Rutika girl worked here is so rude it’s second time happened. I wish I can give 0 star to this place.

0 stars, wasted cab fare getting there to find out they were closed. Hours not accurate. Brutal place

Staff is very rude. They care too much about their policy and procedures that they don’t care about their clients. Definitely not going back to that registry

I went there today to register my vehicle, and the young lady there was extremely friendly and helpful, even allowing us to choose our license plate from their shelf. I appreciate her service and attitude.

Such a great experience to getting my license! The road test went amazing and I passed! My experience started out amazing with the woman at the front desk, asking me how I was doing and offering advice to make me feel better and less nervous! Then, the instructor I had was nice from the moment he came and got me to begin the test. He gave plenty of notice for every maneuver he wanted done, provided helpful advice and was open to tons of questions at the start to ease my mind. I highly recommend booking your road test here!

They have the baddest driver test examiner i’ve ever seen. So rude.
Plus i waited 10 mins after the appointment time even though i came on time and its half an hour before the exact appointment time.
Plus in this place it’s more expensive than other registries.

Came in on a sunday to submit my application for a health card replacement, and i was in and out in literally less than a minute! Glad I found this place when another registry in the area failed to help me do the same. Will definitely be coming here from now on. Thank you guys!

Either the staff are lazy or they don't know what they are doing? Go there only if you know what needs to be done. You had another staff beside the one helping me, and she gave zero advice

Waited in line for 20min, only two people working at peak hours. During our stuff being processed, the person helping us started helping other people and answering the phone etc. I asked how long it takes to do everything and they said really fast, I then asked is that 5 min or 10min or what does that mean. They said it can take upto half an hour. I asked for my stuff back and said I would come back another time as I had to leave within 30min for work. They then said that they could do it really fast…. Total gong show. Definitely need more staff.

One person working at peak hours, the person who is helping you is running around, answering phones, helping other customers. Embarrassing, don't waste your time and go to one of the other 100 in the city

Very rude staff and irresponsible

I want to het your help regarding Road test, i booked my road test at mac registry at
5053 Ellerslie Rd SW, Edmonton, AB T6X 1X2
Today at 12-1245pm. I went there at 1130am. But registry was closed at that time. At 1205pm examiner called me. Then I showed my documents and number plate was not registered and registry staff immediately registered my number plate. At that time it was close to 1210 pm and examiner said its late now because he do have another road test. I requested registery staff to rebook my test with same amount i paid before, but the staff was too rude at that time. I hope you understand and allow me to reschedule my road test at without paying more. I visited other Registery office many times and staff is very cooperative. I hope you understand and waiting for your reply.

Place is spacious. Great road test examiner Mr Brad knows how to make road test anxiety less daunting. Not picky and intends to let you pass if you demonstrate discipline on the road. Unlike other tester that picks almost everything. Just passed class 6 thanks Brad! Highly recommended.

Very road, Very bad customer service and very bad tiller is the guy in there and I wish I know his name.

The registry fees to much compared with other places in Edmonton. And of that stuff not aware of the basic stuff every 5m someone job from their seat and ask him And worsted their manager site deferent area and every time they want to ask something the walk and Manager very rude and he needs to have some courses in customer service.

BEST registry in Northern Edmonton. Come here if you want a fair, honest driver’s test. DEFINITELY would highly recommend!

Very quick and staff are helpful and friendly. I renewed my license with Victoria and she had me in and out in 15 minutes.
