Luminous nails and spa

I have gone to this location twice now and both times I have seen Jenn. I was very pleased with my experience and how well she did following the inspiration photo I had. The second time I came to this location, I noticed that I had two nails that were slightly bigger than my other hand. I called and they were able to quickly accommodate me and fix the small problem I had. I would definitely recommend people to this location

SCARY. I would never go back there. NOT SANATIRY. The lady was Ready to cut my cuticle with a cuticle clipper that had dead cuticle skin hanging off it. Every unprofessional. I would be scared to go there again and catch a fugus or something serious like what has been on the news about unsafe nail businesses. Scary

I had a manicure and pedicure. The gentleman (didn’t have a name tag) who did my pedicure was very friendly and did a great job. The lady (one) who did my manicure was friendly also and did a great job

I absolutely love luminous The staff is always friendly. They rush to get me in every single time, the tropical pedicure is my favorite. The deep massage during that pedicure is absolutely the best clean facility. Really enjoy it.

Very clean, friendly, and best of all, they did an amazing job. Can’t thank Lyn enough for doing my pedicure despite having an injured foot. She was delicate and took the time to check in and make sure I was comfortable the entire session.

I had an amazing spa day with Yvonne. She really took the time to take such great care of me. I booked multiple services and even after working for hours she still took the time to make sure every little detail was perfect. Prices were extremely reasonable for this bright and clean salon, I’m beyond happy with my experience and won’t be going any where else!

Very expensive. My total was over 150 for a standard pedicure with shellac and a set of acrylics. The nails were very thick and not even lengths. I wont be returning. Casablanca Nails in Copperfield was much less for the same services and did a better job. IMO

I have never gotten my nails done before, but am trying to break the habit of picking/chewing my nails. A friend recommended Luminous Nails and Spa to me, and I'm glad she did! The environment inside was very clean, welcoming, and relaxing. The service was friendly, professional, and efficient. There are many colour and design options available for nails. A whole new set only took about an hour! And the pricing was very fair. I definitely plan on going back.

The tropical pedicure was the best I have ever had. The whole experience was relaxing and I will go back for sure.

My friend wanted to get her nails done and booked an apt here last minute when she was taken to get her nails done the nail lady didn't even tell my friend her name. My friend had gels done at another place but she wanted her nails done for an event she's going to tomorrow.she was getting her gels filled and get a new design (1st pic) they ended up looking like this (2nd pic) plus ended up costing her 70$ for A filing like bffr. #cancelluminousnails #justiceformyfriend I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE!

This has been my go to nail salon since they opened. A few weeks ago I was gifted gel nails at another salon, they didn’t go a very good job. I came to luminous today for a fill and they fixed them up beautifully and also got this super pretty polish job! Rana was awesome! Love this place.

This will be my 4th time heading to Vinn and Yvonne and I can’t say enough about how they treat their customers but also how well they did my nails! Show them a picture and an hour later the design is on my nails! Love love love

This is my second time back and this time Vin did such an amazing job. He took the time to give me the volume I wanted. He is such a nice person, very personable!

The first time I came, Yvonne did my lashes and I loved them. I have never had so much volume yet still looked natural. Definitely coming back!

I’ve been visiting Luminous Nails and Spa monthly since they opened in Mahogany (approx. 9 months) and they always do a fabulous job! I’ve had many different techs do my nails and the results are consistent. Everyone is friendly and the massage chairs are definitely worth getting a pedicure! They did my wedding nails this fall and they came out perfectly. I definitely will continue my regular visits!

Just went to Luminous with two friends and enjoyed a fabulous pedicure. We upgraded to a Tropical Pedicure, and we loved the extra pampering of a leg masque and hot stone massage. The staff was super friendly and attentive, and the salon was clean and beautifully decorated. Will definitely go back again next time I’m in town!

I have been seeing Yvonne and Vin for the last 10 years! Nothing but the best service and at home feeling. Would recommend them to anyone, as I continue to do!

I reviewed this place one year ago but I wanted to update my review! Their new location in Mahogany is spacious and super relaxing. Today, I got my nails done by Yvonne! She was so wonderful and since it was my first time getting fake nails, she did an amazing job as making sure I was comfortable with the length and style. I had such a great experience today that I will be a regular customer going forward! Thank you everyone!

