These guys are really great. My car gets beat up all the time and it makes me sad and then I bring my car here and its new again and then I'm happy!

I am very happy with the repairs to my vehicle. I am thinking that when you consume, most everyone has comparing the price. Therefore, me too. The store price and repair quality are wonderful for me.

Excellent price on some paint repairs and a new tonneau cover installed - Michelle was great to deal with!

Update: 2 years later and back again. I'm never excited about going to the body shop, needing repairs, but I'm sure glad Anitha and her team are there when I do. Great service, great price and a job done right! Still 5 stars!

Anitha was great throughout the process. The price was unbeatable, 1/3 the price of quotes from a few other body shops and the results were fantastic. I was pleased that when my car was picked up it was thoroughly cleaned inside and out! Just a great shop, phone around but I'm sure you will choose this shop for your automotive bodywork!

They did a great job for my truck paining and it was clean and near as if brand new when I got it back.

Good service. My part took longer to come in than expected due to some issues with their new software but not due to their fault. Service was friendly, inviting, and good customer service. I will definitely come back again for any future repairs. I'm happy with the repair so far and would recommend others to come here for their auto body services.

Definitely do not recommend. Went for an estimate and they quoted me a bunch of things that didn’t need fixing. Didn’t want to go thru with it or even give them a second chance. Already stressed as it is. Going to find a place that fixes only what NEEDS to be fixed. Your welcome if your reading this. Save you some time.

I am so happy I had my car’s rear bumper replaced at Maaco’s. Not only did they fix that part but went above and beyond. I needed my front bumper on passenger side fixed and they did that extra job for me. To my surprise they did an interior detail for me as well! I left the place feeling am driving a new car! ️ I’d say they delivered the best service, bar none! What is unique is, the owner personally looks after their customer and Michelle at the front desk was very helpful. I did not get to meet the personnel who fixed my car cuz they work in the back but whoever he is, he did a good job!

Maaco Collision Repair & Auto Painting recently repaired my Nissan Rogue passenger door. They did a fantastic job at a reasonable price.

Before I came to Maaco, I went to top-rated Auto Body shops within Calgary city limits. Most of them quoted for the repair over 3k. Even in one place, they provided a quote to replace the door instead of repairing the damaged door.

But Anitha from Maaco realized that they could repair the damaged door and do the colour matching for the repair area.

Also, not like other places, they provided a guaranteed delivery date for my vehicle and completed the job within the time frame.

My Rav4 was recently in a collision and after research decided to go with Maaco. They dealt with the other party's insurance and have gone above and beyond to help me with this. I'm very pleased with Maaco’s workmanship, they did an excellent job and the car looks new again. Would definitely return and recommend to anyone that's looking for repairs or paint jobs.

Recently my wife’s Honda Civic got a collision and it was out of province vehicle. I have contacted my insurance company SGI. Estimate done by Maaco and SGI approved it.

From the moment you step into this shop till the time you get your vehicle back, the commitment to excellence in service and in the repairs done is very obvious. In an industry where high levels of integrity are rarely seen, Anitha and her entire team are like a breath of fresh air. We had to get a major repair done on our van and had been to a couple of other places trying to find an autobody shop that could do a great job at a reasonable price. Anitha was very attentive and patient as she listened to what we were hoping to get done. She offered us a couple of options and was honest with us right from the beginning. Her commitment to providing the highest level of service while keeping the costs reasonable for us, had us convinced that we had made the right decision in getting our van repaired at Maaco. The parts arrived in a timely manner and the van was repaired within the timeframe that was promised. We brought our Camaro Z28 into Maaco for a badly needed paint job. We were very happy with the end results. We dealt with Anitha from start to finish, she was always in contact with us and was wonderful to deal with. Over all we are very satisfied with the whole experience and would highly recommend this Maaco location.

Took my car here to have a rust spot grinded down and repainted. Upon removal of the weather stripping I was quickly notified of another rust spot that happened to be on the other side of the trunk gutter. Anitha was quick to contact me and let me know the situation. The time my car was in the shop was exactly as quoted (even with the added task of fixing the second rust spot). On top of that it was fairly priced, and paint matched my 30 year old car's. No orange peel in the paint very clean worksmanship, taillights were installed back correctly nothing broken. I noticed the brand Maaco seems to be hit or miss among people but generally the bad experiences are those paying for the cheapest services while expecting "showroom" car finishes, which is not how it works. If you pay for the best service you will not be disappointed, I would strongly recommend anyone who needs bodywork done to come to this store. I almost forgot to mention they took the time to do a quick interior clean before I came to pickup the car, excellent customer service. I would not hesitate to return to this location, thank you Maaco!

I visited maaco to fix my car bumper.the way they deal with me is very professional.from starting to ending its very clear.i dint have any knowledge about fixing my car.the manager explained me everything about how they are going to fix the car, how much time that need.they also arranged the rent a car.i gave my insurance details and remaining part taken care by them.as they explained they fix it in the same way.i am completely comfortable with them.i feel they value the customer and service than the money.finally they made my car like new.i suggest specially this location.because i had a great customer service experience.

Our Ford Escape was stolen, then recovered with a damaged bumper. My husband chose Maaco based on their reviews to proceed with our insurance claim.

I’ll admit we had a rough start with Maaco’s team regarding communication (as per my understanding it’s a third party that tests the vehicle for drug residue prior to any repairs and they have to coordinate with them, but initially we weren’t aware of that and any delays that may cause), but once we brought up our concerns Anitha and her team went above and beyond to ensure we knew what was happening with our vehicle and to make an already stressful situation easier to deal with. They even waived our loaner fee since we had some issues with the car provided.

Our vehicle was ready on the day we were promised with our bumper and headlight replaced and matching perfectly. The interior was spotless (as you would hope after some stranger takes your vehicle on a joyride!) and the team even buffed out the hood on the spot after I noticed some scuffs.

Brought my Explorer here to take care of some rust issues at my roof/window line, I just picked it up and couldn't be happier with the repair. The price was very reasonable and the customer service was top notch. I would highly recommend their services.

My mother suggested I go to Maaco for collision repairs as my car was impacted by a third-party driver. I came into Calgary’s North East location where I was greeted by Anitha. We went over all the parts that was needed to repair the car and she would call me as soon as it came in. Within two days the parts came in and scheduled the appointment. She arranged to have a loaner car dropped off at Maaco so I didn’t have to waste time going to another place to get a loaner car.
Unfortunately, there was corrosion on the side of the fender and needed to be welded in order to put the fender on. As a student, I am limited financially and Anitha recognized this. She kindly gave me a student discount so it wouldn’t put a huge dent in my finances. After my car was finished, I came to drop off the loaner car and left extremely happy. After a couple days of driving, I had to come back to do a ‘post-scan’ just to ensure there is no diagnostic issues. I noticed that my coolant light went on before I came in, even though it wasn’t related to the accident, she wanted to make sure that the fluid was topped up and it was safe to drive.
Anitha went above and beyond my expectations, she made me feel comfortable. I had a great experience at Maaco, my car looks flawless and would definitely use them in the future for any autobody repairs. Thank you again!

My car recently was hit while parked and the rear bumper and passenger side door ended up getting damaged. I was really concerned about the damage and wanted to go somewhere that would take care of my worries and fix my car properly. I was referred to Maaco and Anitha was the individual who took care of me. She gave me reassurance, had fixed the damages on my car with the expected time frame she initially gave me and really went above and beyond staying in touch with me and I was blown away as to how the car looked once repaired. If anything happens to my car again I will be going to them!
