Very happy with the timeliness and service overall. I needed a roadworthiness approval and we managed to get the work needed done quickly and well. Unfortunately the repair on the convertible top portion only lasted a few days before failing again but I have no issues recommending this shop for your everyday repairs and needs.

They are really awesome.

First job they did for me was replace the crossover pipe gaskets on my 02 Pathfinder. It's a tricky job, and takes forever, as it's wedged between the back of the engine and the fire wall. Not only were they the only shop that immediately knew what I was talking about, but they were the only ones who didn't try to gouge the heck out of my wallet.

I'm picky when it comes to bringing my vehicles to a shop, but I will definitely keep bringing my vehicles to these guys.

I love supporting local businesses and especially Indigenous-owned! Very kind, courteous and friendly service! Excellent pricing too. Any negative reviews prior to October can be ignored, that's when the new management started!

Hunter was so helpful with everything from helping me understand what tire was best for my vehicle to explaining how winter tires work! I needed my vehicle done in a pretty short window and it was no problem at all for them to facilitate. He is very kind and professional! I would 100% go to them for more services although I live in Vancouver if I were back they would be who I call first! Thank you Hunter and staff:)

I needed to replace both front struts and suspension assembly, wheel alignment plus spark plugs.coolant flush, & brake fluid flush services done on my 2008 Camry. I started getting quotes at multiple places, Spoke to Keith and Hunter who were very helpful in getting the quote done with proper advices and reasonable and comparable cost. Work was done in a timely manner as it was promised. Staff was professional, respective, and informative. Pick up and drop off to and from my workplace was also honored as I had to leave my car with them for the whole day. This was my first time here, but will be returning for future services.

I've been taking my vehicles here for a few years now. I absolutely love this place! Amazing prices friendly staff, fast and efficient in their work. LOVE this place.

Keith was able to get to the bottom of an issue I was having with my 2012 Ford F-150 EcoBoost. With his knowledge and testing he found the issues that were causing my under boost condition. My truck now drives better than when I got it at 10,000 K! Really appreciate all the work and effort Keith thank you very much.

I cannot begin to express how happy I am now that I found Mad Lab Automotive. I've had a huge electrical problem with my Mercedes Radiator Fan that hadn't been able to be diagnosed for about 2 years, going to multiple shops. Mad Lab figured out my problem and had it fixed like it was nothing. I rarely write reviews but after the great work they've done, I had to jump on here and share how great my experience was. I only wish I found them sooner!
