Easy to book online, friendly service and told me the cost to repair upfront. My washer happened to also leak on the day of the dishwasher repair and he took a look at that too and gave me a suggestion to fix that quickly myself (because it was more of a user error).

My dryer broke. I called Maple Leaf and they sent someone to my home that afternoon. The technician, Vladimir, was courteous and professional. He assessed my washing machine and informed me the repair cost would be close to buying new. I'm happy with the honesty. I paid for the visit and sent him on his way.

This is the third time I've called Maple Leaf and the service was fantastic this time too! As we have had quite a few appliance issues lately I checked with other providers before I booked with Maple Leaf again, and they were the cheapest option. Can't recommend enough.

Tyler looked at my stove today. He was prompt, polite and good to talk to about my stove. Gave me reasonable advice about what to do with our stove which he could not diagnose what problem was, but had knowledge of another same Brand issue where repair costs were high.

"Mixed Experience - Some Room for Improvement"

My recent interaction with Maple Leaf Appliance Repair left me with mixed feelings. The technician handling my oven was forthcoming about unavailable parts, which was understandable. However, when I expressed concerns about my washing machine's agitator during the same visit, he dismissed it as normal without a thorough check.

After discovering crumbled agitators on my own later, I felt disappointed. The additional $50 charge for a service that wasn't adequately performed added to the frustration. While the initial oven assessment was fair, the oversight with my washing machine left much to be desired. I ended up having to address the issue myself after paying over $200. This experience compels me to revise my review from 5 stars to 2 stars, as the lack of attention to customer concerns overshadowed the positive aspects.
