I stopped by the store and was just browsing through randomly. Mercedes greeted me right away and was super sweet and professional to assist me with my hoodie needs. I ended up purchasing a zip hoodie, and I love it! Thanks so much, Mercedes. I don’t shop in person that much anymore, and she has definitely made this shopping experience very wonderful! The other girl and gentleman who were working the same shift are also very friendly and they gave me some suggestions as well.

Andreea went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed. Great store and great staff!

I stopped by not knowing anything about the store while looking for a jacket. I was greeted by Nathan and he made picking out a gift unbelievably easy, form style to sizing based off of a couple of pictures. Great person to talk to and he knows his stuff.

I never heard of this brand and after talking with one of your employees, Tina? Trisha? I feel so bad, it started with a T, she's very tall and very thin.she was amazing, she showed me a jacket that I fell in love with and answered all my questions about this company. I hope I made her happy with my little hops because the coat could unzip into what I call a cape with ears.all in all fantastic experience

I was looking for a jacket as a Father's Day gift for my husband. Tej at WEM was very accommodating and friendly. He was not pushy at all. He asked what I was looking for; showed me some products and even offered to try the jacket on himself just for me to be able to visualize and check if I got the right size. What a superb customer service! To top it, since my phone was lowbatt, he even offered to charge my phone for a few minutes. The jacket perfectly fits my husband!

A ittle overdue in this review however i need to let people know the staff at Mackage in WEM are superb especially Raquel who went to great lengths to make sure i found the perfect coat and fur trim for my Edward parka, exceptional help offering fantastic style and a quality parka that completely rivals Canada goose of lesser quality and far over priced; this coming from a previous canada goose PBR bomber owner. Thanks for all your help Raquel.

Was walking through West Edmonton Mall to look for a new winter jacket. When I went into Mackage I was greeted by Vivian. She had a really nice sales approach and was not pushy. I told her what I was looking for and she brought a jacket that fit my description perfectly. Thank you for your help I love the jacket. Extremely warm and high quality.

Went in today to find a great winter coat to sustain the Edmonton deep freeze. I had the pleasure of having Allen help me out. He was very knowledgeable of the brand and what I was looking for. We ended up picking a perfect jacket with a perfect fit. He even fluffed my wife's fur!
Harry Rosen had the same jacket, but I chose to come straight to Mackage due to the service. Best decision.

Love the vibe and environment at this store. The staff was welcoming and very helpful. I was looking for a jacket for my wife and the gentleman by the name of Tej helped me. He was very polite, very easy to deal with, and knew his product. He went above and beyond show me different styles and colorways. I was looking at the brown fur but he suggested to go for a black fur instead. So I took his word and my wife love the jacket. If you need a few pointers and fashion advice Tej is your go-to guy.

Please think twice before you spend your hard earned money on brands like this. I have a jacket just bought in last 36 days and feathers coming out from majority of the joints as well as stiches getting ripped.
Manager reply was just go online and send it for repair.
Seriously that’s how you respect your customer who is spending $800 in such hard times of covid.

My first time into this store. I made an appointment as I knew there were a few different items I wanted to try on. Racquel was very knowledgable and professional. I was in this Mackage WEM location loooking at some jackets, Vivian was very helpful at explaining all the details of each piece i was trying on. (and most important of all, not pushy to sell) The shop was well organized and well stocked in styles and sizes. I even got an email from Vivian after summarizing all the pieces I tried on with their respected sizes, color, prices, and temperature ratings. I have to say I have never had such good service at an Alberta clothing retail before. Definitely recommend this location for anyone interested in Mackage products.

Amazing staff and service! Super friendly and professional. I went in to Mackage the other day looking for a spring jacket. Not knowing much about the brand, Jessica took her time to explain the variety apparel they carry as well as their many different designs. I love my new jacket, I left the store smiling and I’m sure you will too!

Everyone who I’ve encountered at Mackage has been extremely kind. I got served by Mia. She is a fantastic sales, she provides excellent service and suggestions. Because of her had sharp eye for fashion, she offered me three options, and they're all gorgeous. If you plan to shop in Mackage, I would highly recommend choosing Mia to be your sales. If you get Mia as your assistant that’s just a bonus.

For a place that sells more expensive jackets, the store and staff does not reflect that. There was a girl walking around showing her entire stomach and looked like she belonged working in a bar rather than a high end retail store. I’ve owned Mackage jackets in the past but compared to their Vancouver/Calgary locations, West Edmonton seems like a downgrade. Service is laughable.

I bought my first Mackage jacket here. Raquel.r helped me out and the shopping experience was enjoyable. I asked a couple of questions, not only about the jacket, but more detailed ones relating towards the company and warranty. She answered them with great knowledge and didn't make me feeling like "huh? "

She also answered my warranty question with extra insight about how the claim worked, so there wouldn't be any confusion if I ever had to make one and avoid a trip coming to the store. Good stuff.

Such an amazing experience, even through the pandemic. Crystal was both respectful and helpful. Still following the COVID-19 guidelines. Thank you so much for making my shopping experience one to remember!

I have always been a fan of Mackage and their jackets. I was so excited when a location opened up in West Edmonton Mall. I have purchased two jackets from this location and both experiences have been amazing. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend visiting the store to try on and purchase your next Mackage jacket.

Karl Gillis just return this Jacket and buy again I think that should work! I have bad experience as well they judge you how you look like I went there once after work I was not wear fancy clothing so the service was so weird to me. Do not judge people how they look like because you can be surprised about they wallets!

Absolutely ridiculous customer service. Bought a jacket a week ago. The same item is now on sale, so went into the store to get a price adjustment. The woman working there refused to adjust the price because "they do not have the exact same size in stock". Even though the new price is applicable to all sizes 36-46.

I purchased the Helina cape (an accessory that everyone should have) and had wonderful service. Both the male and female were very attentive and suggested different ways of wearing it.
Mackage is a bit pricy but the quality is there and the design is not generic.

I had an excellent experience in store! They had a wide range of styles available and the staff were all really friendly and accommodating. I also appreciated how seriously they were taking all covid precautions.

Had a wonderful experience here. I just came in to browse, but they were so helpful and informative I couldn’t resist a new ski jacket! The sales associate was super patient with me while I decided and didn’t put any pressure on me to spend. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. I will certainly be back!
