I'm going to repeat what someone said before: if finding a doctor wasn't so god damn awful in this province, I would NEVER come back here.
Dr. Farhat misdiagnosed my son TWICE and my son ended up with horrible ear infections after that.
The staff is also incompetent and won't ever pick-up a phone call.
Run from this place!

Have you seen their hours of business? Good lord, I wish I could work such short hours. Why do you have voice mail on your phone line when you're clearly too lazy to check the messages?

If i can give this clinic zero i will, I have been calling the clinic multiple times in the opening hours they kept me on hold for a while and then they close the line

Always easy to get in with Dr Graff and he does a good job explaining things

10/2021 Went here once and the service was as you would expect friendly and timely. That doctor left for a different practice.
05/2022 Called emailed and left a message no one returns my calls or picks up the phone (this is a wednesday) just looking to get blood work done
6/2022 Called emailed and left messages because I sprained my ankle.nothing.
Dont bother.

Very happy with Dr. Farhat but front desk staff is severely lacking. No one answers the phone. Ever. Have to go there to book or cancel appointments.

Trying to get through on the phone to actually make an appointment is an extreme test of patience. I have ended up going to a walk in clinic to get help on a few occasions after not being able to get through. Dr. Shami is great if you can get in to see her.

Great dr but the absolute worst front staff. Never answer the phones. When they do they are short and rush you off the phone. Have called 7 times today with no answering. Absolutly horrible front end service. They need to invest in an answering service or more staff!

I was charged only $50 to see a doctor here (I don't have Alberta Healthcare). Service was excellent. Nice place.

Very helpful, professional, short wait times, and a clean space. This is a good example of what medical clinics should be. Would highly recommend based on my experience here.

Obviously the best of the best. These guys are a billion times better than another medical clinic I was going to. It is not even close.

The front office submitted paperwork incorrectly to a specialist, so i have waited over 3 months for a phone call that was never going to happen. I called multiple times to confirm my referral, and each time i was told by the clinic they would call me back to confirm what paperwork has been submitted. They never did. I would avoid this clinic if you can, they are not interested in their patients best interests

Came as a walk in and was pleased with how courteous the receptionist was. Fast wait times and saw a doctor quick. Doctor did care and recommended/booked me to see a specialist in less than a week. Great clinic, will definitely be coming back here.

All my experiences with this clinic are only positive. Parking is only a few meters from the door, never overpriced. The staff is always courteus, fast and incredibly helpful when I need it. All the doctors I have met so far always act professionally and genuinly want to help. My most recent experience with Dr. Dhillon and Dr. Koo was approaching an otherwordly experience - super speedy, respectful, calming. My painful problem was resolved in less than 35 minutes. I 100% recommend this clinic.

The first time I went they were closed at 6: 45pm despite open hours being 7: 30pm. When the clerk came to the door she had a terrible attitude telling me the doctor had other commitments and meetings so they are not here, no apology. Then I went back the next day and their attitude was short with me and uninterested. There was no one in the waiting room but it was over an hour wait due to the number of scheduled appts they had. Why have walk ins at all then?

Great doctor's but they never anwser the phone, must walk in and sit there for hours before being served.

I saw Dr. MIichael Graff, he is pleasant and very accommodating, I am working with a lot Doctors, and I can tell he is great. Staff were very accommodating. Thank you for the awesome service.
