Very dismissive doctors didn’t really try to listen to my concerns. Definitely not going back

Best place for walk-in patients especially nowadays where its hard to find a family doctor. Doctors were great and amazing people

I literally just called this Walk-in 20 minutes ago to ask if the doctor was still taking patients this evening. The girl on the phone said yes, and that the doctor is taking patients until 5: 15pm. I asked if there's a list or anything that my husband could be added to and she insisted that we just come in which was fine. My husband loaded up our daughter and we were there in 20 minutes only to be turned away and rudely told that they close at 6: 00 so they're not taking anymore patients. The whole reason I called first to ask if they were still taking patients was to ensure this didn't happen.

Don't bother booking an appointment here. They just go down the list of who arrived first anyways. Sitting in the waiting room for over an hour and annoyed.

Had a client come in told me this Dr suggested riddlen for a 2 y old boy for adhd when the child has more symptoms due to autism not adhd and she's a family Dr not a diagnosing disabilities in children kind of physician she not qualified for that and that little boy is way to young to be on riddlin so that's a major concern

Wife went here with concerns of a miscarriage/ectopic pregnancy. She advised them, Dr Ghani and the other physician in the room, that she had been bleeding for almost a week and that she had passed clots. And now had previous stated concerns. All this doctor did was advise her to monitor her hcg levels with tests every 3 days. She asked for a requisition for an ultra sound to rule out ectopic pregnancy and doctor Ghani dismissed the idea. Almost another week after 2 of the blood tests and marginal changes in hcg levels, rising by small amounts. The doctor still advising to just keep monitoring hcg levels. Knowing my wife had been bleeding the entire time.she went to emergency after a night of cramping and flooding. She infact had an ectopic pregnancy. She had to have a Fallopian tube removed on the right side, as it had grown to large to be cleared. Before my wife went into emergency she did infact go for a 3rd blood test of her hcg levels and did not even hear from the doctor after those results. Horrible care.

Sep 1,2021 - I sent flowers to Dr. Ghani at the follow-up appointment. My sickness was improved. My blood pressure was improved. Great doctors and quick service!

Aug 28,2021 - Great doctors. I was suffering with food poisoning serious - vomiting, constipation, drowsy, and stomach pain. I booked the appointment and Dr. Ghani saw me so quickly. Dr. Ghani listened to my process of food poisoning and examined my stomach, blood pressure in details. My blood pressure was extremely high because I stopped the medication since Aug 26 in view of irritated stomach pain. Dr. Ghani gave me the prescription and suggested me what to eat. She also asked me to come back for follow-up. After I took the medication, my sickness had been improved a lot.

I have been visiting the clinic for 6 months. Short waiting time. Dr. Ghani is very friendly and cheerful physician. She explained what I need under my medical situation patiently. She gave out the proper medications to fix my health problems e.g. Back pain, allergy for cannabis/smoking etc. I am very thankful for her caring and listening on my health problems. I have just visited the clinic today. As usual, she gave me very thorough explanation on the eye drops questions that I asked. Highly recommend Dr. Ghani as the family doctor.

Aug 17,2020 - the waiting time is still very short. Dr. Ghani is a very caring doctor. She takes care of the psychological health too. She understands what I am worrying about. Her response makes me feel so warm and so comfortable. Thank you very much, Dr. Ghani.

Dr Ghani was wonderful to my 75 year old mother who needed medical attention on a Saturday. The receptionist was very kind as well.

Receptionist, doctors here are awesome. Since my husband and I moved to edmonton, they have been doing a good job for us. Thank you

I went in for a doctors note and meds and they said they "normally" charged 20$ and i informed them i did not have the money right now, so i asumed i was gonna get my note (since every other doctor ive been to has given the note) clearly this doctor only cared about the money, she could have said no problem just bring the money next time but she walked away from me saying well some charge then goes into an other room! Do not recommend

Not a good doctor. Did not listen to my needs or issues at all. My muscles have been twitching for years, due to a vitamin deficiency of some sort. The doctor tried to prescribe me anti-depressants. Typical pill pusher that does not listen, nor respect their patients.

Show me you deserve 5 stars and this review will be removed.

Dr N Ghani is a very good doctor, has been my doctor for many years. Im impressed by her sincere effort to help me each time, I visit her office. I recommend her as a doctor to everyone, thank you Dr Ghani.

