Marda Loop Post Office

There is an extremely rude older woman who is an agent at the desk at this location. I would go out of my way to avoid her. She yelled at a customer and her coworker (who was helpful and very kind) for absolutely no reason and was very grumpy. Terrible service. Very uncomfortable experience. She should not have this job. I don’t know if her supervisors know the level of service she is providing to customers.

Canada post says no abuse will be tolerated yet the customer service agent is abusing her customers and coworker. Unacceptable. I feel bad for anyone dealing with her or working with her.

Every week I visit this postal office and the team at his location has been nothing but friendly, thoughtful and capable of delivering great customer service, also providing ideas on being cost saving and offering a PO box for Amazon deliveries.

I wasn’t happy to the lady who entertained to me this morning. I picked up a parcel. She was engaged to her phone with her earphone talking with someone with her own dialect. She can’t even do her work properly. She’s not communicating well to me she was using sign language to guide me while she can tell or say it to me verbally. Poor service.

I don't understand how the old lady at this post office is still working here. She is utterly rude and condescending. She'll count stock while there's a line up or will disappear to the back as soon as I show up - when there is no line up. Oh and watch out if you place a parcel on the wrong countertop.
Please get rid of her! Aren't all the bad reviews about this bat enough? I'm so anxious and stressed after dealing with her. I hope she's nicer to her lovely colleagues.

totally impressed with the level and speed of service.

The delivery driver didn’t even come to my door to deliver a small package. He just went to the side of my house and left a delivery notice in my mail box.
Went to pick it up at Marda Loop post office and the older lady working there was in a very grouchy mood.

Always found them to be quite helpful and I've been going to this place for at least 4 years. However, parking can be challenging.

Stopped going to this location after consistently receiving poor service from the older woman that works there (generally the man that works alongside her is ok, but it's a toss up if you get him or her when in the queue). Unfriendly, condescending and dismissive pretty much sum up her attitude. Really hoping for a change because location-wise this is the branch closest to me.

Terrible service, Always slow. I have lived in Marda Loop for years and this Post Office is the worst. The service is slow and they often make mistakes.
Most recently I went to collect a package a full 24 hours after they left a note at my door. I was informed the note is not reliable they don't have my package and don't know when it will be delivered. Useless.

They gave away a $400 package of mine to someone else and marked it as delivered. They refused to revert the delivered status even though they acknowledged they gave the package to someone else. I filed a dispute with the sender but since they marked it as delivered I lost my package and had no grounds to even file a dispute on because they refused multiple times to revert the delivered status. They said Canada Post would clear it up but it has been months and they never did.

I have been going to this post office for a decade. The staff ate polite and helpful. I will be back:)

There are two main employees at this location; a middle aged woman, and a middle aged man.
I have had countless positive experiences with the man who works here. He is friendly and helpful. The woman on the other hand is frequently rude and condescending in her interactions with customers.
If you'd like to avoid her, your best bet is to go later in the day, as she tends to work the earlier shift.
My 3 star rating is only based on customer service. The facility itself is fine, but her grumpy attitude brings the score down significantly.

Consistently receive really poor service. The one person who works there is so rude to customers. Although a convenient location, super awful service. Would recommend another post office that has employees that are happy to help.

This post office is located inside The Registry. They have very knowledgeable staff who go above and beyond to help you find the most cost effective shipping solutions for your business. Excellent service.

Parking can be a bit of a pain sometimes as there are many businesses in this strip mall.
