What a wonderful space this is! I had the pleasure of working with Janet on a metabolic food plan - it was impactful and had great results. Janet was awesome to work with!

The Maliya Wellness Centre for Women is a gem of a find in the heart of Cochrane. Nurturing, heartfelt, professional and caring, the women of Maliya devote themselves to caring for their clients. I enjoyed a massage with Chelsea and she was amazing! Thank you Chelsea, Lori and all the lovelies at Maliya.

Maliya cares deeply about women and their wellness. It is a safe and sacred space that promotes healing from the moment you walk in the doors, their knowledge and expertise is approached with hearing the client, first and foremost. I have had appointments with multiple practitioners from Maliya. Every time I leave more relaxed, refreshed and grounded in who I am. I leave knowing I am connected to beautiful women who are invested in my journey of being able to show up to my life as my best self.

Maliya office/space is very welcoming, peaceful and calming. The decor, the staff, the practitioners are all amazing. Love that I accidentally found this beautiful place.

I recently joined Maliya Wellness Centre for the many amazing classes they offer. I can not say enough how healing and safe The Sanctuary feels. Thank you to Ginette and her amazing Yin & Meditation class, for always letting me feel all the feels and supporting me through it. Thank you also too Sara for the relaxing embodiment class.

Transformational breathing was an awakening. A new experience that was made comfortable and inviting by an amazing instructor. Can't wait to go back!

Sara was absolutely great, and my results were far greater than I even expected. Great place to go to get your teeth whitened.

My go to for massages with Chelsea and labour encouraging acupuncture with Dr. Megan at Maliya and both have been wonderful! 2 sessions of acupuncture and I went into labour! All the women at the wellness centre are very friendly and welcoming. You can tell they all love their job and the people they work with! Great job on the hiring the best people, and the beautiful vibe of the centre, Lori!

I only make this post as an outsider looking in, I have personally witnessed how much care, attention, and love that Maliya offers women. The collaborative model definitely evokes the feeling that it takes a village. They genuinely care and do not herd people in and out the door. Rather, they take the time to find the best solution for the challenges an individual needs to aid them on their journey. Please take the time to call upon them, the reward will be a clear sense of community. I can only attest to the results that I have seen first hand and how they have changed perspective on life.

I've used multiple of the services offered here and have received outstanding service from the practitioners and all other staff! So glad we have a space like this for women in Cochrane!

Maliya is such an amazing place for women. I’ve been a few times since it’s opened and love it! Everyone is so friendly. The place is absolutely stunning. I would just go to hang out in the waiting area ;). From massage, to nutrition coaching and even the workshops they offer. Everything is five star. Highly recommend checking them out:)

Amazing! I have dealt with pain in my jaw (TMJ) for over 25 years and no one in my hometown could help me. Many Doctors have tried chiro, Botox, pain killers, massage, and muscle relaxers, but nothing helped. That was until I saw Sara for my TMJ! After one visit she was able to help the pain decrease plus, I was able to open my mouth more without pain and it clicking. I cried happy tears when I left the centre. I am already booked in for my next appointment!

Sara and the whole staff at Maliya Wellness Centre are welcoming, kind, and caring! You can feel the positive energy they all gave off too, it was a true woman’s sanctuary! Hands down one of the best businesses I have ever experienced in my life!

I saw Dr. Megan Mankow for acupuncture for painful periods and low libido. Not only is Megan professional she is extremely easy to talk to and understanding. She checked in with me multiple times through out my acupuncture appointment to make sure I was comfortable and was gentle while needling.

Maliya is an absolute sanctuary for healing and connection. The space is warm, beautiful, and unique. The practitioners are knowledgeable and really take the time to understand who you are. I recommend Maliya for any woman seeking greater wellbeing.

I have been searching for somewhere I can be truly cared for, mind, body and soul ever since I had my son, and when I first had an appointment at Maliya, it was obvious that Maliya could do all that and more. In the last 3 months, I have seen real changes in my health, and I’m so grateful! There is no doubt I will be a patient at Maliya for many years to come!

Maliya is magical - the atmosphere when you walk through the door is so welcoming and I immediately felt like I was in good hands. The practitioners I've seen are excellent - my cranial treatment in particular was fantastic!

Wow. This space is AMAZING, the women are incredible and make you feel at home the second you walk through the door, they are so educated in their fields and have a diverse selection of wellness treatments. Their yoga classes are so beginner friendly and diverse in styles as well! I love going to this space, it is my home away from home and I cannot imagine myself feeling as healthy as I do mentally and physically without this space!

This place will change your life. I have been telling every woman I know that they need to make an appointment! The Accupuncture I’ve received from Dr. Megan Mankow has been helping me heal in ways that I never imagined possible. If you haven’t booked an appointment with them yet, you’re missing out.
