Lyfe Residences

We have been residing at Lyfe Residence for over 3 years and have enjoyed building positive relationship at Lyfe Residence Community including the previous manager who was welcoming, positive and offered a transformational experience. However, the new building manager, Kelleigh comes across very short, abrupt and sometimes very unprofessional and rude.

I find it very unprofessional and unbelievable that she isn't working to build a great rapport and relationship with the residence.

Kail - The Building Manager, has been exceptionally helpful, professional, and prompt in responding to all my inquiries throughout my residence here at LYFE. I find this new-ish building to be perfectly located with only 10 min drive to the DT core, as well as within walking distance to all the wonderful amenities that the Marda Loop Community has to offer. I recommend the LYFE residence in Marda Loop to anyone wanting to live near the hustle and bustle of the inner city whilst also maintaining somewhat of a small-town neighborhood vibe.

It was stated in their ad on rentfaster that they are "available some evenings and weekends". Called to make an appointment for an in-person viewing, and was told that they can arrange a viewing on a Thursday evening at 6: 30pm. They told me to text my contact information to the number I had dialed so that the appointment information can be sent over to me. An email was sent regarding this appointment information, I was to meet with either Victor and/or Phillip, and I confirmed.

Come Thursday evening, we were running about 5 minutes late, I messaged the number I was given to inform them that we were going to be a little late out of courtesy. No response. We arrive shortly after 6: 30, I called the number, and nobody picked up. Called again, and nobody picked up. Nobody showed up. We waited around until about 7pm, calling the number we were given, we even called the Property Management Company (ICM Property Services) that was posted on the front door of the building. They picked up and told us their management office closed at 5pm, and that they don't normally do viewings at this hour. No follow up from them the following day either.

This was completely disappointing and unprofessional. Why even bother scheduling us after hours if you weren't going to show up? What a complete waste of our time.

Always the best and most professional service. The property manager has gone above and beyond to ensure the happiness of tenants.

Management of the building has been very accommodating and professional.
