Absolutely the best place for nails. Affordable & so cute! Been going here for over a year now I normally see Diamond, but anyone there does an amazing job! Highly recommend!

The 2nd time I’ve been to this location and I’ll be going back for a third. You get greeted right away, and if it’s not busy you can get taken care of quickly too. I have been asking for “two” a specific nail artist there and she is fast but efficient and friendly! She is great and does your nails great I also don’t like a lot of conversation when getting my nails done and that’s another reason I like her

I love my nails, Diamond is amazing! She always take the time to make them perfect and she is so creative with her designs! I will always come to this establishment!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I never leave reviews especially bad ones but this place left me speechless. I went in for a spa pedicure, and the lady seemed like she had no idea what she was doing. She cut we twice with the filing machine and when I pulled my foot away in pain she said “do you have sensitive nail beds or something” no lady you just cut my skin! On top of that she never asked me if I wanted my nails cut but went ahead and did it anyways. And she cut them CROOKED! When I told her she cut them crooked she went on to argue with me and brought her coworker over to argue with more! How unprofessional. After accepting the the fact that my toe nails will just be crooked she put a bag of hot wax over my feet and when she went to remove it she left half the wax on my feet and told me I was good too go. I could barely walk out as it was so slippery and I peeled off the rest of the wax in my car! If I could give this place negative stars I would, I can not believe I paid 65$ for this! The lady wasn’t even sanitary I watched her grabbed an unclean machine from her co worker that she had just used on her client and then use it on my feet without even wiping it or sanitizing it! I wanted to puke! I’m so behind disappointed and disgusted and will NEVER be returning. Don’t waste your time, this place isn’t worth a penny!

I did read the reviews, yet I wanted to give the benefit of doubt.

I came here because my regular nails salon was closed, and I really needed a pedicure. When I first walked in, the place looked pretty full and busy. I asked if they have time and space. They said, "Yes, come in, we'll take you right now. " I go sit down in their massage chairs that are so outdated. They're rips in them, and the massage from the chair was weak.

I sit down and wait for 10 minutes, then I ask how much longer? As they told me, they can get me in right away. They get started. The lady doing my nails takes off my old nails polish and starts cutting my nails. That's when she cut my left big toe too short, and it starts bleeding. She told me that it's an ingrown and that's why she cut it. It made no sense to me. It was cut crooked, and it stung for the rest of the pedicure. She also did not clean under my nails and barely buffed my heels.

The pedicure took about 15 minutes to complete. The nail polish took about 20 minutes, which is normal to me. I was p*ssed off because she cut my nail too short, and I honestly get pedicures as part of self care and self-love. It's my time to relax. This place is not the place to do that. There was an actual minute long foot massage with no real effort.

So if you're looking for a CLEAN, RELAXING, environment with passionate, detailed work, DO NOT COME HERE.

I gave 2 stars because she offered $10 off my $50 service.

For 85 $ it was pretty good. I’ve paid more and gotten better but for 85 it wasn’t bad. The diamonds jewels don’t stay on well bc of the amount of “glue” they used. It’s been 3 days and 2 have already popped off. Though the mail techs do take their time and make sure the shape of your nails are even and shaped well. Good place for cheap $

I have never gotten a nastier set in my life. The acrylic nails didn’t reach the cuticle, the polish was lumpy, and patchy. And the woman seemed to be getting mad because she couldn’t understand what I was trying to communicate. She asked if I wanted nails like her and I asked her if it was possible to file my nails down to that kind of shape? I didn’t agree, it was question. She nodded and immediately started filing my nails. Ugh, I HATE how they look! Every time I look down at my hands, it gets me mad! You’re better off going to the salon across called “Pro Nails”. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I would highly recommend coming to this nail salon! As someone who has social anxiety this nail salon made me feel so comfortable, I have a hard time speaking up about my nail being sensitive but I didn’t have worry about that they are so gentle already and made the visit welcoming.:)

I went there to get my nails done on Friday and the lady didn’t know what she was doing. It took her 20 minutes to draw a heart I wanted and I just told her to not do it. The nails look so ugly and nothing like the picture. She didn’t even file them well

Been coming here for 6+ years and the service has seemed to go downhill. M Nails used to be my go-to salon, but now I will probably not return. I came in two times in a row. First time asked for gel extensions. The lady at first fought me on it and did not want to do gel, but acrylic instead. She gave in and did the gels, but seemed to not know how to lay them properly. My nails turned out bumpy, no apex and cracked in the middle of my nail bed after just 5 days. I came in again, thinking it was just a bad day, and got the same lady. She then did acrylic this time, but turned out exactly the same. No apex, the shaping was off, the nailed were soo thick and it started peeling after a few days. Not sure what happened to the quality at this salon, but I will not be returning unfortunately.

Have a full set acrylic gel overlay with shellac gel! Love the design they created for me. Kim the nail tech very friendly and patient. Thanks all the ladies!

