The manager Patricia has been so incredible in helping my family. She has been so welcoming, kind, and friendly. She has made the process of moving in easy with how available she has been and helpful in answering all our questions! We would recommend her to anyone looking for a place!
Manning crossing buildings became unsafe recently, I say that because mailbox have been broken and mail stolen, high values of delivery packages stolen and intercepted from inside building. Homeless and strange people are around but unfortunately management can't do anything other than saying " we are sorry". Well, These issues need to be addressed and at least surveillance cameras should be working properly and building should be more safe.
Very good community feeling. Easily accessible to stores, gyms and grocery store. The old management under Tania almost ruined my experience. However, kudos to the new team for making my stay more pleasurable.
Good staff, clean building but I love how staff can not shovel snow from the lobby to the lot. Right now I'm sure there are a few people that can not walk over the lump I'm still just passed the awning
Worse place to live, Definitely you'll feel weed, smoke or beef smell in the building. I am new here in Canada & Somebody recommended me, me my wife and my wife's friend visited for renting a apartment but honestly said my experience was worse coz The most Arrogant people in the management.
Nice clean building very well run. Great location and nibourhood. Got the legion hall a block away. Safeway around the corner. Many amenities close by including an emergency clinic across the street.
I’ve lived here since 2014 and I’ve had a good experience with management! Anytime there’s an issue in my apartment, they really get on top of it right away. Tania, the maintenance guy and the new staff (I forgot her name) are all friendly.
The apartment is good. I liked it. But the Community Director, Tania, is terrible. Her customer service skill is literally zero. She doesn't know how to talk to people. She is the only reason I wouldn't recommend this place. To be honest she was one of the reasons why I left.
I currently live in these apartment homes. The area is great, there are schools close by, shopping within walking distance, two rec centres in the area, a nice park across the street, easy to get to the Henday, and Yellowhead. Management is friendly and helpful, any minor repairs I have needed have been addressed in a timely manner. I live in a main floor unit and had patio furniture, and a BBQ outside all summer without theft. I've never seen evidence of mice in my unit. The lack of visitor parking is an issue, and there is common living noises but nothing out of the ordinary. I'm very happy here for now, and feel the amount of rent charged is on par for the size of the apartment and the location. I would recommend it for a small family to live and be comfortable in.
I do not normally write reviews, but I had to share my experience here. Do not want anyone else to go through this humiliation. The new Community Director Tania Brocklehurst is really rude. We use to like living here, as the apartments are nice, so was the management. The lady who was in charge before (can not remember her name) was nice and professional. But this new person Tania, is very rude and unprofessional. Not only she does not care about the tenants, she does not really care about the maintenance of the building either. I have spoken to some of my neighbors as well. They all had bad experience dealing with Tania. Everytime I have spoken to her, she made me feel small and humiliated.
I moved here just over a year ago. I feel very safe here. The staff here have been more then great! They are kind and respectful. When I need something fixed it is completed on time. It is in a nice location close to a lot of stores. My only concern are the children who run wild in the hallways. This could be looked into more. Otherwise I would recommend Manning Crossing to my friends. Thank you.
