We highly recommend Maintain Mechanical! Their technicians did a great job installing a home air conditioner and a Honeywell smart thermostat for us a couple of weeks ago. Maintain Mechanical sent out a senior technician for my AC system that fails every summer. The technician Ryan was great. So nice and professional and just told me how it was. He ended up finding a leak in the connection from inside to outside. He asked if he could disconnect and reconnect everything to prove he fixed it - for real this time. The air has never been this cold and actually makes it into my entire apartment! Thank you so much Ryan! It was a total pleasure having you as my technician!

Maintain Mech.is our condo maintenance company. They performed installation of auto bleeders in each suite recently. From the ops manager down, all were very customer friendly and willing to go the extra mile for all unit owners when they did the job. They are professional, prompt, courteous, and overlook no details when doing the job. I very much would recommend them.

Huge thanks to Wyatt for coming into Almost Home Canine Rescue and volunteering his time and equipment to fix our toilet that would not plunge. Highly recommend, he came in and was efficient and professional

I call them for leaking faucet in my washroom. I requested the service on 31 dec.they come on 30 dec as the technician was in the area. He came take look at faucet and left saying he needs to go and get the cartridge.when he came back i ask him about the material cost he said he do not have any idea then took 30 mins to change the cartridge and left. I agreed to pay for material cost and 2 hour labour coz its minimum for all plumbers when they come to repair. When i got invoice they charge $221.48 for cartridges which anybody can buy from home depot at $50 each.when i ask them they said in rona it's available at $80 and we charge mark up on that. They also charge you Truck charge this is on top of 2.5 hour labour for half an hour work.and finally they have find a way to monetize pandemic as well, as they charge $15 for mandatory PPE kit.and it includes 1 mask and 2 gloves. It was a good learning experience for me as it cost me $550 for leaking faucet. DO NOT USE THEM AND SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.

I am a business owner too and being a business owner it is my responsibilty to keep my employees and my customers safe, I can't just start charging unresonable fees to my customers. Since you re talking about transperancy I was never told about Truck charge or PPE charge.and also not provided with what part or which brand cartridges were installed in my unit. You said your work comes with waranty which do not say specifically how long.

For Material pricing its you who said in RONA its available at $ 80. FYI the websites i refer was canadian not US.

Anyway you got you money I learned my lesson.

I had my kitchen sink and faucet replaced by Maintain. They were quick and very professional. Great and easy company to work with.

I called them for an issue with my heating and it turns out that there was no actual issue and that the breaker of the heater was off. I moved in a brand new apartment was probably off from
Day one and I didn’t notice since the breaker was not tagged. It took the technician 15 minutes to troubleshoot the problem, but they charged me 1.5 hours of labour and sent a bill of $200. They stated it was a minimum charge.

My company has used Maintain Mechanical's services for over 5 years. We have an ongoing preventative maintenance schedule with MM which has proved the best decision to have made - as issues are spotted before a worst disaster would impact our day to day operations. You can count on a quick response in an emergency, with effective and quick problem solving. Expect a high standard of communication end to end from the administrative staff, service manager and the technicians. I would recommend considering Maintain Mechanical for your plumbing and HVAC needs because of our excellent customer experience over the years.

I was most impressed with the honesty in invoicing me and then reversing the charge because the work was still under warranty which I was not aware of.
