If peace of mind, access to your builders, timely delivery, and quality work is your goal, stay clear of Luxuria homes. They have no regards for customers and are very unprofessional.
There price might be good at the start but the pain afterwards don’t compare.

This company is operated by ethical and understanding people. Both my wife and I are satisfied with the way they treated us. We found that Luxuria considers their client's situations with care and professionalism. They are running by reasonable and trustworthy management team. We hope that they grow and become more successful.

The blueprint process was very long but we did get to make a lot of changes so that was nice, we are very happy with our house it suits our family!

Want to have a regret of lifetime, dare to buy a home from Luxuria.
80% homes have water damage prior to possession. Electrical issues of all kinds. Takes at least a year over and above the committed delivery date and delivers incomplete house. No reponse for months to any kind of service call. Customer service is non existant. Not sure how they are allowed to build houses. They should bd reported to the governing body.

I went to buy a house with Luxaria Homes and they were nice at first, we signed up for a house and even paid the deposit and for 2-3 months they leave us hanging saying ohh everything is on track but after 2 months they say we might have to pay a little extra and we say that is fine we understand the market and they come back to us after 3 months charging us 40k extra.

I was not alright with that. I wasn't angry about the price raise but how they kept me hanging for months. Saying everything was alright. Why did they sign people on if they were going to waste their time and take the deposit.

Before I decided to part ways I had booked an appointment with them on Saturday at 12pm. They opened at 12 but I was waiting outside their office until 12: 30. They didn't show up or pick up the call.

I did miss out on a lot of opportunities because they led us towards spinning our wheels in one place.

Also in the end without telling us or contacting us and while they had our deposit they gave the lot to someone else.

Worse experience I have had and I wouldn't trust them again.

I had forgotten to write a review until I was flagged because they "couldn't find me as an actual buyer". It inspired me to write a review with proof.

Fortunately I did not hire this company. Unfortunately had to share the road with one of their pickup trucks. Whoever was driving was tailgating 3 feet behind every vehicle, bobing and weaving, and cutting everyone off. Also got to mention the skid plate was dragging underneath pickup. Hire a different company that'll hold their employees to a decent standard.

Being involved in the real estate market - I was very cautious about who to book my personal home with. We moved into our new home built by Luxuria Homes in Chelsea a few months ago and I am so glad and happy with our house and its construction. The best part was that the standard collections had great choices and they were very flexible to modify floor plans as needed!

We had a great experience building with Luxuria Homes, our home was delayed though but it was worth the delay. We were able to customize each portion of our house and it suits our tastes perfectly. We visited the site frequently and they were good about letting us book appointments. The possession was easy and I am very happy with my house, as our my inlaws family.

Loved building with Luxuria Homes. This is our third home and we are building first time with Luxuria. We have built our previous home with another reputed builder in calgary and I can tell the difference. I have had better experience with Luxuria Homes and they took home building experience to the next level. We were able to completely customize our home without compromising the built quality. They never rushed during design, selections and construction. They use high end suppliers and provide huge range of selections. The upgrade costs were very reasonable. Also, the standard home comes with quite a few upgrades. I find them best when it comes to custom home building. I would highly recommend Luxuria homes. They really add value to your home.

Recently began a home build through Luxuria and had an amazing experience with Tina Leighton. She was beyond understanding, personable and helpful throughout the entire process. Tina was very thorough with her work and meticulous to ensure we got exactly what we wanted and what we were looking for as home owners. We couldn’t be more pleased with her assistance! Would recommend her a thousand times over!

My family and I are first time home buyers. We moved from Vancouver two years a ago and have been renting property for a number of years. We knew we wanted a new home and spent a lot of time researching builders in Calgary. We could not make a decision and were hesitant about the home buying process.
We were out looking at communities one Sunday and walked into a LUXURIA HOMES show home.
We were immediately welcomed by the sales team with open arms. We explained our situation and they responded with a level of kindness and support that I have not experienced EVER before with customer service.

One of the girls played with my daughter while a TD mortgage advisor explained the home buying process over the phone.

The house its self was stunning and with all the finishing's and high end custom work I thought it would be out off our price range. Turns out it was not and most of the upgrades were included in the price.

We went back three times before we purchased the home of our dreams using the mortgage advisor they recommended. The customer service only got better as we moved forward.

Our house is currently being built and the Luxuria team always make time for us as we watch our house take shape.
I cannot recommend these people enough! A truly enjoyable experience for my whole family and something we will never forget.

I had an exceptional experience building a home with Luxuria. They built me a beautiful custom home with the best finishings. I was also very impressed with their customer service. They took the time to explain everything to me step by step. I will definitely be recommending them to my family and friends!

Luxuria homes built my first house back in 2018. I have been waiting for them to create a website so I can give an honest review. First, when dealing with this company, be sure to inspect your home properly before moving in because once you've moved in, they are done with you. Secondly, my house is only 2 years old and I have leaking roofs, all four washrooms have plumbing issues, my garage door has been having issues, all entry doors are not properly installed hence ice builds around the doors during winter, everything is cheap and of very low quality.
I have copies of several emails sent to this company during my 2years warranty with no response.
Do not use this company. You will definitely regret it.

We had great experience building our first home with Luxuria Homes, we originally were planning on buying a house they had already built but we like the options to fully customize our plan, we got all of the things on our wishlist and stayed in budget!

Second home we built with these folks first was a large custom home, this time we went with a bungalow. Turned out great, we are very happy, the finishes are beautiful and the customer service was same as before. We did miss our visits with the owner Harvey, was told he's retired but still a very nice experience.
