I had the pleasure of purchasing my first Rolex late last year through there authorized dealer. Mary Jane and the rest of the staff were extremely welcoming making you feel right at home. They were very helpful throughout the whole process and gave me all the necessary info I needed to know. I look forward to continue to use there services in the future for my watch and jewellery needs.

Really enjoyed dealing with Joshua here, who managed to get me a watch I've wanted since I was 16 years old.

He was super honest and open about the process and was very patient with my never ending questions (that were no doubt naïve at times).

Josh and the rest of the staff I have interacted with at the store are very friendly and I always enjoy dropping in and chatting with them when I'm at the Chinook Centre.

Although I'm perhaps not of the financial caliber of their usual clientele I never feel looked down upon or treated as such.

Excellent experience from the start with Josh! I first went into the store when I moved to Calgary to get a profile opened - he was very patient and spent a lot of time with me making sure we got my ideal watches down. True to this word, he worked to get me the watch at the top of my list. The entire interaction was wonderful and I hope to be a customer for a long time. On July 13th, my husband and I ventured into this shop with a simple goal in mind: to gather information about extending the chain on his new watch, which was given to him as a gift by my father. We were merely seeking details on the timeframe and cost involved. However, our encounter with an Asian saleswoman quickly turned into a disheartening experience. Her condescending attitude and unpleasant manner of speaking were outright offensive. Not only did she consistently interrupt me while I was explaining our needs, but her demeanor made us feel utterly unwelcome.

To compound matters, I also happen to own a Tag Heuer timepiece, which required a battery replacement. Although I failed to provide her with the exact model name, I approached her politely, hoping for some assistance. To my dismay, her response was laced with rudeness as she bluntly declared that the model was automatic and, therefore, exempt from requiring a battery change. She displayed zero willingness to help or invest any effort in understanding the specifics of my watch, nor did she bother offering any guidance on how to address the battery issue.

While I am typically inclined to let bygones be bygones, recognizing the challenges inherent in customer service, I find it utterly disheartening that this saleswoman seemed content with wearing a false smile on her face while neglecting the basic principles of respectful communication and demeanor.

Incredibly positive experience from start to finish. Mary Jane was amazing to work with. Very intuitive and kind. She found me exactly what I was looking for, and it seemed she absolutely understood why I wanted it. Sales associate Connie was fantastic, she was patient and understanding with my needs and genuinely listened.
