I frequent this place more than I care to admit. Every staff member is so friendly and helpful. Not only do they carry fine cuts of meat. If you work in or close to the industrial park in Lethbridge go see them for one of their lunch specials or if that isn’t what you are feeling they have pre made sandwiches or salads. I highly recommend going to this place for your next lunch or freezer fill

Love, love this meat shop. They have awesome cuts of meat for everything from a family dinner to a barbecue. I especially like their ground sirloin, far superior to just regular ground beef. I always stop here for their jerky, it is my go to jerky.

I just started getting some of my meats here. Great selection prices are decent, found out they have fish, so I'll be back.

I come here alot for the daily lunch special, everything has been very good and fairly priced. The ladies in the store are a joy to deal with and always have a smile on. I recently started buying most of my meat here as well and I will continue to do so moving forward, the bacon is the best I have bought and their chicken, pork and beef cuts have not dissapointed either. Good job Mad Butcher!

Awesome service, very knowledgeable and helpful. The fellow explained a bunch of the different cuts to me, then recommended a couple different steaks to me. Really impressed, and I'll be back!

New review: quality and cost has changed in the last year. Still enjoy the fish but the red meat isn't as amazing as it used to be. Paid 36$ for a frozen cow tongue aswell. Most expensive I've ever purchased. Was weighed when it was already frozen so the ice and such in the bag were weighed with it.bummer but you live and you learn. No more cod cheeks and no bagged king lobster mix.

As a proud and former employee of the REAL Mad Butcher which I just retired from, you ripped off the name, the logo, the business model, nothing about this is an original idea and I know for a fact that 15 years ago or so The Mad Butcher could have, and would have won a lawsuit against you, but was told by attorneys it could take years! Take pride in being in being a ripoff and knowing that the real authentic Mad Butcher is 39 shops in New Zealand started in 1970 and expanded to 2 authentic locations in British Columbia 20 years ago! You built the whole business on stolen ideas right down to the mascot holding the knives on your logo! Cheers Mate!

Awful customer service, over priced. Having very little knowledge in gluten free products. So disappointed. A sign on the door states no more than 6 people. There were 8 customers in the store. I got asked to leave do to no mask. Well, I can sit in my car and look at a piece of paper that does not state all items they have, nor does it tell me if there is gluten in these items. Most of the 8 people had masks around their chins or below their noses. The mask issue, that teenager was nice, not knowledgeable in gluten free.we will never be back. Tell others at the way we were treated in the store.

AMAZING prices, I bought a tri tip steak for $17 when that very same day I was going to buy one at another shop for $32! Life long customer now

I'm here once a week for sausage, steaks, chicken, and sometimes a sub for lunch. They make one that tastes like Thanksgiving and it's delicious. Staff are great as well. Better prices and better cuts than the big box grocery stores.

Sign on the door says only one person from each household allowed at one time. I'm not shopping without my wife, so we left. As we are driving away, two men get out of the same vehicle and enter.
What's the difference?
Why do two "buddies" get to enter, and we don't?
