Riaz absolutely SAVED me today, my car dumped all its coolant at work and one of the hoses on my radiator busted, I dropped the car off on same day notice at 11: 00am and he repaired everything by the time I was off work so I could go home without having to make other arrangements. I love driving my M240 as it’s truly a fun drive. On the other hand owning a BMW I know the maintenance and repair costs are higher. So when my warranty and inclusive service was over I contemplated selling or trading in. My biggest barrier in keeping my M240 was having a mechanic I could trust.

I went there a few years ago to have my car assessed and had a poor experience. I spoke to Riaz over the phone who informed me that the assessment is free and to bring the vehicle in. He quoted me over $8000 to repair my vehicle and advised me that I had to think long and hard about the repair and it was a "big job". He then offered to purchase the vehicle outright from me for $1000 and said he would use it as a winter vehicle which seemed odd.

$8000 was a lot of money that I didn't have, at that time I was still in school and the bmw was my parent's that I drove very sparingly. I was taking responsibility for the costs as the accident was my fault but the cost to me seemed exorbitant. I informed Riaz that I would be taking the car to another mechanic to have it assessed just for a second opinion and Riaz refused to give me the keys unless I paid for his assessment fee. Keep in mind he told me earlier the assessment would be free. He told me it would be $150 for the assessment but I think I ended up giving him $100 or $120 to take the vehicle away. It felt to me like this location took advantage of my lack of knowledge/naivety at the time.

I then took the vehicle to another auto shop (Alberta Motorworks) and their quotes were around $3000 and they essentially said that $8000 is too high and not commensurate with the amount of damage on the vehicle. The guy there showed me exactly what he thought was wrong and seemed very honest. I had it fixed there and it's running great 3 years later.

Brought my car to Riaz, had a bunch of oil leaks. My car came back fully fixed. Riaz is extremely professional, efficient and experienced! Highly recommend

Took my BMW X5 in for a check engine light and had a brake squeal. I felt very welcomed when I first stepped inside and was put at ease that I had picked the right place. Dealerships have always made me feel pressured with buy this buy that but with Luxury Auto Services I felt that they truly had my best interest at heart. The brakes needed replacing and my check engine light was thankfully a minor Sib fix. The prices are great and the service experience was very quick effortless and efficient. I have used LAS a number of times for my 540i, X5 and even my e350 Coupe Mercedes.and ever time it is exceptional. Riaz has immaculate attention to detail and doesn't like anything less than perfect. He is fair, honest and has always had great pricing. Normally I would return my vehicles before the warranty runs out.but, not anymore! To be honest I would rather have LAS service my car than any dealership.

Riaz runs an amazing business. He’s professional, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. I don’t trust too many people with my vehicles but I have no issues leaving vehicles with him. Our Range Rover needed rear brake callipers that were on back order. For 2 months he moved our vehicle in and out of his shop so it would be inside while no one was there. His work is fantastic. Not to mention after leaving with our vehicles he always makes sure to give a courtesy call to make sure everything is working and up to the customers standard. Excellent shop.

Only place I'll ever take my bmw. Riaz is honest which is hard to find in a mechanic these days. So happy I had a friend tell me about him. Oil changes to leaking gaskets - hes work/explanations/ prices and visuals of your damaged parts has made me a customer for life

I had a burnt out brake light that happened a few days ago, was just leaving work to run over to Bavaria to grab a light bulb and go put it in, but then I remembered this BMW shop just a block away from my work. I pulled in and gave them a call to see if they had the bulb which they did, pulled around to the back and the Tech (didn't catch his name) pulled the light out and changed it for me! He was very quick and nice to talk too. The price was also better than Bavaria by half. Quality shop great people.

I can't say enough good things about Luxury Auto. They were a lifesaver. I was expecting my repairs to take a few days, but they got my vehicle back to me the same day. Friendly, honest, and timely service. They exceeded all my expectations. Going forward, they will be the first place I call.

I brought my white X5 in for service because there were sounds that 2 other experienced mechanics could not solve. I live in Calgary but I bring my vehicles to Riaz for repairs and regular maintenance.
I drive the 3 hours to Edmonton because Riaz is the only person I would trust to work on my personal vehicle. He is always honest and fair. His work is thorough, he doesn't take short cuts and that's why I have never had a repeat concern once Riaz has done a repair job.
