From start to finish, maple leaf storage was so excellent to work with! Laura really took her time to explain things properly and she has a great approach that is not pushy. The facility is very clean and well lit, entry and exit is super easy. Overall I’d highly recommend this place and would go back in a heartbeat if needed.

It was a very clean and friendly environment. Cindy and Kathy were helpful and kept the washroom clean and smelling fresh. There was always carts available and never any extra fees or anything. All in all a great spot. Would recommend. Thanks team!

The staff were always welcoming and helpful. The facility is very easy to use and accessible. I was late to exit one time so I received a call from one of the staff members the next day and she was understanding and gave me a graceful warning, just so I don’t get fined the next time around.

Overall, I couldn’t ask for anything more from an experience with a storage facility.

My experience was amazing! I was greeted warmly and explained everything so I understood what was going on. I was shown where to go and how to use the lock on my unit and I felt so welcome! I would definitely recommend this storage facility!

I opened up a storage facility two years ago. Myrtle was there to help me and guide me through everything. I had moved my 90-year-old mother from her place to a dementia locked ward, it was so stressful. Then my mom passed away two months later. This is a wonderful storage facility and close to home. But it is Myrtle that truly helped many times over, whether it’s taking me to a new and different locker, or just listening to me complaining about the stresses that I had.
I would like to give her five stars as well. She has AMAZING Customer service, and for that alone I would come back and use this facility.

Amazing. So clean and well supplied. Cindy was so wonderful and helpful! Location is very convenient at the corner of deerfoot and country hills.

This is our second time to use the facilities and I would say, the staff, services and the facilities are all above excellent. All the staff - store representatives, store Manager (Mrytle Greves) were so accomodating to our needs, very well informed of their products and always cheerful, they never failed to answer my queries and request. The facilities are very well maintained, clean and accessible. The unit that we have is enough to put our stuff, the time and location are also wow factor because its close to our place and the convenience of time (closes at 9: 00 pm) to load stuff after work. Thank you.

Myrtle, Cindy and Jassi were all amazing to work with right from when I was calling around to find enough space for our move through to quoting, giving us a tour and working with our family and our movers to set up for a smooth move. Myrtle even helped us outside of normal work hours because she knew we were moving from out of town and had a lot of stuff. The facility is clean and feels really secure. Highly recommend!

I have nothing but great things to say about my experience storing my house move with Maple Leaf Country hills.
Myrtle, Jassy, and Cindy are the warmest folks, accommodating and kind. From offering water and cookies to my moving crew to find us the best and easiest access to a locker for convenience.
Use them for any storage needs, hopefully I don’t have to move again, but if I do I will be coming here.

Very clean building. Had stored my items for 3 months, have since picked up all of stuff and i m happy to say there were no bugs or critters in my boxes. The building is also secure and the staff are outstanding. Very friendly and helpful ppl. If you r looking for a good place to put your valuables this is the place.

I've been with this storage since May 2020. I received great service at this self storage location compared to other storage facilities that I have previously rented from. The facility is very clean, safe, and easy to use. Great spot to store your stuff.

The after hours are great even after the business is closed. Security is also great where it makes you feel confident storing your items. Would definitely use them in the near future.

DO NOT give you info to get the pricing. You have to give them your number and email to look as pricing, once that happens they turn into telemarketers and harass you with calls. I work nights and they keep calling me in the morning.

The Maple Leaf storage facility has friendly, professional staff, is very clean, organized, and well equipped with moving carts. Our only wish is that there were more than 3 access bays as at busy times it is difficult to get your move done in a timely manner.

Friendly and very helpful. Mertal was offering free water to us on one of those hot days in July. Also very clean and good music being piped throughout

This was my favorite experience renting out a storage locker I have ever had by far. The staff was knowledgeable on the policies and facilities and had awnsers for each question I asked. They were friendly from the get go and made it a very enjoyable experience. I'd love to continue renting just to be able to experience the staff again.

My Grandma and Dad rented a unit here while we helped her move into a senior building. They were very accommodating to make sure we had a unit close to the door so she could easily get to see her things. When we no longer needed the larger sized unit swapping for a smaller unit to save her some money was very easy. The staff are helpful and the access to the building is easy and feels secure. The units are a nice size and hallways are wide enough to move large items easily.

I have been using Maple Lead Self Storage at Country Hills for over 2 years now. The units and common space is clean and safe and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. A year ago I signed up for promotion - 1 year (pay 11 months, get the 12th month free) and I forgot about it, but Jassi Kaur emailed me and reminded me about the free month. This is exceptional customer service and I highly recommend using the Maple Leaf Self storage at Country Hills.

I began renting with this Maple Leaf Storage center in June 2020, and after storing things here for almost a year, it was a great experience. I never had any trouble accessing my unit (always at least one overhead door open and multiple carts/dollies), which was great.

I only interacted with Laura (on 3 separate occasions), and if all of the staff is as friendly as she is, you can't go wrong with using this facility for your storage needs. If I ever need to store things again, I would definitely come back here.

We’ve just emptied our unit after a year of using Maple Leaf Storage services and I almost don’t want to give our unit up due to the front desk staff being so friendly, warm and welcoming and utterly helpful each and every time we’ve come in. The prices were the best I had seen in the city. The facility is clean, easily accessible, equipped with industrial sized elevators and carts of differing sizes for easy transportation of your items. During the tough times Covid has brought on us all they were always very compassionate and understanding.

The Maple Leaf Storage at Country Hills location was very clean inside. The staff was very kind and helpful. I thought the pricing was more affordable compared to some of the other storage locations.

This is a great facility. Very clean, staff are incredibly friendly and always willing to help you. I’ve been very happy with the locker (10x15). There are always carts available to use and they have many different cart configurations depending g on what you’re moving. I’d highly recommend this location and facility.
