Lush Cosmetics

The customer service was amazingly good and was sent home with samples. Unfortunately they didn't suit me nor did anything else in the store. If you're a fan of their products you will love this store.

My niece got me a Christmas present from Lush and when I received it this morning, the lotion they sold my niece was already used. I’m quite disappointed!

Came in to buy some birthday presents for a neice but was completely turned off when someone who I'm assuming was a manager started berating and belittling her staff in front of the customers. Her name was Lori— the instigator.

If anyone at head office would like more information on what I witnessed feel free to contact my email and I will provide further information this is unacceptable behavior.

Staff was lovely as usual. Picked up some sale items on Monday and a lady with cool glasses gave me sooo many samples to try. Scrubee is my favourite.

This is such a fun shop with products you can trust. I always buy their bath bombs as Christmas gifts.

Always get my Roots hair mask here. I have really bad eczema down the back of my scalp and back, so this really helps.
Went in the other day for the One Piece collab items, the staff was super friendly and helped my cousin find a new face lotion and gave us samples for creams as she's also got quite sensitive skin.
Love how knowledgable they are about their products and not afraid to lean on each other if they don't know.
It is always a good experience.

I was in lush today looking for a body wash I did not know what to buy but Cecilia was there to help me she gives me many options, she was wonderful and so kind l will comeback soon

It smelled great, I left smelling equally as great. All I did was walk in and look around. 10/10, I might start using bath bombs.

This review is not a reflection of the staff, they were very friendly and I'm sure just doing what they are told they have to do. First of all when I walk in and get greet and tell someone I am just looking, that is not in invitation to instantly give me a big long run down on every product I smell or look at. I don't want to stand and listen to a break down on every little thing. Multiple times with multiple employees who I kept letting know I'm just looking. So annoying to the point where I had to just leave without making a purchase. For the love of god, train your staff to give people space to breathe if they don't want to be bombarded. What a flawed system

Great alternative natural options for hair and skin care. Stimulating shampoos and conditioners. Lost a star because they stopped carrying the Brazilliant (the best shampoo) I bought another one they recommended. Will update later

I found some things that I am not allergic to and love the products, a bit pricey though. Lower your prices please.

I love this place. Staff are kind without being super pushy or over bearing. Had a great expierence here. Store smells so good and it was clean and well organized.

Love their bath bars! Usually makes the water a cool colour, smell nice, and bubbly. Decent pricing as well.
