Please have your employees trained for proper customer service. My son went to pick up ice cream tonight and the guy serving him rolled his eyes 3 times at him. Also he put wrong ice cream flavour in a cup which we didnt realized until we opened at home my 8 was pretty upset.

I came by for the first time earlier and was severely disappointed as I was spoken to rudely by one of the people working there.

They don't have the items listed on the website in the store. What is the point of that?

A great variety of ice cream and frozen yogurts. You can add endless toppings to your treat.

My two teenager daughters and I just left the 130th location. The young man who served us couldn’t have been more rude. We felt like we had done something wrong just walking in the door. My girls were so uncomfortable, they didn’t want to order because he was so short with them.

Ordered a regular ice cream in a bowl and a custom litre. $30 of ice cream. The regular ice cream was so small it wasn’t even level with the container. Complete rip off. Why bother weighing out the portions if they don’t even remotely look like the portions on their own website and pictured throughout the store. Go elsewhere.

I've never been here before, I was actually insulted when I saw the tiny amount of ice cream, I asked for a large, I still could not believe the tiny amount of ice cream in the large-sized cup, (10 oz.apparently needs to be measured) or the size of the large cup for that matter, and the price, $10. Yogen Früz has a lot bigger cups. I see they have some bigger cups, I guess they are for the take-home flavours or something, I don't know how you can get them or why you would pay, I guess you can only get the tiny amount that fits in ice cream cones, and they always sell out, I guess. I seem to remember ice cream cones also being a lot bigger, weird. Then when I got home and ate my ice cream it had almost no flavour, only a hint of Bubblegum flavour trapped in pink ice-cream with a heavily-processed texture, not creamy at all, I would hesitate to call it ice cream, I came here for Bubblegum ice-cream, the ice-cream I had in mind was blue, this was pink, they keep it right beside the cotton candy ice cream, that's blue, after this I don't know why I would try it though. I could get over the size of the cups if the ice cream wasn't so bad. What is going on with this place?

I hosted an 80's dance party for 80 this month and Derek, owner of Marble Slab 130th, set us up with a Marble Slab Ice Cream
Sundae Bar. The ice cream flavors were pre-ordered and came ready to go in super freezer boxes along. Dance party volunteers took turns serving the mixin's and toppings at the Sundae bar we'd set up. It was a huge hit! Derek worked with my time frames and really went out of his way to make it possible to add this special highlight to a night of funtastic memories! I highly recommend adding the Marble Slab 130th Sundae Bar to your next event!

The girls need training on what products they sell. I was unsure of what I wanted. Ended up going with Apple caramel crumble from the freezer. Asked questions.
"Whats it like? Is there cake inside? What flavor of ice cream is it? Does it have apples? "
They said it's like a cake. "It has this Apple ice cream in it. "
Even gave me a taste of the bright green Apple ice cream, that she said was in the crumble. WRONG! All this is, is Graham crumbs on the bottom (lotssss of it) vanilla ice cream in the middle with caramel drizzle then topped with EVEN MORE GRAHAM CRUMBS. Awful. No taste of Apple anywhere. Super disappointed. How can I even serve this as slices when its served in the whole box. Pfffft
