Pitaschio flavor is really good. The line is not long when we come. $5.25 for single scoope and $8.15 for double. The kids love it, ordering different flavors from cotton candy, chocolate, coconut.
A famous ice cream shop in Cochrane. Pistachio flavor was not the one I imagined—pistachio tasted little and the color was more like mintAlthough I was not really enjoying my ice cream, I believe other flavors were good. Moreover, the cone was crispy and delicious!
I have been visiting Mckays ice cream for last 5 years from Calgary. Great ice cream, no complaints regarding taste or quality, but scoops have shrunk a lot. I got 2 scoop's on a cone for $10, they felt kiddie scoops, Mcdonalds offer more quantity in half the price. Price has gone compared to last time, price can be justified with quantity. Neither price nor quantity justify. Not worth the drive from Calgary, check out local places in Calgary.
Probably the best ice cream I've had in my life across the planet.a small company about the customer service - we were there at 8, closing time and cognizant of leaving the place asap on time since it closes at 8.when we were asked (very politely and respectfully to leave, while our business was appreciated and so on) we asked for a minute to go to the washroom and the person who asked us to leave showed their clear disdain expressively in our reaction about giving us 60 seconds to move out.while I can understand how hard the job is and a long day and their tasks to wrap up when you ask someone to leave, I think giving them 60 seconds to move out is ok, and I'm sorry if that's too much and disappointed the person, but it'd be great to not show your dissatisfaction to a customer, just made the situation more awkward and out first experience awkward too.nothing against the person, I'm sure they had a long day and were tired and wanted to go home.this happens.we're all human after all.
