Maligne Lodge

They charged me 250 dollars after 2 days of checking out on my credit card and when I asked the said it was because the room was messy
Worst and helpless management anmol on the front desk was rude while handling and I got no refund

I loved staying here. Room was big enough and it was clean. Maligne Lodge is next to bigger street but i didnt hear any traffic noise- so it was good. Staff is very humble and friendly.

It says it has an indoor pool, but the water is cold, so it's useless. The rooms are very good, spacious and clean, although if you are on the ground floor there is a lot of noise.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, staff were friendly and helpful. For the price, it's a great place.

The hotel room was clean but outdated. Our biggest issue with this hotel is the noise level. You can hear everything happening above and beside you. Kids crying, people coughing and the amount of dogs barking was surreal!
They should also get a second hot tub. Normally 13 plus people in the one hot tub at once.
Due to the noise levels we wouldn’t stay here again! Also the wifi was very slow.

I definitely recommend it! It's a very cost-effective hotel. I made a reservation urgently, and I was more satisfied than I expected with the large pool and especially the open-air spa. The delicious coffee, hot chocolate and sweet chocolate neck served by the hotel made a unforgettable memory for our company. Thank you.

The room was clean, older but updated. The towels we so soft and fluffy. We loved the bedding. Nice place to stay!

I like that you can drive right up to the door of your room. Rooms were clean but nothing amazing. Does have an indoor pool and I like that the cafe is attached.
However, their hottub ruined my brand new bathing suit (like bleached) and when I brought it up they said that if I stayed in longer than 10 minutes than it was my fault… but that doesn’t make sense since my bathing suit would have been wet for long after getting out regardless if I stayed in 15-20mins or only 10.so I’m a bit frustrated with that but otherwise not a bad spot. There are better options closer to town though.

Nice and comforting stay!

I was staying at this property during my trip to the Canadian rockies.the location is really nice its close to the main market area but not within the market area which makes it really nice and less busy.but its walkable from the hotel.

The staff is really polite and very generous. Pool and the Hot tub was very clean.

Ms. Deane and the reception staff was really amazing at work and always with a smile.

Ms Deane you are an asset to the organisation. Keep it up!

Clean and comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Only stayed one night but would definitely return. Only 10-15 minute walk from town.

Have stayed here twice on our trip to Jasper. Both times rooms and service were great. Outdoor hot tub was a good surprise too. Rooms were spotless and all amenities provided. Convenient parking in front of your room. The girl at the reception was great too. Highly recommend this lodge for a peaceful stay in jasper!

This is our 3rd stay here. They are pet friendly and very clean. Friendly staff and a wonderful coffee and breakfast place beside it. Beds are comfy. Just a edge of jasper and if your lucky elk will be walking just outside. Great prices for area.

Booked their family suite, which was listed as a 2 queen bed with kitchenette, on Expedia for a 3 night stay for 3 people. Once we arrived and checked in, we actually received their one queen bed and 2 double beds family suite with the one bed in its own room and the other 2 beds out with the kitchenette. This actually worked out great as everyone had their own bed. The kitchenette was small and cramped. The fridge door could barely open and if you do end up using any dishes, you must wash them yourself or get charged a cleaning fee. While it was great to be staying in Jasper, the lodge also wasn't walkable to restaurants for dinner. While a ~1.7km round trip doesn't sound that bad, after a long day of hiking, any further walking is the last thing you want to do. You can park your car in town but you'll be paying for parking. Good value for what it was and being in town but I'd only recommend for a shorter stay like ours

Stayed 1 night Sep 10,2023. Friendly staff. Regular clean room. The noise from the heater/fridge is too much comparing to the price. Arriving around 5 pm the parking was almost full. Checking out around 9: 30 am the next day, I suddenly felt a kind of lonely (although with my wife and son) when seeing only my rental car on the parking.
