I was fortunate to be allocated my dream watch at Birks The Core location. Working with Eric for the past few months has been nothing short of fantastic. I highly recommend Maison Birks. I always experience exemplary customer service with the SAs and management. I have been working with Eric at the Core and Mariana at Chinook for years and they have always come through for me in my journey of watch collecting. They are very fair and honest and if you are patient you will come away happy! Eric is extremely knowledgeable about watches and is great for chats about all brands. I would love to see the addition of VCA jewelry, similar to Maison Birks Montreal.

I bought a silver bracelet that broke in a year or so. I gave it to repair at this store. Upon a phone call that it was ready for pickup, I went to the store. A lady probably could not find the bracelet and start treating me like a thief in a rough tone.
