Great staff! It has been hard to find doctors in Edmonton recently, and I almost don't want to write this so I can keep this secret, but this clinic is the most patient-oriented and detailed-focused place I've been to. Wonderful experience.

The staff here have always been very helpful and friendly. I have seen Dr. Fernandez a few times and he has been caring and compassionate each time.

Clean and new, but I was the only patient waiting in the room and I was waiting for 25minutes. I saw the doctor (female) she told me I just had a sore throat and to just take Advil. My symptoms got worse, I went into a walk in clinic and ended up having tonsillitis with very enlarged tonsils. Not too impressed

Dr. Fernandez is very respectful and knowledgeable. Receptionists have always been friendly and helpful.

Amazing staff, great location. Dr. Fernandez is an excellent doctor and he really takes the time to listen and work with his patient. I can honestly say he is the best doctor I have experienced. Thanks again!

The staff were caring and well-mannered, and I was able to book my appointment with ease. Upon entering the clinic, the wait time was minimal, and I was able to see a doctor relative quickly compared to most clinics. The doctor was very considerate of his words and took great care in assessing my situation. This will definitely be my go-to clinic for any medical concerns.

Reflecting on my time with this office, five star. They have really helped me out, especially Dr. Chronopoulos.

The receptionist was very accomodating and was able to get me into a cancellation spot for 11: 00 even though I arrived at about 11: 05. The resident was so kind and caring and took the time to listen to my symptoms and my concerns. Although the doctor was only with me for a short time, he too was very apt to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. My entire visit took no longer than an hour!

I had a bad experience with Dr. Koppula this morning. Apparently she is not taking new patients and was not happy to see me. She came highly recommended by one of the receptionists and I wasn't aware it was "forbidden" to request a female doctor when getting something as intimate as a physical done.

I was pretty much interrogated the moment the doctor came in to see me. I had requested a female doctor and Dr. Koppula told me I was being discriminating bc she has male students sometimes and it is a teaching clinic. That if I had a problem with having students in the room that I should go try a different facility that could accommodate me. FYI there are cameras in the room if you consent to them taping your appointments for teaching purposes.

When she went over my new patient information she was "unaware" that I would have additional questions and concerns before getting a physical done by her. I literally answered the questionnaire honestly and wasn't needing her to go over every little detail, but she did go over my details in a "Im wasting her time" fashion.

The whole experience was uncomfortable, no one loves getting a physical done and she somehow made it worse. I am shopping around for a new family doctor and had seen 2 other male doctors (both were very nice & professional) at that clinic. Unaware that the very 1st doctor you see at this clinic is the one you have to stick with forever. I should have got up and left the moment she told me she wasn't taking new patients. Her bedside manner needs work. After I get my results back I will not be returning to that clinic. Which is a pity bc the clinic is literally right across the street from work & school.

I’ve been to the clinic 3 times since September and every time I had an amazing experience. Going to the doctors isn’t always a fun experience, but the doctors and staff are great. I’ve seen 2 student doctors working under Doctor Kostov and I was very impressed with both of them. They showed great confidence and knowledge! Would definitely recommend.

Reception was prompt. They let me fill in for someone's cancelled appointment.

Saw the resident doctor. She was great in answering all my concerns. Made me comfortable and even got a second opinion from her preceptor! Two doctors in one visit =)

Not rushed, new facility, new equipment, prompt, and efficient.

Very nice, clean, facility. Dr. Klein works out of there and is an excellent physician. It is a teaching clinic though so you will likely end up with residents sitting in on appointments or even conducting the initial part of your appointment. Friendly and helpful front staff.

We were very impressed with promptness, cheerful reception and comprehensive examination.very very satisfied with this service.

Doctors are great, understanding. However lady at the front is very rude and does not know how to treat people, very inflexible with appointments.

Quick in and out. Really nice staff and doctor. Will go back again if further problems arise as long as I’m a student.
