Just a young couples getting married without any support from parents and looking for wedding bands. I went to a lot of different jewelry stores, and did not find any that has my fiancé’s ring size (3.5-4). Luckily that this store happen to have it. Had a tight budget and I’m very lucky to have Rowena who is very understandable and willing to help me the cutting the price down for both rings.

We bought earrings in this store. We liked everything very much. We are grateful to the store for the help in choosing the model of earrings. For a long time we could not find the earrings we liked and only here we found what we really liked. Very friendly staff and manager. Thank you very much!

Peter was absolutely incredible in the process of creating a custom engagement ring. He was very highly recommended by a friend of mine so I figured it was worth a shot to see what they could do. Peter was timely, considerate, patient and most of all very helpful. During our initial meeting, Peter was more than happy to sit down and talk through all the materials, stones, settings, price points and made some great recommendations. I had an example of the ring I wanted, and he was able to source a bigger, clearer diamond for a lesser price than I was initially quoted elsewhere. He did that without me even asking, and I greatly appreciated it. All of the employees (whose names I didn’t catch) were so kind and remembered me each time I came in to check the progress. They were even able to have the ring ready 2 months before I needed it by! If you are looking for any sort of jewellery, (especially an engagement ring) don’t even think about going elsewhere. I’ll definitely be coming back and I absolutely recommend Maggie’s to anyone.

Very accommodating and knowledgeable staff - had a perfect customer experience. They were able to help me find the right chain, style and even size it to my liking. Will definitely be recommending to others and be returning back.

They only have a 10 day exchange policy, most other reputable places have a 1 year exchange. We need to downsize my ring to just half a size smaller and they said because we didn’t buy the warranty they can’t do anything.
