Dec 17 booked an appt for my daughter, who has bad exzema-hairdresser said she has nits. Embarassed my daughter, I didn't make a scene or say anything as I know her snotty attitude was not going to change. I thoroughly checked my daughters hair. Absolutely nothing, which I knew. Grad pictures are today, based on reviews, good thing we were saved.

Clean, friendly, and fast but a little bit overpriced. My kid got hair cut for the same price Tommy Guns charges, but no head shower or hair products were included.

I have really curly hair for a man. Or at least I did, before I went here and got my hair ruined. I asked to get it layered and only half an inch off. I forget the hairdressers name, but she had black hair, and was big to say the least. Halfway through the hair cut she asked me “when’s the last time you got a haircut” I tell her 2 months. SHE REPLIES WITH “Ok then, your getting an inch off” too confused to say anything, I don’t reply thinking that she knows what she’s doing (I was wrong). She finished cutting an inch of my hair, she pulls out thinning sheers and says “Can I use these on you, it will be really quick and make your hair look nice” not knowing what they were I replied with go ahead. Little did I know that those took out all of the curl that I had in the back of my hair, and turned it into thin pieces of straight garbage. Hair cut ends, she gets paid, I go home sad and disappointed. Next time, please try to do what the customer asks. Don’t put matters into your own hands, and do what you think is best for them.

Alice is the best! I've been going here for 20 plus years now, never have I ever had a problem. Always friendly, always caring, and always pays attention to the client.

Place is nice, staff was friendly, got in quickly, not sure that the $32 price is fair for 15 minutes of work but the experience as a whole was good.

I genuinely quit my job because of how disgusting my haircut looks. Was cut way too short. EXTREMELY rushed. I feel beyond miserable and I have never ever felt more insecure to step out into public in my life. Not to mention that if you have any cartilage piercing, be prepared for it to get yanked on multiple times. Words cannot begin to express how horrific the experience was. A one star review is incredibly generous.

Told me the trim was 25 dollars went to pay and it was 45 cause she put a flat ironed my hair when it was all ready done and she didn't tell me it was w0 dollars more, I'll k ow better next time

I walked in there and within minutes I was getting my haircut I didn't need an appointment although sometimes they are quite busy and they were busy then but they got me in and it was very fast and efficient

The one star is because Alice fixed it (she was kind and sweet) but the lady with the heavy makeup, blonde/brown hair did a horrible job. The lady with the short black hair was extremely angry at us and made us uncomfortable once we voiced our concerns. The photos below are before we drove all the way back to get it fixed. For $47 we feel kinda ripped off.

Won't go there again. Over charged for what they did on my hair and gave my daughter a god awful haircut

I came in for a nano hair extensions touch up service and I can't say how much I love this hair and salon. This hair is soooo smooth and of high quality.

It's in the mall, which wasn't immediately clear to me when trying to find it. Lady was awesome that did my cut. Will be going back for sure.

I asked for a high fade and one of the hairdressers gave me a bowl cut, I asked her if it’s done and blended, she said yes. Worst haircut that I got was from this place. I had to go to The Barbershop to get it fixed by a more experienced hairdresser.

Went in on a lunch break walked right in woman was friendly and did a good job was on my way within 30 minutes.

If I could give this place a zero, I would. Racist staff. Left a haircut incomplete. The fade was so choppy, staff is very rude and make snarky comments. I was very disappointed, I know this is not the service I deserve

The only place I go to get a haircut in Grande Prairie. The HairDressers are always nice and polite. They always ask how you’d like it or how long you’d want it before chopping away.

Was able to get a hairdresser that could handle my Long curly hair & she did a great job of trimming & the layers I wanted.

I had an unexpected day off, I called to see if they could get me in for lowlights and a trim. The ladies were extremely accommodating. The atmosphere felt so relaxed, everyone laughing and getting along. As I was getting my hair done, I was offered a beverage, and sat and chat with everyone while my hair was being processed. The hairdresser gave me some tips, as to where I wanted to be hair wise. She was kind, and listened to what I wanted. I will be returning!
