Magrath Dental

I find the counter staff professional and courteous. There is was very little wait time. The hygienist took the information promptly. Dr. Cheng explained the problem and performed the procedure. The problem is better, but may need another visit.
I find Dr. Cheng is very good at explaining the problem and doing the procedure. He has never put any pressure to do the procedures and always gives the option to wait and see.

This has to be the best dental clinic in Edmonton! I have now been there twice. Dr. Woo and Kendra were very friendly, knowledgeable and super thorough. Even though they seem to be always fully booked, there was zero waiting time. I am so glad I have moved on to this clinic!

For sure the best Dental clinic I have been to. I got a wisdom tooth extracted and Dr. Cheng was amazing. He made sure I felt no pain but he was also very fast with the procedure. I also had a cleaning done by Kendra, she was very thorough. I will definitely recommend anyone to come here for any work need it

I recently visited Magrath Dental for my first time as a new patient from out of province. I was immediately made to feel like part of the family by everyone I met. Dr. Cheng was excellent, clearly communicating and taking the time to show and explain all X-ray shots as well as examination findings. His team was also outstanding, including my attending Hygienist Farhana who demonstrated exceptional work and interpersonal skills, great person. The admin team Raylene and Erin were also great, explaining the programs at my disposal. My wife and I would like to thank you all for making our first visit so great.

Dr. Woo is amazing. I didn’t know dental offices offer Botox but now that I go there I would never go anywhere else. He is precise, caring and great to have a conversation with. Would recommend Dr.woo to anyone looking for teeth or Botox!:)

It’s hard to create an environment during these times where patients and providers are clearly happy to be in the same place, but Dr. Woo has continued to provide this at his office. Absolutely amazing dentists, hygienists and assistants at this office! They let me bring all of my 3 kids (7yo, 5yo, 3yo) at the same time. Any anxiety they might have had was quickly dissolved by the friendliness of the staff which made my appointment quick, easy, and enjoyable!

Dr. Woo and Sonia were absolutely fantastic. Their expertise and professionalism are beyond excellent. They are so thoughtful and in tune with the patient. Also very heartwarming to see the mutually respectful relationship they have for and with each other. Dr. Woo's work is absolutely exceptional!

Dr. Herbie Woo is by far the best dentist is YEG. His knowledge and care exceeds any dentist I have ever met. His staff are also extremely friendly and accommodating. Herbie has fixed several of my dental issues within one appointment. He is extremely gentle and the office is comfortable if you are afraid of dental work. Great staff f and very understanding to all your needs. I find some dental offices are condescending when talking to you about oral health.no such problem here. The dentist, hygienist and staff are all super friendly and try to resolve any issues. If you agree looking to get a dentist you can't find any better.

My family has been seen by Dr. Woo and his staff for quite a few years and I recently needed a tooth extracted so thought I better leave a review. I'm not surprised to see the 5 star rating. I'd give them more if I could. Dr. Woo and staff are exceptional. I don't know where to start but I will simply say if you need a dental clinic that will likely surpass your expectations please visit Magrath Dental.

Fantastic to communicate with and professional. Very clean environment and efficient front line staff.

The best hygienist I have been to so far. Super experienced and knowledgeable. She made the whole cleaning process so comfortable. In the end took her time in demonstrating and explaining various brushing and flossing techniques. I walked out with a lot of knowledge to improve my oral hygiene. Great service! I have already recommended Magrath Dental to my wife and will certainly do that to other family members and friends.
