Madigan Medical Centre

Madigan medical clinic saved me today.
A clean and well maintained clinic, the doctors assistant was able to get me in on very short notice and Dr. Patient was thorough and efficient. I cannot thank them enough.

I received great medical care, I behaved like a gentleman and was treated politely and professionally.

If I could give zero stars I would.
The receptionist was rude and very unprofessional.
I just asked if they are accepting walk ins and she just made faces like I am a weird thing.
People like this should know how to treat people specially if they’re making money out of them.

Not even gonna say much, exact problem as everyone else can this place get receptionists that don’t hate their lives?

Well let me tell you all about the receptionist that just hung up on me. So I needed medication for Tuesday, but if I had asked for a renewal on Friday I would have been too early and it's very difficult to get an appointment with my Dr. So I called to get my pharmacy to fax over a renewal at 9: 30 Monday am and by 3: 30 they hadn't received a response. I called the doctors office, the receptionist was VERYcurt with me explaining the Dr wouldn't sign them until after 6. I explained my pharmacy closes at 6. She said there was nothing she could do and that I shouldn't have waited so long. When I tried to explain, she just said "I'm going to hang up now" and did. This behaviour is SO unprofessional especially at a doctors office. I'm disgusted. Thank goodness I love my doctor but that receptionist needs to take a customer service course.

Not a bad clinic could have receptionists who are more communicative but the doctors are great. However you would think they would have more than one Dr on a Saturday, been sitting here for 3 hours for something that’ll take less than 5 minutes.

Doctors are amazing but not sure why the same RUDE receptionists are still working there. They are so unprofessional it’s crazy. I’m shocked after reading all the horrible reviews & they still work there, they definitely need a new front desk team. If you are miserable at your job, LEAVE.

I am embrassed and frustrated. I called earlier and asked to make an appoinment and they said they only book appoinments weeks in advance which made no sense because I didn't even say when I needed the appoinment for. She then said you can just walk in. So that's what I did. I told the old lady with grey curly hair that I was a walk in and she said they arnt taking walk ins anymore and I said I was told to walk in by the receptionist and she's like that was before no more walks ins were aloud, they should of told you that and I said they didn't. She then became very rude said I'm not arguing with you and handed me a paper to sign and walked away. I was not arguing with her I was just stating what I was told to do. Little does she know I am here to refill depression meds which I need or I will go down a bad slope again. No compassion, no apology. I will not be coming here again. Will be talking to the doctor about this and see if he does anything about it.

If I could zero stars I would. I was having a stroke and we went to the clinic for monitoring until an ambulance could get there. From media reporting on wait time for ambulance, we decided to go to a clinic until help came. We were told by the lady with grey hair (who has the compassion of a pea) we only have one doctor so you can sit and wait but could be awhile. They then refused to call 911 (my husband didn't have his phone) A friend confronted them the day after and here was their excuse #1 - I wasn't a patient, #2 - 911 asks too many questions. This has been reported appropriately.

Great doctors. Lots of attitude from the ladies up front. Need a good talking to and a reality check

Horrible experience. I was there for an appointment and the lady with the curly gray hair was just so rude and had so much attitude but I didn't want to cause trouble so I kept quiet about it. A couple of people came in and spoke to her and she was being so nice to them! One thing these people all shared was that they were all white and I, a visible brown woman got no kindness or respect from that receptionist:/ ya I'm calling her racist no way this old white lady ain't racist cause she was being rude to the other POC in the room as well.

Most uncaring receptionist ever. The older lady is horrible. We have been going there for 20 yrs. Today, unfortunately we needed stitches on a cut on hand. She refused, wouldn't let us see any doc, refused to help in finding a clinic who could do the job, just let us wondering what to do. Finally ended up at 17 Ave clinic and they happily took care of it.
I would give this clinic below one star if I could.

Dr. Danji is really reliable and cares for his patients. Believe me, I've been turn away from many doctors b4 over some small complications. He'll take the time to assess your issue and give u some positive feedbacks.

I would like to thank all the staff at Madigan Medical Center for the great service and compassion they all have shown me over the last 10 year's, you all have gone over and above to help me with my medical concerns and issues
