I was looking for a place to store personal belongings and was so lucky to speak with Chris MacBurnie at the Glenmore location. He is so helpful and even seems to remember me the few times I have called! (Don’t know if he actually does but it is still wonderful customer service). The facility is clean, secure, and warm. I couldn’t be happier to be a client!

The front desk ladies are totally amazing and helpful, friendly and very informative about there job details. I really highly recommend this place and there prices are not that plead if you shop around you will see all these big places are around same price, so it gets down to availability and location. And there come and go hours are great too for a climate control storage unit.

We moved our business asset storage here during the pandemic in order to cut costs so that we could continue to pay our employees' salaries, and the staff here has been so wonderful. Maple leaf self storage is a place to go. The storages are just as posted on their page; clean, warm and secure. Accessible through out the week and affordable. Not to forget the staffs, they are so nice and well mannered. Through my experience I recommend Maple leaf self storage if you're looking for one.

Had a great experience storing at Maple Leaf. Neeta was super helpful and there was always enough trolleys and carts available for moving items.

I recently downsized and moved and found out I did not have any storage on site. I reviewed the different storage facilities and found the Maple Leaf Storage Glenmore location that had great pricing and convenient location. The staff was quick to respond to my inquiry and answered all my questions. I have a unit that suits my needs and my budget. The staff are amazing and super friendly. I would recommend renting a unit at this location.

Maple Leaf Storage has been my go to for all of my storage needs for the last 4 years. I have 2 storage lockers and a parking space. This company goes over and above to provide storage space when I need it. The staff is always professional and helpful whether contacting them on the phone or in person. I had an extra storage requirement today and Neeta took care of me without hesitation! Thank you so much Neeta, and all the staff at Maple Leaf for all that you do for me and my Company.

Facility and customer service all round 5 stars. Thank you to Neeta for her quick response and friendly disposition. The experience melted away any stress or concerns for having to store our household items long term.

All staff have been very professional and pleasant to deal with. They worked with us and were able to provide additional storage at the last minute when all our belongings wouldn’t fit in the one we reserved. The facilities are very clean and tidy as well as the storage units. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who needs a climate controlled unit.

If you’re in town looking for a convenient and we’ll located storage locker, do not hesitate to come to this location. Access is very easy, locker are huge and the service provided at the front desk is incredibly good. It’s a 10/10.

This storage place us excellent. It's super clean, secure, has all the tools one needs to move items in and out. Friendly staff and reasonably priced. Highly recommend it.

Staff should get 5 stars. Very helpful with explaining the whole process. One member even assisted with directing trailer backup. Facilities in the main loading and unloading area could be a bit cleaner. Washroom and garbage areas could use some attention. Otherwise a very nice facility.

Packing, moving and storing furniture and household items is stressful but I was pleased with having found this storage facility which was clean, efficient and professional. A couple of times I had inadvertently left the garage door improperly closed and they notified me within a couple of days. I have recommended this facility to family and friends. (Unfortunately for me, my 2 large storage units rental lasted 3 years!)

I booked with Maple Leaf storage after calling around to several storage facilities around Calgary. The pricing was competitive, and they had a variety of different locker sizes that were clean and well taken care of. They were by far the friendliest - and thank goodness - because I got my lock stuck in the locker, and they kindly helped me, and then after I moved I lost the keys to my storage locker - and they made it super simple to remove the lock and replace it.

They went above and beyond in all interactions I had with them. They were always pleasant, helpful, and made moving my stuff in a breeze!

I am retracting my rating of this company. I was happy at first but lied to by staff. Things were changed by Ibrahaim, Cindy, Patrick and a new employee Robert who told me wait to do payment and that was back in November. I had payment and was told don't call me I will call you. I am disgusted with how we got treated and have 7 tubs left of my life left because of the lies. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

I used the storage facilities units as part of my transition to a new house 6 years ago and i have been using it once again for my sons transition from an apartment. Why am I back? Well it can be summed up in a few words: Cleanliness, Security, Ease of access and Customer friendly!

Robert was professional and helpful in finding a storage solution that fit budget and our stuff. A well maintained location, heated and everything looks new and clean.

They always make everything easy. Storage units are clean and various sizes.

As i was going thru a very stressful time in my life and little time to make a decision to store my home contents, the staff was overly helpful! I had done some extensive homework but i chose Maple Leaf because it is a Very clean facility! The staff are a fantastic help and very genuine! They are always up beat and are happy to have a nice chat. And they make sure my needs are looked after. Can't ask for any better than that. You will not be disappointed

Very happy with the level of customer service provided by the staff at the Glenmore location of Maple Leaf Self Storage (MLSS). I needed a storage unit on very short notice due to a serious structural issue in my condo building requiring a quick move. Staff were very helpful in guiding me in choosing the best size of unit for my needs and offered to adjust my contract without extra fee to a different size unit if the one I chose ended up being too small. They answered all my questions thoroughly and clearly and were friendly and courteous. Made me feel like my business was appreciated and respected as a customer.

The set up and structure of MLSS is also reassuring. I am impressed with the many levels of security features built into the building and systems and access is well recorded on many levels. The building is clean and well-maintained and the climate-controlled feature means my belongings will be well kept. I feel confident that my possessions will be safe and secure.

The only disappointment is that there is no consistency in the rates between locations of MLSS within the same city. I discovered that rates vary from location to location within the same city, as they are based on what each location's demographics are considered to be. Rates will be higher at locations deemed to have a higher-income demographic in the area. This is not only inaccurate as demographics can vary within the same area but also seems discriminatory.

Overall I am happy with MLSS and would continue leasing with them but would definitely compare rates amongst the different locations in future. I can see the rates varying amongst provinces and even different regions of a province but the rates should be the same within the same city.

Five stars for the Glenmore staff and building. Less stars due to the pricing policy.

I've had storage there for a few years. Pretty flexible staff and always very clean premises. Temperature controlled so I never have to worry about anything freezing (if I have something that might). Wish they had 24 hour access which would give it 5 stars

The Glenmore staff have been very helpful, I needed space between selling a house and finding a new one. They kept finding me new units as I filled the last one. Units are clean, and the whole place is well maintained and secure.

I moved temporarily to the UK in 2017 and I have stored my belonging at Maple Leaf Self Storage, I went back to Canada few times since 2017 and my belongings are safe and well in the my storage unit. I met Ibrahim at the location of Barlow and Glenmore, Ibrahim was professional and provided all necessary information. Maple Leaf Self Storage is the real deal plus the cost was not exorbitant.

I have had a locker rental at the South location for about 3 years now. Although I am not there often, when I am it is always clean and if I am in the office the staff are friendly and professional. I like that I feel very safe when I am in the facility due to the security and staff making rounds. A great place to have a locker!

I love this place! I wanted a secure, climate controlled place to store my stuff and this place is perfect! The front desk people have been very helpful and even helped me set up automatic payments so I am always current. Each month they charge my account and send me an email to confirm everything is in order.
(They also have a big parking lot area for storing motor homes and boats)

Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I've always found the place clean and in the past have referred 2 or 3 other people to this location. I would definitely recommend it.
