Management goes above and beyond to help tenants. About to finish 1 year here but we don’t have any complaints about management and other tenants. We would say friendly neighbourhood. Definitely recommended to live peacefully.

This place is so mismanaged and it is a disgrace. Every manager can’t deal with maintenance. I have had a broken toilet three years and called 20 times to get it fixed they won’t pay to have it fixed. They also renoevicted 6 tenants last month because they want higher damage deposits.

I was just viewing an apartment. The property manager, Tracey is excellent. She is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The place was great, clean, well kept and reasonable. I felt like this is a second home. Thank you Tracey.

Had a great experience renting here. The new manager Tracy is extremely dedicated to making this a welcoming, safe place for people to live, and genuinely cares to make an effort to keep anyone who is going to create issues out, which is so nice to see considering the state the entire city of Edmonton is in right now, to be proactive to ensure what's going on everywhere doesn't occur in this building. Highly recommend mactaggart for anyone looking for a place. Close to anything you need for shopping or eating. It's tucked in behind any traffic so you don't get all the siren and road noise most city buildings will come with. The henday is 30 seconds away (just three left hand turns).

With a little research you will learn that the majority of the 5 star reviews are from the employees of RMS management. They dont live here. When you read the reviews, the negative reviews are accurate giving details and facts of actual events. The management company is very deceitful. For example the ads say heat and water are included in the rent, however there is an extra charge for water not mentioned in ads or the lease. Renters Beware!

Lived here for 1 year now, staff are great, building is quiet and the landscaping looks beautiful after the work they did this year!

Lived in this building for 3 years now, and we truly haven’t had any complaints besides the rent going up so high especially after living near construction. But I must say building A is significantly better than building B we don’t have any issues with people in the building and reading reviews it sounds like building B has much more of a wild story, our elevator isn’t broken as often so really no complaints here, but again we are very easy going and haven’t really had any issues besides rent going up. One issue I would say is annoying is the garbage but that’s not a management problem, it’s annoying tenant problem

Do not rent here. Walls are paper thin, you can hear everything. The building has a new property manager every 2 weeks so it's impossible to get ahold of anyone if you have a concern. I had criminals living beside me and it took 6 months to get an answer from management before evicting them. Plumbing isn't good, building looks super old even though its not, hallways are always dirty, elevator RARELY works. For what it's worth to anyone reading this, for the love of god rent somewhere else.

Excellent apartments, pet friendly, excellent maintenance, quiet, clean, the manager is very attentive, is available for whatever you need. Just because a bigger and cheaper house came out, I left.otherwise I would have stayed in the building.recommended 100%

By far my favorite place I've lived in Edmonton. Clean quiet neighborhood and very well maintained. Property manager is very polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Dont choose this place. They wont return your security deposit, no matter how much you clean. We lived for 5-6 months and they used the deposit to repaint walls.etc which were totally clean.

I moved here from Ottawa recently and stayed with my son for a bit. I fell in love with this apartment building. So clean and spacious and management it great. So I ended up getting a apartment in this building because it is so we'll maintained. Cleaning staff always working hard. I will highly recommend this building.

I love this apartment! I have lived here over two years now and it's been an amazing experience. It's very well maintained, and has great management. It's also in a very safe neighborhood and dog friendly! I would definitely recommend!

It was the worst experience ever, they deducted from my deposit $374 just because of nail holes, I filled it up with wall filler but they did not like it. So just be a wear if u rent from them make sure don’t hang up pictures, they will charge u $50 for each hole!
