I have always loved visiting Lumira Pelvic health and wellness. The clinic is always clean and welcoming and the staff have always been so kind and inviting. I have experienced a lot of pain relief after my taping sessions with Cora, and I love seeing Liana for aromatherapy massage. It’s truly a wonderful clinic!

I have been a fan of Lumira Wellness since I first stepped foot in the clinic a couple of years ago. I was experiencing significant pain and with Cora’s expertise, patience and kindness, I was feeling significantly better in a surprisingly short period of time.

Liana’s magic touch was all I needed to benefit from an aromatherapy massage. I immediately became a fan and enjoyed the many massages Liana gave me.

Caring, kind, wise and thoughtful all come to mind when I think of Lumira Wellness. I highly recommend.

Lumira Wellness extremely helpful for men, as I have found out recently. I have seen Cora for some time, and she is a not your average physiotherapist. Rather, she is brilliant, having so many helpful suggestions, in addition to treatment that has helped me greatly. Typical, pelvic floor treatment is something that men are not accustomed to, or even know exist, but Cora frames the treatment well, and with her kind demeanor, and makes it a very comfortable experience. I have visited Lumira multiple times and had appts with Cora and Liana. Both were very friendly and made you feel most welcome! The space is extremely clean, comfortable, and inviting.

I had an incredible experience with Priya, she is extremely gifted. I did her organ healing session and intuitive reading. By the end, Priya felt like a close friend. She made me feel understood and affirmed and also helped me to gain better understanding around a long term health problem.

As an RMT myself, I am conscious of every treatment I receive. I have finally found a therapist that I can trust to approach each treatment with a purpose rather then settle into a comfort zone and become stale with their treatment plan.

I've been seeing Cora, the owner and Physiotherapist of Lumira Wellness. I was referred by a fellow mom to her due to stress-incontinence after my pregnancy. From my initial assessment to my follow-up appointments, Cora made sure that I'm comfortable and understands what we are doing. Staff there are very friendly, and the entire place is kept very clean. I'm very happy that I found Cora, and would recommend her to all my friends and family!

Liana has a healing touch. I felt my stress and tension melting away. This was my first aromatherapy massage and I have to say I'm hooked! The oils were deeply moisturizing and the aromatherapy lingered on my skin even after leaving my massage. Left me feeling relaxed for the rest of the evening.

Lumira is a gorgeous clean space. I plan to book another massage and check out the other services they offer.score = 10/10!

I had such a great experience at Lumira Wellness. The clinic was exceptionally well kept and clean. The service I received was very professional. I walked out of there glowing and feeling much better than I did going in. I felt relaxed and comfortable throughout the entire session! Thank you for such an amazing service. After my third baby, I needed to get my pelvis bone back in place, because I had severe pain. I had lost hope, that I would ever be pain free, until I started physio theraphy. My baby is 1 year old now, and after going for 6 months here for physio, I can say with certainty and happily that my pain is gone.
It is so nice to be able to get back to normal life and to not let pain stop me from performing daily tasks. Thank you for such an amazing customer service and physio!

I highly recommend Cora for postpartum pelvic floor therapy. Her approach is understand, kind and effective. Cora provides exercises and plans that fit the busy lifestyle of a new mom. With her guidance I was able to begin running again after the birth of my third child. I really should have gone to see her for my first two children too! If you are having a baby, please go see Cora!
