I have been using Maid Pro for a few months now, the staff are very friendly and professional. They do a great job of cleaning my home and do what you need them to do (I'm a corners needs to be clean) and they do without hesitation.

Look elsewhere for cleaning, these guys are not worth the price for what value that you get. We had a pretty clean house on possession date and still got charged $800 for maybe a job that's half as much. When questioned why we found out that they overclocked their time and graciously gave us a discount.

I had Brenda and Gabe show up early and they were SO PROFESSIONAL and wonderful!

They took care of what I needed and THEN SOME. Seriously, these two are truly amazing and I am now going to have them come in on a continuous basis due to my first experience with this company and the two ladies.

Last Thursday Natalie from Maid Pro was here and cleaned our home; the days she is here are my favorite days. She is the best cleaner I have ever had! I call her the cleaning tornado. So does a deep clean not just a "wipe down", gets in the nooks and crannies, nothing is left untouched, and leaves our home sparkling! Thank you Natalie!

Had my first clean completed by Francy yesterday. Everything was great. Very happy with the work done and how clean my apartment is. Booking and everything was simple/easy. Looking forward to monthly cleans by Maid Pro.

I called MaidPro out of the blue to come and do a deep cleaning of a property I bought. This was probably the dirtiest house they had ever seen. The previous people smoked in this house for 30 year! MaidPro came and did an amazing job. They washed walls, floors and all surfaces. They were there all day. The ladies that they sent were very professional and skilled. I take my hat off to these women. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend MaidPro to anyone!

We booked MaidPro for a move out cleaning and I was very impressed by the quality and professionalism shown from beginning to end. Nathalie did an amazing job cleaning our condo and I really wish I had booked this service sooner. You can also tell the company cares about the well-being of their staff. Did a wonderful job to get my home spring cleaned! The young lady that was here was all by herself and ran all day! She insisted that she was going to complete the cleaning! Was a pleasure dealing with her!

I really wanted to give 5 stars but after discovering my tiled bathrooms and tub was only half cleaned (soap scum half way up the tub) and dirt and residue around the toilets, blinds left with dust etc. - I am very disappointed with my first clean. My home actually smelled like a dirty rag when they left. While they are having someone come back to redo the bathroom work on Friday, you only get one chance to make a first impression. Sadly, I will not be using/recommending their services going forward.

MaidPro ladies always do a great job, and this latest one was no different. Caileigh and Marissa were the pros this time around. I use MaidPro on a monthly basis and it certainly takes away the work I would have to do myself (thankfully). I can strongly recommend MaidPro for home cleaning services.

We were so excited to take possession of our new house today, which was cleaned for 6 hours by Maid Pro. I have some photos of what can be expected of their work, so instead of moving this weekend we will be spending time cleaning the house again instead.

WOW! That pretty much sums up the service I received from MaidPro Calgary, once again! I am a Realtor in Calgary and have seen many cleaning companies quality of work and I would say that MaidPro is by far one of the best, I would highly recommend. Recently I had some clients that were moving into a home and the previuos owners left one of the worst messes I have ever seen. So I called MaidPro. First of all, Monica was very helpful in getting us scheduled right away and was very helpful in working in a tight timeline. On the day of the clean we had 3 cleaners come to the house, Chris, Marilyn and Kiara, all very pleasant and easy to work with. These ladies were able to clean the entire house top to bottom in one afternoon and so well that it almost looked like a different house. My clients were so happy which helps very much in my business. MaidPro is always going to be my first call every time. Thanks again MaidPro and your friendly, experienced staff!

I've been using MaidPro for a few months now and every time they've done a great job. We've had Megan come to do our clean the last two times and she's fantastic. Kandelina is wonderful, too. They do a great job and are respectful of my schedule (I have a toddler so loud vacuuming during his nap time is not ideal and they've been so accommodating.)

Janice is fantastic! We are very happy with how thorough she is when cleaning our home. MaidPro has been consistent in following up to make sure that we are satisfied and aware of their standards and what we should expect each time. When we did raise a concern, they were quick to respond.

Adrianna was polite and did a good job cleaning my house. She finished a bit earlier and asked me what I preferred between cleaning the basement, or getting the price lowered. I really appreciated her being professional and wearing a mask.

THEY SELL YOUR INFO. I logged a request with their website to get a call back about some work. A week later I start getting robo calls trying to scam me. 9 today alone. This is the fist place I've given my number to since covid began, so I'm amazed at the coincidence.

Diana does an amazing job. She is polite and friendly and the house always looks spotless when she is done. I would recommend her hightly.

MY KEY WAS DROPPED OFF AT THE WRONG HOUSE- MAJOR SECURITY BREACH. David the owner and I had a conversation and we were able to move forward from my initial feedback. I appreciated the apology and agreed to move forward- I was even going to update my review to a more positive one. I wanted to wait until I received my house key and I am glad I did. I was told my key was going to be mailed to me. After 10 business days I followed up to see where my key was. I was then told it wasn't mailed and that they don't normally like to mail the key for security reasons (even though Chris said she would). I was then told that someone would drop the key off to my house. They did not confirm with me to ensure I would be home. I was not home so I received an email saying that no one was home and that they left my housekey under my doormat. Why they think this is safer than mailing a key is beyond me. When I got home, I checked under my door mat and the key was no where to be found. I assumed it had been stolen. I called and emailed with NO response. I lost sleep due to being worried someone would break in over night. I missed work the next morning as I was worried to leave my house. I called AGAIN the next morning after 9 am (they open at 8: 30) as I still had not heard from anyone and no response again. Finally my doorbell rang at 9: 30 am and it was Chris with my key. She had let me know that she went to the wrong address and dropped my key off at the wrong house. She was very apologetic however this is an error that never should have happened. I will now be out money as I am changing my locks as unfortunately, I do not trust their word then they say no one would have copied my key. It was left at someone else house with my name and address on it. I have given it a couple of days in hopes that the owner would respond with an apology as he was the one who I sent the urgent email to and he was the one to make the call to just leave a housekey under the mat. But no, no word, no acknowledgement, nothing once again. I am beyond disappointed.