They are nice and all but please don’t waste your money on Microblading here, first she rushes the whole process and causing you to feel great amount of pain. She uses a numbing cream but doesn’t wait for it dry off so it’s just like doing it without it. She gave me no after care advice, had to find out on my own and it’s been only 5 days and my eyebrows look the same. I never give reviews but I don’t want anyone wasting $420 like I just did! Have to probably go somewhere else and pay again to get it done! Very disappointed, UPDATE! MY SKIN? WELL IF YOU SHOULD KNOW WHAT TO USE ON A BLACK SKIN NOT ME, ITS YOUR JOB NOT MINE AND WHY WOULD I WASTE MY MONEY TO COMEBACK TO YOU? JUST STOP PROVIDING THIS SERVICE BECAUSE YOU CLEARLY DON’T KNOW WHAT YOU DOING!

First time at Luminous Nails and Spa, have to say we received a warm welcome, The staff was very well organized and everything was exceptionally clean. I had a manicure and pedicure and was offered additional services to enhance my experience. Would definitely recommend this salon and look forward to my next visit! Thank you ladies.

I was so happy with my service. I received a pedicure and a nail fill. They have over 1000 colors to chose from. The employees are very knowledgeable and can communicate to costumers the best products for their needs. It is very possibly the cleanest nail salon I have ever attended. The atmosphere is very relaxing, it has more of a spa feel. The products are absolutely superior to anybody in the area. I had Jen as my technician and she was excellent. I highly recommend her.

I love Luminous nails! It’s the only place I will go now to get my gel nails and pedicures! Recommend and would rate this place a 10/10!

I’ve been coming to this salon since they’ve opened and I can’t say enough great things about the service. My nails have never been healthier and the staff is amazing. You truly feel cared for every single time.

WORST place ever. Being 8 months pregnant they made me wait an hour after my appointment time. I felt I was being rushed out, there was zero interest to provide a good service. Never ever going back!

Not gonna recommend the place, just organized chaos. I got a pedicure and got cut during, the staff who did the pedicure just left me there without any communication after she was done. I sat there waiting for a few minutes and just showed myself out.

Service was great, they took extra care to make my granddaughter feel special. Very impressed with the cleanliness and atmosphere.

I just recently had a pedicure done at this nail salon and was immensely impressed with the interior design and relaxing music. The service, however, needs some improvement. I would've liked to soak my feet in the warm water for ten minutes rather than having the technician begin the work on my feet less than a minute after I put them into the tub. Also, to my dismay, after a few hours following the pedicure service, I had to deal with removing painful hangnails on both my big toes to stop them from growing deeper into the skin around my nails. This has never happened to me before after a pedicure at other salons. I haven't decided yet if I'll be going back to Luminous Nails and Spa. Time will tell.

Dear Owner, instead of making amends you're offering me a fine excuse for mediocre customer service. No pedicure has ever given me hangnails, not even my own. No technician has ever mentioned issues with my feet. Your response in terms of Jen's service doesn't come close to the truth. We had no such conversation. A good technician would ask me if I have time for a soak. Jen was rushed and rough. It wasn't relaxing. She doesn't know how to make a customer feel relaxed during a pedicure. On account of your response which is based on a lie, I will give your salon two stars. I will not come back for your services. I will not recommend you.

I truly can’t thank Vin enough for taking the time, being so careful and focused with my fill. The results speak for themselves. The space is very relaxing and so like and tranquil with all the amazing choices in design and NO TV’S. This provides for great conversation and is welcoming. Vin was so kind to make me a lovely Vietnamese coffee for my visit and the color selection & quality of shellac is top notch. This is my second visit and I’ll be going back for a pedicure no questions asked! So a happy to see you in the neighbourhood and providing such high quality services️

A beautiful space! And incredible polish selection. As for designs - if you can dream it, they can do it. Love this place.
The best salon I've been to in years. A luxury experience, without the luxury price. More than 1000 shellac polishes, and hundreds of dip shades, and OPI products too. Spoiled for choice.

Absolutely LOVE this nail salon. I secretly don’t want to post this or tell anyone I know about it so that they don’t get too busy! This is a new salon which is clean and modern. The nail techs are all so kind and welcoming. They are also very talented! Me and my 7 year old daughter came in together for her birthday treat after having to wait 45 mins elsewhere and leaving. I’m so glad they were able to take us in, respect our appointment time and do such a wonderful job! They did customs artwork in my daughters tiny nails and a fabulous job on my pedicure. The tropical pedi is a must! Thank you Yvonne you were the best and made us feel so special.