Went there for an infection on my leg and they made me sit there while they served people behind me who were all white
if your indigenous and male? Stay away from this place
doesn't matter how you dress or present yourself.
I finally gave up, said nothing and walked out and will be making an official complaint

Such an unorganized clinic made my wife come in during work hours for half of her test results and it was information they are aloud to give over the phone. Way to go you people are not getting our busness

Tonight I was told I have to find a new doctor.let me explain why.she told me it was because I had issues twice in 2 years of seeing her with 2 different receptionists BUT YET.the first time it was a temporary Receptionist which she was way out of line for the way she was treating me EVERYONE witnessed it and could not believe.tonight I was trying to change something on my chart and the receptionist kept rushing me away so I just said it’s fine I’ll just tell the doctor about the change, I’m so angry. I was a patient of 2 years now me and my son need to find a new doctor which it’s his yearly check up.the Receptionist is that they hire are usually temporaries and rude to the patients FOUR people I know that go there have said the same thing!
Plus the doctors don’t care they rush you out YOU did me a favour.oh Yes And my husband JUST passed away a week ago so maybe I am not up for having perfect conversations but no they did not care they just tell me to not come back.
No empathy no compassion disgusting!

Came here for a walk in as it was closest available. The wait was short and both doctors spent a lot of time with me and were very thorough, I had a weird issue with my hand and arm. They listened to me attentively and gave me a solution and a referral to be sure it wasnt more complicated. Very grateful to them both as I am back to 100% as I write this.

I took my sick baby to this clinic. It was the closing time of the clinic but the doctor was very kind and saw my baby. The doctor was very friendly and answered all the questions. Highly recommended.

I was a walkin paitent. Short wait time, finished in 30mins from check–in to getting my prescription. Highly responsible doctors.

So quite in this office you can hear everyone else talking about their private health matters, EVEN breathing, the walls are paper thin.would be a great suggestion if you played some soft radio in the background so people can feel more relaxed.

A waste of time. I went in with ongoing stomach pain, nausea and headaches. Both doctors were in the room asking questions over top of each other. They listened to my chest and then gave me a heartburn relief medication to help with the nausea. I went to another doctor right after because I did not feel my needs were met and turns out after some tests that it is a more serious problem. Very unprofessional doctors throughout the whole experience and the clinic is not the cleanest. It also smelt like cigarettes when I first walked in.

Well on vacation from Ontario my son became ill we came to this clinic and was truly amazed at how great it was.we do not have this kind of health care in Ontario.thanks again to the doctor and staff

Tried the walk in route. Was told the wait time for walk in was 20 minutes. Waited over 1.5 hours and was told there were appointments that needed to get in. Unrealistic about wait times and the receptionist was still telling people who were calling the wait time was a half an hour. Would not recommend with a sick toddler.

Fastest Drivers Medical Exam ever had. The waiting time was almost none and the fee for driver's medical is very reasonable and cheapest in the area.

Both doctors who work here are extremely caring and great. I have been to this clinic 3 times, and they have been given me the best service.

Very nice doctors, warm waiting room, and quick to get in and out (40 min).

After going to so many other places to be dissatisfied, I think I finally found my normal clinic.

Really nice doctors and staff. Dropped in when other places were closed. Saw the doctor within 30 minutes, even though they were very busy.

I went there last week Monday evening. I am glad that the clinic was open till 6 pm.
The Doc did an interview & gave me RX. I got my meds from next door pharmacy.
The only issue I have is the type of antibiotic that was prescribed to me. It was Ciprofloxacin! This drug can cause serious damage. In 2016 FDA advisory committee said uncomplicated sinus, urinary and bronchial infections should be treated with other options. I know that it is not easy for doctors to stay up to date with information like that, however the risk of complication/side effects are to great for me to take this poisonous drug.
I just hope no one else will get RX for Cipro from this doctor again.

Great doctors! Maybe not the most best looking clinic, but very happy every time I’ve got never had an issue, very quick and super nice which I appreciate, also listen to everything I say without trying to rush me, for sure 5 stars!

Front desk staff is very good and helpful. Doctors are really awsm, friendly and professional. I highly recommend to go at this clinic for affective treatment. Its a family clinic for my entire family.

I am so excited to have the doctors who cares about their patients. Both Doctors and the staffs are very awwsome friendly and cool.

Dr. Ghani was awesome! I got a tetanus shot from him and he made jokes the whole time. Front staff are helpful as well from start to finish!

On Saturday morning, I realized that my health was declining and I didn't want to wait till after the long week-end to make an appointment with my doctor. Although I was hesitant, I decided to go to the Lymburn Medical Walk-in. I'm glad I did! The reception staff were pleasant and prompt. I didn't have to wait to see the doctor. Most of all, I'm very grateful for Dr. Ghani's professional, thorough, respectful, caring medical help. As well, I was able to go next door to Lymburn Guardian Pharmacy to get my prescription filled quickly. Thanks sooo much!
