange them for me no problem! She helped me pick out two new pairs right off the shelf that would fit my needs better than my previous pairs. She was an amazing employee who helped me find the perfect leggings and made the exchange super easy and it was honestly a great experience that made me glad I invested in Lululemons products!

Left the alarm tag on my pants, When I got home I seen it. No alarm went off when I left the store, not from the city so it was an inconvenient drive only to get there and basically get questioned by one staff as to why none of the other staff had stopped me and made me feel oddly uncomfortable.