Tina was my technician, and she did a great job! I’m quite particular - and was satisfied by her work! Great place!

These guys are RUDE. They put me in an unplugged massage chair and completely ignored me until I asked to be moved to a working chair. Then they plugged it in. The lady that did my nails asked me what colour, but didn’t even give me the colour palette - she just pointed at the wall. They then started talking about me and my husband in Vietnamese and didn’t think I would put a translator app on. The worst part is they were quick to get rid of us that my nails turned out bad! Worst experience ever! Didn’t deserve a tip. Will never recommend.

I will never go here again
I came in today wanting my acrylics taken off and a French manicure on my natural nails. To remove my old acrylics they started using an old whole acrylic plastic nail and slid it between my nail and the acrylic to try and pick/peel the nail off. Now, I’m not a nail tech, but I know rule no 1 of false nails is never just pull them off. It seriously damages and weakens the nail bed and pulls off the “skin” of the nail. I could have done that at home. I had to ask them to stop and please use acetone to soak them off instead as it was painful and not the conventional way that I knew. So to do this she tipped out the contents of a ceramic dish that was on the table already and without cleaning the inside which was visibly dirty, filled it with acetone and dunked my hands in.
None of the tools, electric or otherwise used are sanitised.
I had to ask my technician many times to be a bit more gentle as my nails were tender/weak.
I was not asked the shape I wanted my nails filed too.
Some pre application oil was added but the tiniest spot in the most random places of my nails I can’t imagine it had much benefit.
She barely touched my cuticles and there is definitely still some of the old acrylic left on my nail bed which was just painted over.

My friend was given a lovely 5 minute hand massage after, I was given a rushed 30second one.

I was supposed to get a French manicure, but unfortunately lost faith that this would be delivered nicely and went for a plain colour.

I went in for a somewhat unconventional acrylic removal and French manicure and came out after an unrelaxing and unhygienic experience, with a very average set of nails.sorry!

Thu did my nails and i loved them so much. She was very gentle with my hands and was very sweet. She also complained me a lot. Definitely going back!

Thu (pronounced “two”) is #1! She is amazing and nails, always cheerful, personable and accommodating. All the staff at M Nails are friendly and have great energy. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing. This is my new favourite place to get my acrylic nails snd pedicures done. I am always recommending them to my clients and friends. Highly recommend!

The reception staff doesn’t treat everyone in the same manner. They are racist and will treat vietnamese clients well but not well with clients of other color. Came for pedicure, see a girl's working there harassing and verbal abusing another girl who also work there, keeps on standing behind the girl and speaking in Vietnamese, telling her to hurry up, saying she slow. They think I'm flippino but I'm actually vietnamese so I could understand everything that girl say to the other girl who work there. This is unprofessional, like seriously leave her alone, she working on a client, who do you think you are to tell her what to do and not to do. Worse worker ever, never gonna come back. I feel sorry for the girl who have to work with these type of people.

Everyone is so sweet and nice, they never hesitate to do anything I requested and the sky was the limit! They’re the best nail salon in WEM!

I went here for my bachelorette party, the service vary depending on who you got. Some of the people that I went with only got a basic manicure whereas I had a pedicure and a full of acrylics done. The people that were getting the basic manicure done were actually taking longer than me who had two services. I would check the reviews and call ahead and find out who the person is and how long they have been there for.

Took my partner here, they done gave her straight up 24k gold nails. Them nails costed more than my life savings. Well done!

I’m OBSESSED with this place! The girls are so incredibly friendly! Bella is always so kind when greeting me and helping me pick a nail colour! Sue did my pedicure and acrylics today and did such an amazing job! She took her time and made no mistakes! Definitely recommend getting your services here! Love them!

I got my nails done here and I love them! The detail on the ring finger was very nice and very reasonably priced. I would recommend this place.

The service was good, my nails look good and the ladies were kind but by the end of the pedicure I couldn’t even walk. The chairs are so uncomfortable and the massage function was awful. I ended up turning mine off half way through. The other person I went with had a similar experience and they couldn’t even use their arm rest without it falling down. That’s for me that’s something I look forward to and love about a pedicure! Unfortunately, I won’t be back.

I went there to get my nails done for back to school. Anyways I was sat down in a chair where it wasn’t even cleaned or sanitized and how I know it wasn’t, because they had another lady there right before me. Anyways the lady that did my nails was in a rush and was quite rough, and it was highly priced too not worth that $80.

This place is incredible. This nice lady named Kim is amazing, she did my foot massage and it was magnificent! I 100% recommend this spot, its marvellous! I love my nails, they’re stunning & the lady (Kim) did it very well, it’s unbelievable! Kim is absolutely amazing, shes very friendly too! I give this nail salon a 5 star rating, incredible!

The nails turned out amazing and Lucy who did my nails did an amazing job on the tiniest line work, everyone was extremely friendly as well!

