We absolutely love this office. I have extremely high anxiety and they are so patient with me. My 4 year old asked if we can go back next week as she had a wonderful time at her cleaning. Great experiences every time and billing is very reasonable.

Dr. Will and the whole staff were so friendly and welcoming with my family, my kids were at ease for one of their first trips to the dentist. Best overall experience I've had at a clinic.

They are very accommodating in emergency situations by getting you in ASAP as well as phoning you later to check up on your status. I truly appreciate that kind of service.

As someone who is on the spectrum, I had great difficulty ever going to the dentist. When it comes to Main Street dental, they make you feel like family as soon as you walk in. The staff is wonderful and kind, they listen and create a safe space for anyone who is uncomfortable. I walked in shaking and anxious, and left with a smile. Highly recommend taking your business here.

Called first thing this morning as I had a bit of an emergency and they were so kind, compassionate, and accommodating about my situation. When I arrived, you could tell they were busy, but there wasn’t a single moment that I felt rushed and thought they did the best they could with the time they had available for me. They were able to provide me with a comfortable solution until I am able to return for a proper appointment, and really, that’s the best I could’ve hoped for! Really pleasant experience overall, regardless of my unpleasant reason for being there today.

Wonderful, clean, extremely friendly establishment and environment. Everyone is always so professional and pleasant to interact with. The quality of the work I've had so far already exceeds expectations. Despite my early fea, rs of returning to the dentist after years of improper care of my teeth, their entire team has really made me feel at ease and have done an amazing job at making my dental health recovery as painless, and frankly enjoyable, as possible. I'm especially overjoyed with the quality of my front tooth I've left broken for years, they've given me back my smile and I really can't be happier. A dentists office I'm happy to be returning to hopefully for years to come.

This was my second visit and the staff and Dr. Were wonderful put my mind at ease, explained whatever they were doing, so professional and couldn't get a better Dental office than here I would highly recommend them, awesome experience always.

Great place to go for dental work.they have great friendly staff, a very clean office and the dental hygienist was very good tooth.she was gentle and got my teeth out with minimal pain no swelling or bruising the best dentist I have been to so far and I have been to a fair few in my life

I had a tooth pulled today. All went great, as well as being at the dentist could be, but afterwards OMG! I’ve never felt such pain in all my life. Tylenol and Advil taken at the same time and NO relief. I’ve had teeth pulled before and never felt like this.

The staff at Main Street Dental are very friendly and efficient. This starts at the front desk. I have never had a long wait. They are extremely good at making a person feel at ease in the chair whether you are just visiting the hygienist for a regular check-up or having further treatment done by one of their skilled dentists. They are just simply good at what they do! They make smiles better.

Absolutely the best experience at a dental office I have ever had in my life. Dr. Robins and her assistant Rachel both made me feel comfortable from the moment I sat in the chair. Everything is explained and the mood is light. I typically avoid going to the dentist at all costs but actually looked forward to my appointment today. Reception staff are equally amazing and friendly. Highly recommend.

Every dentist and assistant I have seen here is gentle. When I wanted a second opinion on some work I needed (I sensed at this previous dental clinic they over charge) they assured me I could take some time to wait, and with proper care I may avoid needing work. I feel they are honest and caring here. Low pressure, good environment and the front staff are courteous. Fees are reasonable (slightly above the guide). I will continue to trust them with my dental health. Thank you.

I had a great experience at every stage. My hygienist was patient and kind knowing I haven’t been in awhile. Dr. Nicole Robins was caring and took her time to explain everything to me. I could tell she really cared about me. Not at all what I’ve experienced in the past. Not so afraid of going to the dentist now I’ve found her.

I am not a fan of going to the dentist, but they made it very easy. They are very professional, not judgemental, and do good work.

Great experience. My dentist William Yue walked me through all my questions and was so gentle. I’ve never had an extraction that I was surprised to see it happened, didn’t feel it at all. The ladies at the front are great too, they go above and beyond. I would highly recommend this place!

Excellent visit for me today! Frankly, I am not a fan of Dentist offices. I had bad experiences with work completed with other practitioners. The Administration staff at Mainstreet have been great at straightening out insurance issues! The dental assistants and Dr James Yue have been exceptional in making me feel at ease and taking time to explain my procedures. Dr. Yue is a skilled competent dentist. There is a good sense of humour amongst the staff, which I really appreciate.

I see Dr Yue (William) at Main Street, but have also been seen by his brother, Dr James Yue. They are, by far the best dentists I’ve ever been to. Very gentle, professional and really take the time to explain things. The assistants, hygienists, and office staff (especially Sheila!) are also just as amazing. A real ‘family’ type atmosphere, and everyone is so friendly. I’ve never been pressured into getting unnecessary work done. Quite the opposite actually! They treat you like an actual patient, not a wad of cash. Pricing is also conservative, and they’ve always been good about payments. I love them so much here that I joke that even if I moved to Africa, I would still fly back and come see them!

My mom felt that the office was very clean, guidelines were followed. They also were very understanding and accommodating to my needs and provided great quality care.

No one likes the dentist but the ladies on the front desk and the hygenists are so nice that it takes your mind off your visit. I would highly recommend this location.

ALL the staff in Main Street Dental are so nice. You feel so comfortable in the office. Even while getting your teeth cleaned. Trish is my favorite of all.

It had been a while since my last cleaning and I was nervous but the staff treated me like I was an old friend throughout my whole experience and were very gentle with the cleaning process. The dentist gave me great recommendations for treatment plans going forward and I look forward to going back to work on it with them. I would definitely recommend Main St Dental to friends and family:)

Very pleasant experience! Extremely friendly staff from the receptionist to the dentist himself! Dr. Hythan (I believe, I’m terrible with names) was very friendly and gentle. He answered all my questions with very detailed answers. You can tell he enjoys his job rather than some dentists I’ve had in the past just want to get in and out. Fantastic experience overall!
