If I could give a 11 star review I would. I had an issue with my car today that was a result of going to lube city. I called and spoke with Dana who was absolutely amazing! She got me in and out quickly and fixed everything up correctly for me! Highly recommend Maddigan to anyone requiring servicing on their car. Dana is a gem!

I was treated with the utmost respect and kindness by Erik and he helped with financing and even when other dealership salesmen ignored my questions Erik answered them or found the answer. When you're looking to buy a car, suv, or truck the most honest and polite person to deal with is Erik.
There is only 5 star for to rate the dealership but when it comes to Erik I'd rate him at a 20 star for honesty respect and understanding as well kindness. He even waited after hours to deliver the SUV as I was coming in from a long haul trip from Toronto Ontario.
You can't get any better than that gold star above and beyond with Erik helping you finding a vehicle that will fit your needs and budget.

We were driving to Edmonton from Saskatoon for family day when the washer nozzles on our 2015 Ram stopped working… in the middle of a slush storm. We couldn’t see on the highway because of the dirty windscreen so we pulled into town to try and figure out what the issue was.

I found that the hose to the washer nozzle had broken off under the hood and wasn’t something I could repair with what I had on hand, so we drove to the dealership to hopefully get a replacement part.

Not only did the parts advisor/manager help me out with the price of the part (which was ridiculously expensive, but not the dealers fault), a young technician who happened to be in the parts department at the same time I was there offered to install the nozzle and repair the broken hose while I waited and even topped up the washer fluid for us.

Top marks for taking care of a family who has never spent money at your store before today. Thank you for your generosity, willingness to help and for going out of your way to make a difference for us today!

Brought my Jeep Wrangler in because of a failed power steering pump. The service was great and I was even offered another vehicle to use while my Jeep was being serviced. They ordered a new pump and it was put in with good timing. Unfortunately the new pump was faulty (which wasn't their fault) but they were quick to get a another new pump in and replace it at no extra cost. 10/10 service would definitely bring my vehicle back here. The service technicians are very knowledgeable.

Only thing right about this organization is there name. If you take ur truck there for service on Monday, you will be (Mad-again) after you pick it up on Friday.

I wouldnt trust these guys to sell me a lawnmower, nevermind a truck. I dont know what kind of sketchiness happens behind the scenes but I am so happy I left before I got taken for a ride. Theyll do anything for a sale and bend you over after it's all done. The wife had issues with her vehicle and they refused to acknowledge anything.

We have purchased 3 vehicles from the Maddigan group and will continue to make them our dealership of choice. From the moment we walk through the doors we feel like we were working with long time friends. When my husband and I enter any other dealership I feel ignored, I find sales will focus their attention on him and explain details of the vehicle to him only even when I've advised we are shopping for me.that's NOT the case at Maddigan. Glen took the time to point out details of the vehicle and answer any questions I had. Arty reviewed the sale and my trade-in numbers with me in great even pdetail and provided me his cell number to text him should I have questions later (which I did and he answered promptly) Absolutely recommend.

Extremely easy to deal with. I shopped all around the province for my truck. The gave me all the information I needed and were not super pushy. They even delivered it right to my door! Will Definitely be back again!
