Very bad customer service and dirty stuff there is an old lady she is very rude and mean with everyone she think if she own the business thats it she doesn’t know she have to learn how to talk with customers she should not be working bad customer service she wear flip-flops and under hair nails full of dirt she doesn’t wear gloves she swears in her language we were talking and she said a bad word bad location bad customer service

First of all they served people come after us and the ice cream wasn’t icy was melting I don’t recommend this place. Visited store Sunday at 6: 20 pm.

Every time I goto airdrie location with my family we get nice service with smile. Unfortunately it was a different scenario today on Mother’s Day.
Old lady (also saw her at crossiron mall) was extremely rude and yelled on us when asking for toppings.
We experienced her rudeness and stupidity at crossiron mall as well like 2 months ago and we never went to crossiron mall Marbleslab store after that.
We will never go back to the Airdrie store again if that rude lady is there again.
She would loose business with her attitude in both locations for sure.

This one star is for the owner of this store. We were traveller from another province, we were shopping at Crossiron Mills with my kids. My kids would like to get some ice cream and we thought it's a good idea to try Marble Slab. This is the first time order at Marble Slab, we didn't know how it works and how to order. A young lady staff was patiently explaining everything to us. After we ordered, the owner take over the process of mixing the ice cream. She asked what topping we wants, then I asked what my kids want. She gave me a very impatient look. We had chosen the first choice, which is gummy bear, my kids were still looking what they have in the counter, she already mixed everything, we didn't even had a chance to choose other toppings. Oh! Given that there were NO other customer waiting. It was NOT busy at all.

This is an ice cream shop, your target market is family/kids. If you hate serving kids that much. Close the store and choose another kind of business to operate. Ice cream store isn't for you.

The one staff member here constantly tried upselling me to a point where she bacame pushy. In addition to this she did not know the menu, and not only almost gave me the wrong ice cream, but the wrong toppings as well. Very poor service.

It was my 1st time visiting this place. I am falling in love with many choices of ice cream and cone. When I was there weren't many customers, the service staff is good and friendly.

I went to this marble slab store last night with my boyfriend and the associate working at the time was not friendly, when we asked to try a new flavour she said per “company policy” only 1 time is allowed which I have NEVER experienced in any other marble slap store. Very disappointing.