Went in for a walk for shellac a while ago and I was served by one of the younger ladies. During the process, I instructed her on how I wanted my nails very politely and she rudely answered " Just let me do it! " This was the second time I was treated this way by her. Will not be going back to this place.

If I could give negative 1 I would, they didn't even scrub my nails and the lady that did mine couldn't even paint with shellac properly, it was the same with my daughter, do not come here there are so many better places out there.

I had an amazing experience at M nails & Spa. If you haven’t already gotten your nails done there go for it i highly recommend this place. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Kim did my nails and they exceeded my expectations! I think i found my nail salon and would definitely go back.

I used to LOVE m nails but the past couple times had failed me, I went in today and I really do not like my nails now, the nail tech I got, RUSHED, almost all my nails are not straight, all of them are bumpy, I’ve got little cuts because of the drill and when I told the nail tech she was hurting me she continued to still hurt me like she didn’t care and only cared about how much time she was taking and she got up midway doing my middle finger and now that’s a ugly line.

Wow! My nails look awesome and it was such a quick visit for a gel fill. The service was great and the atmosphere very relaxing and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Got my nails done with gel and just 3 days after 1 peeled off easily, which I ignore and just cut my nail so it's not so obvious as I was lazy to go back.a week after, 2 more peeled off. This never happened before in the regular place I went before which is a bit far now since I moved in the west side. This is my first time here and tried it since it has good reviews. Very poor quality. Never going back, once is more than enough,

My gel nails chipped the next day. The technician was really stoic and grumpy. They use the machine drill bit thing to remove the old shellac which was painful and damaging to my real nails. Wouldn’t recommend this place sorry.

Went and got my nails done on Friday (dec 20/19) and it’s only 2 days later (Sunday dec 22/19) and 3 nails popped off and 2 more are lifting. Considering I spent $75 on my nails I would expect them to last longer.

This is my go to place just because it’s convenient for me and most times it’s goes well. My last visit I got gel acrylic ombré and it went amazing! Lucy did my last set and I loved the service and her work, she has got to be the best nail tech there. At times I feel like they rush there jobs to try to get you out but then it doesn’t turn out for the price you pay. If you plan to go here ask for Lucy Specifically as she seems promising and dedicated in her work

Have gone here 3 times as I believe in giving chances. First time I was happy with my gel nails, until I had to go back less than a month later for fillers. The fillers looked like I had put nail polish on top of broken nails, it was so bad that I had to go back couple of weeks later to ask to have the whole thing removed and have new set put on. When I went, the lady was shocked with how awful the fillers looked and asked who did it. I didn’t have the heart to say it was one of the ladies at that place. So I had the whole thing removed and new set of gel nails put on. I came out wondering why my white gel nails looked so bubbly under them? I asked another nail artist at another place and I was told, it was because the brush used on my nails was dirty so I had particles and other dirt under my nails. I was very sad as I had spent lots of money, but just thought I would ignore it. Within 6 days my nails started to lift from under and within 1.5 week it was so lifted that I easily removed my own nails just so I don’t have to go back and pay more money to have them removed. The second two times I went there, the job was extremely rushed and my nails ended up hurting for several days after. For the money this place charges, I wished they would hire real nail artists.

Such an amazing place! This is the first place I ever got my nails done and I came back about 4 years later. My last two sets were done here and they’re the most amazing nails I’ve ever had! Fiona did a beautiful job sculpting my coffin nails and decorated them so gorgeous! I highly recommend her, and the rest of the staff as they’re amazing!

Finally have a moment to post this! I got my nails done last Friday for Halloween and I couldn't be more happy with the outcome! This being my first experience, they made it comfortable, friendly, and even though it was quick it felt very relaxed and not rushed at all. If I ever decide to get my nails done again, I'm definitely revisiting!

Lucy was fantastic! I’ve been wanting to get a specific style of nails done for months now and when I described them to her, she knew exactly what i wanted and did such an amazing job!

I would highly recommend her to anyone, her skill is unmatched and she’s just super sweet in general!

Total rip off. They put your gel nail polish on.the next time you go, they will charge you $5 to take it off even though you are getting another gel manicure and pedicure.

Was super scared to come in because of some of the reviews but decided to take a chance. But I am so glad I took that chance. I walked in and was greeted by the owner who took my walk-in no problem. The conversation was awesome. Candy was phenomenal! I showed her a picture of what I had in mind and she did exactly that. My nails are shaped perfect and I did the colored powder acrylic for the first time and loved it. She was quick and efficient as well as attentive to detail. I will never go anywhere else! If you need your nails done go there and ask for Candy she was amazing! Will be going back from now on!

Best nail salon I have ever been to. Great staff, and great service. They really pay attention to being clean and sanitary with pedicure tubs, nail files, pumice stones etc. Candy is amazing! Highly recommend.