I had a good experience with MaidPro for the most part however we just decided to cancel our service for a few reasons. We had a not-so-good start at the beginning but when I provided feedback, the issues were rectified immediately. Since then, most of the cleaners were great aside from my most recent cleaning experience so I provided some feedback which no one responded to. In my email to Chris I explained that was partially the reason why we cancelled. When Chris responded to my cancelation request, there was no acknowledgement regarding my feedback, no apology for the lack or response, nothing. I would have used MaidPro gladly again in the future but unfortunately now that I am leaving feeling not valued as a customer and that my feedback did not matter to them, I will not use them again or recommend MaidPro to anyone in the future.

I was on the verge of cancelling my service agreement with maidpro after repeated negative experiences. The one that stood out the worst was Val. She was less than polite, and told me that if I wanted "extra stuff" I would have to go through head office. The "extra stuff" I was asking for was items on the checklist that had been consistently overlooked (like dusting the light fixtures in the living room!). At the end she gave me a checklist, all ticked off, to say she was done and half the stuff on her checklist was very clearly not done. I actually interviewed another company the next day.

Chris (supervisor) convinced me to try again and Kandelina was amazing! She listened to my concerns, managed her time well and when she said something was clean, it actually was! At the end, she sat down and did her checklist, and recalled doing each point. One item had been missed and she went to do it! She was thoughtful, professional, and one of the best cleaners I've had in my home in years!

Val gets our dark wood floors cleaner than ever by making sure to get under and around every object, nook, and corner. Thank you for going the extra mile!

I was referred to MaidPro by a neighbor and I am so happy with the service provided by MaidPro. The 2 ladies, Sara and Amber, were pleasant, professional, and courteous. They even took time to greet my dog and cat who were taken with both ladies very quickly, which is a could sign to me.

The service was thorough and little extra touches like folded towels and tissue box bows was lovely. As it was their first time here we did a tour of the house showing where things are located. We discussed cleaning options and products as needed.

I would not to hesitate to recommend MaidPro to all my friends and family.

Today was my first experience with having a cleaning service. I was assigned Val & she was amazing. She was thorough, knowledgeable, and very easy to speak with. I’m super happy with the results.

Wow. We are so impressed! Rebecca does an amazing job. It's an absolute delight. With us working from home regularly now, occasionally we are "in her way" (our words, not hers). She is very personable, works around whatever we've got going on (including the occasional renovation messes.) and continues to knock it out of the park. And she does such an amazing job with mirrors, they are shinier and more reflective than when they were brand new! Thank you MaidPro, and especially thank you Rebecca!

Domonique and Ashley are wonderful. They are very efficient and my house always looks great after they come to clean it.

Char-Lee and Stephien were amazing! I just moved out of my home and I have a hairy dog so my house was in need of a good clean. They clarified with me that I wanted a clean of my fridge/oven as well which is a great service to add on if you hate cleaning like me. They did a great job, they got every corner and made it look like new. They also give you a detailed checklist of what they cleaned in your home so you can refer back to that if you are unsure! Great service and I would definitely recommend it if you’re looking for any type of cleaning!

I had cleaners booked with another company (rhymes with raingo raids) who no-showed me, and was in desperate need of a move out clean. I called Monica at MaidPro and she immediately put all my fears to rest. She sent a team of four amazing cleaners to my place the same day— Steph, Samantha, Kristen, and Charlee worked quickly and furiously to get my place absolutely sparkling clean. I would not hesitate to use MaidPro again or recommend them to anyone who wants to deal with a professional company, rather than gamble on the amateurs out there.

Taelyr cleaned my house exactly as requested! She cleaned areas that might not have been cleaned in a few months. I will definitely request her services again, probably on a monthly cycle.

We've used MaidPro twice now, for a move out cleaning and they are fantastic! They seriously go above and beyond and it's pretty affordable compared to other places. Our most recent cleaning lady even swept our patio and arranged the plants to look nice. I highly recommend using them. Scheduling is also really easy.

We shopped around for affordable house cleaning services and we found MaidPro, who sends a cleaner (Kayla) twice a month for 2 hours per visit. We are very happy with Kayla's hard work and dedication! We have a tight budget, but MaidPro was able to work with us in setting our prioritizes and making sure we have a clean house! We recommend MaidPro to all our friends:)

Those who met with the cleaners found them to be very professional and they did a fantastic job and I have been asked to pass along MaidPro's contacts so they could book them at their house.

I had used another company for my first clean, thought I’d be treating myself, boy was I wrong! It was an awful experience. But.along came maid pro. From start to finish this company really cares about what they do. My big dog who hates most humans loved brandy and had no issues with her being in our home. They used they’re own cleaning supplies (I had to buy $130 in cleaning products for the last company), on time, did everything I asked to be done, confirmation calls before, follow up call after. These guys are pros! I was so happy with the clean I’ve booked regular cleanings with them going forward. And did I mention they were $180 cheaper than that last company? !? $180! This company is a game changer. Thank you maid pro!

Our house is always very clean after MaidPro has cleaned. Deanna Rae always does an amazing job. She pays extremely close attention to detail and our house is clean and welcoming when we get home.

On Friday (24th) we had our monthly office clean scheduled. Amber showed up on time as promised. Super nice and ready to get to work.
